親愛なるスケーターの皆さんへ 今年で31年目を迎えるスケートボードブランドELEMENTが毎夏開催してきたスケートキャンプ。 2023年の開催は、ELEMENTライダーの青木勇貴斗が所属するチーム コカ•コーラのサポートにより、京都に新しくオープンするスケートキャンプ場「京丹波スポオカ」にて、8月19〜21日と8月25〜27日の各3日間に渡り2回開催致します。8月19〜21日開催は、ELEMENTライダー達の推薦により全国から選抜した19名を、8月25〜27日開催は、動画キャンペーンより選ばれた20名を、それぞれ招待させて頂きます。ぜひご参加頂けたら嬉しいです。 ELEMENTスケートキャンプは、自然との調和を目的にブランド発足当初からELEMENTが毎夏開催してきたスケートイベントになります。大自然でのキャンプ生活を通じて、自然の大切さや生きる術を学び、世界で活躍するプロスケートボーダーを講師に招いて、練習方法や考え方、新しい仲間とのコミュニティ等、日常にはない貴重な体験を目的としています。 これまで、日本国内では2013〜2022年までに、長野、埼玉、千葉、三重、兵庫にて5会場9開催が行われており、自然の中でキャンプ生活を送り、テントに宿泊、スケートパークでのセッションやミニコンテスト、キャンプファイヤー、ラフティング、DIY体験など、自然とスケートボードを満喫する2泊3日で、自然と人、仲間との協調性を育みます。 今年は参加者の年齢制限を引き上げ、13歳以上のスケーターが対象となり、これまでよりもワンランク上のスケートキャンプ体験を準備しています。 ELEMENT参加ライダーからは、青木勇貴斗、森岡正治、星野玄翔、山附明夢、濱村大征、中山楓奈、斉藤波音、上村葵らが参加。アート担当にペインターのHOLHY氏、そしてビデオグラファーに日本を代表する高橋大介氏と田中秀典氏、フォトグラファーに荒川晋作氏を迎え、参加する皆さんのスケートキャンプ体験と最高のスケートトリックを撮影し、映像作品として記録に残したいと考えています。日常から離れた大自然の環境下で、これまでにはなかった新たな経験と新たな仲間との出会いの場を提供できればと。 京都でお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！ Supported by TEAM Coca-Cola Special Thanks: COLEMAN HYDRO FLASK TOM-SAWYER ADVENTURES KYOTANBA PORK KYOTANBA SPOOKA LEAPS SKATEBOARDING Video and Edit by DAISUKE TAKAHASHI Additional Video by HIDENORI TANAKA KOYA UNO Photography…
