Post-Surgery Rehab Round w/ Family – May 2020 // TEAM INFINITE DISCS

Back in January, I had FAI surgery to repair bone-on-bone hip damage as well as a torn labrum. After months of physical therapy and time away from disc golf, I’m finally ready to get back to throwing! This is the second time I’ve thrown since November so the rust is certainly there. However, I’m trusting the process and working hard to gain consistency in every element of the game.

In the meantime, I’m loving these moments on the course with my family! For this round, we went to our home course, Grand Central Station Disc Golf Course in Central, SC. We played the front 9 holes with a modification on hole 4. I played from the long/standard tee pads while my wife played from the short/standard tees.
