a little better. Tomorrow pause at transition practice. Lost a sock.

I didn’t mean to leave in all the spins after the shots. I am tired of editing these, so I copy paste and forgot until I noticed just now.

Today was trying to keep the right elbow in. I noticed it was way behind my hip. I’ll remember the right leg tomorrow as I progress to the transition. Left knee too. That is awkward for me, but ill spend a whole day on it Monday. I’ll keep working on it at home. I forgot a little about it today. Also I didn’t put on my golf shoes, I always forget. Driver was the best I’ve ever hit it. I hit 2 or 3 draws that I’ve never hit before. Safe swings just to try to get the spine angle under control. I lose that like crazy on the driver, but in general too. I’m improving, though slowly. Looking forward to playing next week. I do about 2 hours of chipping every other day, so I am looking forward to seeing how that translates on the course. None of it will come the first time, just building. Small goals, small victories are needed at this point.
