Correct Posture at Address – Neutral Pelvis

Golf Posture – PGA Professional Robin Symes explains how to create the correct back position in address.
Transcript
A key to developing a good address posture is finding a neutral pelvis position. Here’s a simple exercise for you to be able to become aware of what neutral pelvis is. I want you to take your five iron address posture as normal and then let go of the golf club crossing your arms across your chest.
First of all I want you to arch your back, we call this “S” posture. I then want you to round your back, this we call “C” posture. Arch your back one more time and then bring your pelvis to somewhere in the middle. This will be giving you the awareness of what a neutral pelvis position is, helping you develop a good address posture.
