They should listen when Mayo says they're soft. He spent most of his playing career watching New England win on TV while he was nursing injuries. If anyone knows soft, it's him.

McAfee (a punter for a dome team) and Belichick (a backup center in Division III) miss the point: When Mayo calls out his team for playing soft, it holds water: He was an NFL All-Pro linebacker. He knows FIRSTHAND the level of toughness needed in the trenches. McAfee and Belichick could never get away with saying that if or when they were coaching.

BB was great during Brady. Post-Brady a disaster. Turned a good team into a very bad one (4-13) and mishandled the offense and especially the QB.

Woody Johnson is the worst team owner in sports. Firing Saleh ruined the season. Him and Joe Douglas built this team. Couldn’t show the slightest bit of resolve. He has to sell the team for us to win or he’ll keep meddling and ruining good situations. Washington owner sold that team and they started winning immediately year 1. Christopher Johnson hired Joe Douglas not Woody. When Woody took back control he casted a dysfunctional shadow over a good culture that was built, he meddled in football decisions and ruined the season and future.
Belichick's hatred of the Jets transcends his personal dealings with the team. He doesn't just hate the management and the drama with Parcells, he hates the name, history, the airplane logo, everything.
