  1. Hey coach, what are your current views on rep ranges as related to hypertrophy. A lot of ppl claim a lot of things on this.

  2. I hold a similar view to Louie Simmons – wrist curls and similar are ok for hypertrophy but do little for grip. Heavy holds, or heavy back work (think bb rows and weighted vertical stuff) build grip the best.

  3. Hey coach is it very normal that barbell squats take lot of metal cause to me it’s the most mentally demanding exercise for me personally than next it would be deadlift and then bench but squats is way more than any exercise but glad it one of my strongest lifts
