  1. Had one for years loved it. Could you do one with the nike OS forged procombo irons

  2. Nike didn’t get the financial return from golf equipment due to the expense of research and development !!!!! Far easier to add your logo to a polo shirt made by someone in a third world country

  3. I don’t think there was a Nike golf club made that was any good, except for the original Nike blades, and maybe the Nike Vapor Fly Pros. Tiger played Nike equipment because they paid him a boatload of cash. I’m positive he wouldn’t play that brand on his own choice based on reasons other than money.

  4. When they paid RORY and try to force RORY to be the face to early. Bad management. TIGER 🐅 🐯 is still the face of Nike Golf ⛳️

  5. ‘Struggling with spin rate’. Struggling with hitting the course!!! Even you can’t blame the club for the indoor shots

  6. James, you are the hardest worker on YouTube 👍 this driver sounds really good, they paid too much to players like Mcilroy to ever make a profit on their clubs possibly? It looks a bit like the older titleist drivers. Great vid

  7. I played the sumo sq a couple seasons and I loved that driver. I was able to work ball well with the club and everyone knew I was playing when hitting it.

  8. Nike golf all clubs I tried there was always something better on the market offered by Ping, Callaway, bill down the road

  9. The real sad truth of Nike Golf is that they made some really good irons and wedges, but the hybrids, fairways, and drivers were not as good as the other big companies. They also made decent balls and, of course, clothes and shoes. But, trying to take on so much of the market was too much; they were bleeding money on the parts of the market they didn't excel at. I played the VRS Covert 2 forged irons and they were really good clubs, but never got on with any of the woods or hybrids.

  10. That needs to go in the bag Chris @ 11:48 Not sure Robinson has every reviewed a club that didn't need to go into his bag.

  11. I mean, technically it is Ni-key according to the founder of the company……but let's face it, it's a globally recognized word regardless of pronunciation, so anyone who feels the need to pick someone up on that is probably a pedantic twatt anyway 😂

  12. I remember Tiger being the most accurate with the 975D ( still have mine from that era ) Don’t have stats but swear he started spaying with Nike equipment. 🤷‍♀️

  13. I think all the children Nike was using to make golf clubs have grown up and moved on. It's a shame, bc they knew their stuff.

  14. Friend of mine had one I tried it and I wasn’t a Tiger. It was not at all forgiving but it wasn’t meant to be was it.

  15. Got a bag full of second hand Nike clubs from GC4C great for the money! Please review the Nike Sumo irons and let me know what you think as I can’t see any other vids on YouTube about them!

  16. Hello. You should test that drive against the one Phil used at that time to see which one performs better.

  17. Nike just kept releasing the clubs with their own wee quirks , square etc. Cos that's their game same with shoes some good some shocking. Quirky clubs don't sell as regular as Air Force 1s

  18. I had 2 Hybrids (Vapor fllexand Vapor Fly) 5 wood (Vapor Flex) and loved them. Great clubs, I think if they'd held out a few more years they'd have been fine, they were producing some good gear and then bailed.
