    Great pod.

    I love the idea golf course architects being like football coaching trees. The clubs wanting to do renovations are like football programs. You have to be realistic about who is the right coach for your program, who can you afford, who is available, and who wants to work with you. Sometimes the big name isn’t the right fit but maybe the big name coach’s experienced defensive coordinator would be a great fit for your team.
