You are wrapping the club around your head with a massive arm/wrist turn in the back swing. The only way to square the face from the top of your backswing is to flip the face back closed.
You have to make a backswing that sets yourself for the downswing you want.

Get an impact bag or hit an old tire with an old club. You cant do what you’re doing and do what I’m asking you to do at the same time.
Usually a flip or a cast is caused by not wanting to slice the ball. Think about your clubface and what it will take to have it square at impact without flipping.
