  1. What a great watch. Thank you for the commentary all the way round which helps immensely. Replicating what you teach in your book. Love it.

  2. Top bloke Dan réal pleasure to watch. I think i will copy your rythm. All that knowledge came out on camera today well done. Beautiful

  3. Great stuff, job done, I’d leave the course vlogs there!! 4 under, showcased Woburn and proved you can walk the walk when it comes to short game.

  4. What a performance! 👏 You made it look easy, but it definitely isn’t. That’s what great golfers do. In my opinion, Dan, you’ve just stamped your mark on short-game teaching. Your clear validation on every shot, your honest British commentary, and your originality stand out. From the first tee to the last, it was a complete evaluation. Man, I enjoyed every bit of this video—thank you so much! You are truly worthy of being a PGA Teaching and Playing Professional role model.

P.S. You’re not only a great golfer but also a role model personality among YouTube golf influencers.🎉🏌🏽⛳️🎉

  5. totally enjoyed this episode with the description for each hole and the views of the course. Wish I could play there. more please. also more play selection episodes during chipping and pitching around a hole. Thank you

  6. Move over Rick Shiels, this is excellent. I think you've got enough going on already, but if you can please give us some more of this format. Thank you Dan.

  7. Interesting what you said on the 10th that you’ll bring cameras with you every time you play as you don’t normally play that well. I’ve played some of my best golf when playing solo practice rounds as I’m talking myself through every shot. Maybe vocalising your shot thoughts embeds them more and helps transfer them to your body parts. More difficult when playing with others. Men with White coats could be called. I like the idea of you doing more often. Tops as usual Dan. Thanks. 👍⛳️

  8. You could have titled this video "Watch and Learn", Dan. I did, and I did, and I did it twice 😁. It was great to see some of your teachings applied in a real 'one shot at it' scenario, and to witness them work as intended. Please do more of these, at least one each on the Dukes and Dutchess courses.

  10. They say other golfers don’t care about your golf shot, but I was really rooting for you playing that round. Well played.

  11. Fantastic to see how your short game plays out in the wild! Also Incredible insight into course management – something I'm really trying to raise my IQ at, great stuff Dan, hope to see more of this in the future

  12. This how golf is meant to be played! Full consideration and commitment on every shot, but very relaxed and positive all the way round, even when not every shot was nailed. Would love more of these from you Dan, would love to see more about how you would practice and improve your long game (not that its bad by any stretch!)

  13. The amount of knowledge being imparted in this video is just sublime, most of us get so caught up in just striking the ball
well, that we miss course management opportunities. Great video, great instruction, inspirational.

  14. Absolutely loved this, Ive only been playing golf for 1.5 years and its great to see the course management side lf things, its also great to hear you say to not always go for the pin as amateurs always want to go for the glory shot. More of tjese videos please 😀

  15. Seen a lot of your videos lately and I found this one to be the best. Great on course instruction and I loved watching your genuine enjoyment as you began to realise that you were shooting a great round.

  16. What a fantastic treat of a video, not only do we get to see a world class course, we get to see it played by a world class player.

    Thank you Dan 👌🏼

  17. Great video, packed with info and absolutely no fat on the bone. Really lean edit and loads to learn from. Would love more of these

  18. What a great vlog!, this was so different and refreshing to watch, great to watch you play on your own and still get excited by the way you played!!. Congratulations on a great you tube Channel, keep it coming!. Watching from Down under.

  19. Keep them coming Dan, some nuggets in there & very played, a joy to watch from the draws off the tee to the magical short game

  20. Think I’m going mad trying to urge you to take a 52 and not the 56, then a soft controlled 8 on the last. I don’t think you heard me

  21. One of the best videos seen in a while. Such a nice humble guy and so interesting to hear the thought processes. Many more please.

  22. Excellent & thank you. Can you do this again where you intentionally miss every green? Love watching you figure out getting up and down from the random bounce/ miss. (Maybe let a mid handicap student hit all of your approach shots and you scramble from the result? )

  23. Those who can do, do, those who can't teach. Think you showed that saying to be bo@@ocks. Great vid

  24. This was just great! Lovely to hear you think/manage your round. Very insightful. Never seen such good documented mental/rational round. You have a bit (read: a lot) more shot shapes in the bag, which I neef to work on but I can use your way of thought/managment straight on the course! So like I said; just great! Thanks and keep up the great work, kind regards from a Dutchy.

  25. Please more og theese Dan 😊
Course management is so crucial and we still get to se your shortgame and scramble skills 😁👍🏻
