Welcome to the official Laver Cup YouTube channel. Laver Cup Berlin 2024 runs from September 20-22 at Uber Arena. The tournament takes place for the seventh time and features some of the best players in the world. Björn Borg captains Team Europe, consisting of Carlos Alcaraz, Grigor Dimitrov, Daniil Medvedev, Casper Ruud, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Alexander Zverev, Flavio Cobolli (alternate) and Jan-Lennard Struff (alternate). John McEnroe captains Team World, consisting of Francisco Cerundolo, Taylor Fritz, Thanasi Kokkinakis, Ben Shelton, Alejandro Tabilo and Frances Tiafoe. Team Europe’s Vice Captain is Thomas Enqvist and Team World’s Vice Captain is Patrick McEnroe. Team World are the reigning champions after winning at Vancouver 2023.

If you watch the extended highlights of 2005 US Open Final against Agassi, you'll see that version of Federer was the great tennis player of all time.
Like Sampras, people forget how dominant Federer's serve could be on any given day. Federer had the most all around, all-court game ever seen.
Lets all just remember that it doesnt matter how well he plays in the laver cup he lossed the gold medal and the chance for 3 slams this year….fukkkking laver cuo gimme a break 😅😅
The LC should be every 2-3 years. The way these guys laugh and joke like its an exhibition match is so lame. You can tell theyd rather win an ATP 500 tournament than this circus.
But Alcaraz is playing like Nadal
05 Federer will beat anybody ever.
2005-2010 Federer reached 18 of 19 grand slam finals in a row and won 3 of 4 slams the year before. Not even Novak or Nadal reached a peak as high as 18 of 19 slam finals in succession. However, opponents do fear Alcaraz like Federer, neither is playable at their peak best – I will give him that. Federer and Alcaraz win hitting winners, unstoppable when their game is on and sustained and opponents can’t stop it. That’s why Alcaraz has so much appeal. Same reason the majority of fans and even casual fans love and enjoy Federer over the other 2 of the big 3. Nadal and Novak they win, IN GENERAL, by not making errors and wait for opponents to eventually make errors, no fear factor just a lot of doubt if you have enough to penetrate their defense.
