  1. Winners so far: LIV and PGA players making stupid money, Losers: LIV and PGA tour, Biggest loser: FANS!!

  2. Great stuff as usual. I will be watching for sure the TNT event. Should be great TV. If the PGA Tour put on great events like this Rory-Scottie v Bryson-Brooks, they could compete vs the NFL, but I dont think the Leadership of the PGA TOUR specifically, Jay Monahan, has a clue of what he is doing. The PGA Tour, and the players won't like it, needs to play US Open caliber setups and courses every week, to bring interest back to the PGA Tour. Watching winning scores in the -25 range is boring. Everyone knows how great the Tour Players are. What makes for great TV is relating PGA Tour players experience what normal golfers feel like. That is why a tough US Open with a winning score of -5 like at Pinehurst was great TV. Boring courses make for bad TV. The NFL is quickly becoming the WWE of pro sports. Because of that if the PGA TOUR had leadership with a clue, they could compete against the NFL. Never watched a President's Cup before, but this one has me interested. I think it will be a great event. The LPGA right now is 100x more interesting than the PGA Tour.

  3. Do you guys watch the Saudi tour on CW Channell (?) not me especially when there is a pickleball on another channel .

  4. 21:34 DeChambeau recently said the same, in a LIV press conference no less. The current situation isn’t sustainable. I now much prefer watching LIV events over non-major PGA events.

  5. I agree that Tiger will most likely play the Champions Tour. It'll be as big for that tour as when Mickelson played events.

  6. PGAT does NOT own pro golf….maybe SSG will partner with PIF, to move forward.

  7. Great show as usual. I can tell you right now. I have zero interest in the Presidents cup, but I will certainly be tuning in to the match.

  8. Pgatour does not own golf, lack of support by Americans for other tours created LIV. BMW PGA at Wentworth was a perfect example. They were all exempt and didnt bother to turn up despite the DPworld tour strongly supporting the pgatour. Eff the pgatour and American arrogance

  9. TGL starts January 7, theyre sending out email invitations to buy tickets, i got an email 2 weeks ago

  10. ok here's my billion dollar idea……Play tournaments during the work week…. Golf fans will watch, talk it up at the water cooler during the week and be pumped up to play themselves on the weekend.

  11. Absolutely love these guys and the podcast. As to the negotiations, I am of the opinion that the PGATour/Tiger are holding out hoping that LIV folds and the LIV players will be in position of begging to come back to the PGA and DP Tours. As to the match, this will be the first one I will definitely watch.

  12. Was Norman really the best player in the world in the late 80s and early 90s? Faldo won 5 majors in that period and Norman won 2. Not to mention that Norman couldn't beat Faldo head-to-head to save his life. The rating system favored the ordinary events on the US tour and Faldo mainly played in Europe.

  13. A question that you could address maybe? Why is there soooooo much money in golf when the viewing numbers are in the toilet and NEVER were anything like NFL, NBA, Premier League etc etc. Why are golfers paid so much?
