  1. Brilliant Video nice to see how Ping clubs are built 👍, looks perfect👌, are the Graphite Shafts spline aligned? during the build process? Thanks Dickey (thought the grips would have been laser line checked for squareness) not just by eye (any comment from Ping

  2. So UK and not Ping HQ they are only assembling clubs including for me! The components are made elsewhere like all manufacturers

  3. This is not how Ping clubs are made but how components are assembled,Ping like most OEM have a factory in CHINA where these components are manufactured.

  4. When I bought my PING clubs (G15 irons) back in 2011 they were forged in the USA in the PING facility in Arizona. I guess all clubs now days are forged in Asia but assembled in the PING facilities in the UK and the USA.

  5. that little label is where the glitch started for me. got fitted out for a set of i230's in New Zealand and 5 weeks later a box full of i525's arrived. was rectified in double quick time

  6. Wish I could afford a set of these bad boys. I'm still using G2s and I have no idea if my dot color is what it's supposed to be 😂

  7. Very surprised that the club building process still involves so much manual work. Now I appreciate my beloved Ping set even more.

  8. I have been to the factory in Phoenix. It assemblies clubs. The heads are made in China or some other country. A very good quality club but not American made.

  9. Terrible golf company. I purchased their flagship iron the Blueprint in 2019 but this very Gainsborough fitting factory screwed up the shafting something terrible using their high speed numatic air gun to force the shaft into the hozel and the hozels started to bend. I paid £1750 for nine irons only to be told by one of their phone sales reps that a bending and pliability in the soft forged hozel is to be expected. I wrote several complaints to Ping headquarters in USA and they finally gave me a refund and a verbal phonecall apology. They told me in the phonecall that if I ever purchase from them again they would give me a set hand built like the contracted pros in the Tour van. Hows them apples for great customer service. I’m finished with Ping and play Yamaha products now which are streets ahead of this outfit. Ping still bend hozels by hammer to adjust lie angle????

  10. Come on Brits, speak ENGLISH!
What Ping do? Ping is a singular entity. It's one company. What Ping…. Does.
Now, the workers may…do. What the workers do…

  11. I’ve been a PING user for the past 40 years and have never been disappointed with any set purchased. I’ve owned 8 sets from the ZING 2 through to my present set of G730s, fabulous workmanship, quality and durability.

  12. My order should have been processed by the “rush machine” which it did not Been waiting for 3 months for my custom clubs to arrive.

  13. So interesting, many thanks for bringing this, it was 😊really fascinating. I would love a job like that, to work somewhere like Ping, dream job. Many thanks,
    Richard

  14. Great video on the assembly process. Some great craftsmanship in putting all of that together. Amazing how fast that laser etched the serial numbers on the clubs.

  15. I just received my G730 irons and they had a sticker on them that said the shaft was made in Bangladesh and the heads were made in Viet Nam. Nothing listed about the grips. So, at best, my 730s were assembled in Phoenix from Bangladeshi and Vietnamese components.

  16. thanks for this great video, amazed seeing how much work went into the build of my custom set of i530s, brilliant stuff

  17. Interesting and informative. Thank goodness there is nothing in my life where i need so much precision for such little gain, including golf clubs!
