  1. This is a really good strategy discussion. I feel like you missed one of the major benefits of bully tight end is that you don’t waste a late round pic on a mediocre tight end to cover your weeks instead you get a wide receiver who could have some spike weeks for you

  2. Where Kittle is going in the second round his spike weeks and total points I project to be about the same as the receivers that go in this sixth round so it becomes a no-brainer to go bully tight end plus this opens up to Purdy who I think is underpriced

  3. Especially on DK with 20 man roster I love 3-4 TEs my fav is Hunter Henry when he has had solid QB play he has performed at the same level at Ferguson tier

  4. These are a whole new Pack of TEs at & near tha top this year….
Like if bully TE ever had a chance it is this year and probably next year

  5. Good discussion. The last few years (at least my teams) were affected greatly by not having a good (healthy) corps of TEs. Losing too many BB leagues by less than 5 pts and if I only had a decent TE all year long. They get injured often and nothing worse than needing 2 pts to advance in the playoffs and no active TE on your roster. Also, if you didn't have the top scoring TE in weekly playoffs the last few years, you didn't advance in the playoffs. IMHO, week 17 is s pure crapshoot, luck. The last few years prove that…

  6. I think with the RBs being pushed down going late round TE isn’t as good as. Hear me out .. normally it was hard to get your WRs early and snag an elite te early and still not get shut out at RB . Where this year I feel like taking a good te doesn’t really hurt my roster construction much if I can just load up at wr and get the elite te and still be chilling at getting starting RBs round 7-13 . Heck u can sneak an elite qb up there as well

  7. I appreciate you guys talking draftkings strategy. Yeah the platform might blow compared to UD, but it's a much better place to play for people with smaller bankrolls. Seems bad that I can't go on underdog whenever I want and put $5-$10 down on a draft. But what do I know.

  8. what about a literal no wr build its contrarian but I kind of like how it worked (I only did this because of where the values fell) I went barkley taylor, then josh allen and Jalen Hurts, then mark andrews. Then just go wrs the majority of the way, I started with Rachee Rice and McLaurin. I limited myself to make sure only to take two qbs and two tes for this build strategy though.

  9. I would say hero RB wouldn't be a bad strategy this year in best ball or redraft. CMC, Gibbs, Saquon, Taylor, Breece, or Bijan would all be good choices. Also, the RB deadzone actually looks pretty good this year. Think most of those are going to be solid RB 2s this year.

  10. I had an insane draft last week. Had the most insane ADP steals, and perfect stack combos. Probably the best team I've drafted so far.

I drafted Garret Wilson, Brandon Aiyuk, and DK with my first 3 picks. I then got Derrick Henry 10 picks past his ADP (31.9) in the 4th round, and Pacheco (46.5) 10 picks past his ADP in the 5th round.

Later on in the draft, I got Rhamondre 10 picks past his ADP and Cole Kmet 21 picks past his ADP, and Gus Bus 11 picks past his ADP.

Got Purdy 8 picks past his ADP and paired him with Brandon. I picked up Aaron Rodgers to pair with Garret Wilson. I picked up Bryce Young to pair with Dionte Johnson and Jatavius Sanders (my last pick).

I stacked DK with Tyler Locket
I stacked Lad McKonkey with Quentin Johnson plus Gus Bus

It was the most unbelievable draft I've ever drafted. An incredible combination of stacks, ADP steals

That team will never be drafted by anyone else.

Drafted 6 WR and 3 RB through 9 rounds. Didn't take my first TE until round 14. Took first QB round 10. Went 3 QB, 5RB, 7WR, 3 TE

  11. Some great analysis of the BB strategies. I am a small time second year BB player, and after studying these strategies last year, I decided on Elite QB. Played 2 Mahomes (both lost) 1 Hurts (advanced to Quarters and Lost), and 1 Josh Allen. In all cases I "overloaded" with lots of players from same team as Elite QB. My Allen lineup won in Quarters by 50 and then lost in BB Semis by .4 points which hurt, so I missed the BB finals … but had a lot of fun! I am an insane low stakes DFS hobby player who usually plays 100 hand build nickels against the MME – which no one should do but I love trying to beat the machine by hand. I am back again with the same Elite QB BB strategy this year, but my list of Elite QB is different this year….Here are my thoughts on "WR Avalanche" which I know did win last year…. It is the deepest and best class of rookie WR I have ever seen – so trying to avalanche a position that is getting such an infusion of depth does not make sense to me. Great show guys, love seeing sharp young players in action, that is how I learned to play DFS a few years ago by watching you sharp young players. One of these days I'm going to win that nickel tournament! Or Not. Did place third in week 7 two years ago …. I'll keep trying and putting down a few lineups in BB, it is a great hobby for an old fella' like me.

  12. In Draftkings best ball, I succeeded in Three late QBs and Bully Tight End, while creating amazing stacks. (Got Sam Laporta and Mark Andrews) (Stacked Goff with Jahmyr Gibbs, Laporta and Williams) (Stacked Geno Smith with Lockett and Njigba) (Stacked Rodgers with Wilson)
