Grant Horvat and Trottie Golf put MG4 and Hi-Toe 4 to the test. #TaylorMade #shorts

Team TaylorMade’s @GrantHorvatGolfs and @trottiegolf are at the Kingdom in Carlsbad testing Hi-Toe 4 wedge with MG4 wedge to see which kind of player would fit into each club. They start out hitting some 40-yard pitch shots with each one and talk about launch and spin, as well as feel and forgiveness. Then they move to the bunker where you can really tell the difference between the full face grooves on Hi-Toe 4 and the feel of MG4 wedge.

  1. I’m the opposite. I have the hi-toe 50 and I love it on full and 3/4 shots. Got the 58 and tbh really didn’t get along with it so sold it. Vokey 54 for around the greens and a Cleveland 56 that I’ve grinded all the bounce off of that I open up for any lob shots.

  2. I have the pm grind 60 degree which is similar to the full face but even more odd looking at address. Anything more than 50-60 yards I just use my 54
