Depends…If the clubhouse is clean, and the course itself doesn't need much maintenance to get back into playing condition, the property might be slated for a new owner that wants to re-open the course… Probably not a good year in 2020, with the pandemic to go and do all that, however…

Should have checked the tag on the fire extinguisher to see the expiration date to see how long it’s been sitting.
