Stop Shifting Your Weight in the Golf Swing



Understanding the difference between weight shift and pressure shift in the golf swing will help you know why you shouldn’t shift your weight. I show you the difference between the two and how you a simple way you can try this at home to understand what you are doing in your swing.

Understanding this concept alone can sometime help you move better in your swing. However, other times a weight shift is done due to physical limitations. I explain what this limitations are and how they affect your movement in the swing.
