The red course at the Adriatic Golf Club Cervia is a tight one. I opted for a cautious approach but sometimes needed to be bold. On the 7th hole, for example, I hit a good 3 Wood from the tee, which unfortunately ended up a tad long in the rough. I had 128 meters left, but the flag was on the far right of the green, with trees all in front of me. I tried to work an 8 Iron to circle the branches. I succeeded, even if the ball stopped on the fringe. What club and strategy would you have used? Let’s rock!
