1st.. Huge Fab 5 and Michigan fan
This was a huge deal at the time. Raycom had ACC men's hoops rights in tandem with Jefferson-Pilot Sports and the former turned down a huge offer from CBS for this game and kept all the money for itself.
Fab 5 was my first love…..shame they couldn't beat Duke
