Working on swallowing intently for a week, what could I still improve that’s obvious?
My 130 ball speed shots are close to 220-230 carry now. Still working on speed, my 180-190 shots still around 290-310 every once in a while squeeze a 350+ on 188-194
You’ll realize that once you get shallow, you don’t need to actively force it.

You what now?

Relax the throat/arms in the down thrust/swing depending on if you mean swallow/shallow.

(Insert silly comment about typo).
My suggestion is more hip rotation, especially back rotation. Once there you need to create a little more separation between your arms and hips at the start of the downswing.

I don’t know how you can boldly claim you hit 194 ball speed…let alone 180.

Try not to hit ball after ball. Take a practice swing in between and over emphasize what you’re trying to do.
You want a flatter downswing? Flatten the hell out of it with your practice swings.
There are a few other things happening here you might want to address.
You have strong lower hand on the grip. Get your thumb over on the other side.
Your trail elbow is flying pretty high on the backswing. See if tucking it down keeps the backswing and downswing planes flatter.
Your swing is all arms. Get your lower body moving towards the target before you start dropping the hands.
Hold your finish. Quitting on the follow through affects the tempo of the swing and the size of the swing circle. You make more club head speed with a bigger swing circle.

Idk if swallowing will help your swing at all 😂

Half the swings you’re hips are closed (lead hip) and you’re outside in. It’s a good balance if learning but focus on weight shift. If you played baseball, I think your swing suggests, try to focus on weight on the front foot and leave a bit open. I’m only a 14.8. But came down from a 24 in 2.5 years

I’m gonna guess/hope you meant “shallowing”
