PGA Catalunya Golf Resort – is it worth playing there?

Early February I stopped over at the PGA Catalunya Resort near Girona, Spain (while charging my car at a Tesla Supercharger in front of Hotel Camiral) and took a good look at the facilities. Did not play there but stayed longer than expected. Here are a few impressions. 1:39-practice facilities; 2:27-at the club house. // As picked up on another site: “The Stadium course at PGA Catalunya Resort, which hosted the Spanish Open in 2014, is a par-72 parkland/woodland layout with pretty lakes framed by pine tress and the Pyrenees mountains. Located close to Barcelona, the course was the brainchild of Neil Coles and Angel Gerardo of the European Tour, who were looking to create a venue in the Catalonia region for Tour competitions. It’s an entertaining challenge with tree-lined fairways, carefully positioned bunkers and elevated tees offering excellent vistas.”

Hi – I’m Gregor Heinrich. Welcome to my “Golf & Tesla” channel.
This YouTube channel is designed to give you an overview of golf courses I have played on, course VLOGs, occasional equipment reviews or “how to” clips.
As to “Tesla”: you can also see some reports on my Tesla, and Supercharger stations I come across.
For both the golf courses as well as the Supercharger reviews I often use a DJI Mavic Pro drone.
