  1. Enjoy a sandwich with fries on it while you are there. Not the best comment but still a comment

  2. Did he really make his way back? Back to what?. Just another wasted year for Milano. I'm tired of Milano's unavailability. Time to move on.

  3. It seems like it took Milano so long to finally get national recognition. But now he can't stay healthy ! Bummer !

  4. You just can't roster Baylon Spector at this point. Go with the two vets and the rook for depth behind Williams and Bernard. Availability is a bare minimum requirement and he just doesn't provide it.

  5. I would love if a good player on our team could stay healthy..every year the same freaking thing…what a joke..our strength and conditioning coaches must really suck.

  6. Is their one man on staff that takes the team through a team stretch after each practice? Is each player fully hydrated before practice? Bicep tears sometimes turn into lowvpec tears. Why would he not return. It's the smallest muscle, but your only as strong as your weakest muscle. The forearms are a muscle that you must train hard to increase your gripping strength. Are the players training their forearms ? I am a believer in leg press rather than squat. Also I would have all the lineman on both sides of the ball wear knee braces. I hope that other than ice baths the Bills have stand up ice boths, that spray a dry super cold in a couple of minutes to reduce inflammation. RED LIGHT THERAPY reduces inflammation as well. The hamstring is the injury that drives coaches crazy as it should. Players squat ridiculous amount of weight. Do they do the same for hamstrings? If we are told to drink 8-10 glasses of water. With all the work load how can they be getting what they need? Team think/Team Drink. Coach blows the horn three times and they get together like the Marines and empty their water bottles. Little things turn into big things. And wide outs and DB's should wear compression sleeves on the quads/hamstrings. Coaches, assistants and ball people need to be ready to check, give, encourage the above ideas if you choose to implement them. You have to do something with all these injuries, let's eliminate or greatly reduce them.

  7. He played 5 games the last season, and he is always injured. Time to move someone into the Matt M slot. He is out for the year. Don't count on him at all.

  8. I wonder if Nick Bolton or Roquan Smith will be hurt for 2 straight seasons or is that just reserved for Buffalo’s elite LB’s….the National Injury League strikes again, how shocking.

  9. Glad to hear Dorian had a great practice, would be huge if he plays well. Shakir is going for 1200 yds, big production.
If we run 2 tightend sets then we need 4 rostered players. I'd cut Gilliam if the spot is needed.

Ryan Talbott has a solid B-Cup.

  10. Milano needs to retire or just leave…2 years no football(you don't comeback from that). I hope he saves all that money he did nothing for
