He will win… he's very intelligent, personable, articulate, and gutsy to boot! He's a good administrator, and excellent with x's and 0's! As a former collegiate player, i can tell you, he has the "it" factor… his on-field adjustments resulted in him being 5-0 vs Sarkisian and Lanning!

104 and 12 let that sink in. As head coach he has won everywhere at every level. I feel this guy is going to run that record up very fast. he has a great program and base to win big and win now. Saban left Bama in a great position, there is no building to be done just reload put his mark on program and go get em. As Bear said I have always been a winner, deboer is lso a winner, and at bama he should thrive.

Great to watch Coach DeBoer and staff work hard the way they do. Tuscaloosa and all of Alabama are going to be a very pleased. Mr. Klatt knows Bama is hot ticket 2024. Coach Saban is lab partner with new D Coach Kane Wommack in "Theory of Defenseology" class, working on defensive coverages. Once in a while, after lab, Coach Saban goes to the golf course. Coach Saban earned it. He did it the old-fashioned way. Roll Tide.

You learn just as much about a person for what they don’t say as what they do. This isn’t a shock to me based upon some things over the last 6 months, but Joel uncovered it without trying.
Joel asked about coaching Petersen recruits. Jimmy Lake was a terrible coach, but also recruited many of the kids on the team and he didn’t get a mention.
Joel asked about Grubb leaving and Kalen didn’t mention Huff who also got a job with the Seahawks.
Deboer isn’t family like he preaches. He’s me and you as long as you’re helping me.
