Welcome to Season 7 of Adventures in Golf, presented by United. Erik Anders Lang’s first stop is Ireland’s last course – St. Patrick’s Links at Rosapenna Hotel & Golf Resort – and one of the lushest links we’ve ever laid eyes on – Cruit Island Golf Club.

  1. Quite surprisingly moved by the beauty of both courses and the area. Another great piece of filmmaking. I must start saving for St Patrick's now 👍

  2. My first video since the redwood video about a year ago. Love watching EL travel the world and work his magic.

  3. This episode felt like Anthony Bourdain. Amazing. There must be more subscribers who want to watch this YouTube style.

  4. What a great golf video. I went to Rosapenna last year for a few days but we only got to play the Tom Morris course. So we are going back in two weeks and I'm looking forward to playing the new St Patrick's Links! This video really whet my appetite! I may need to bring a few (dozen) extra balls.

  5. Erik this is my favorite video you have posted. To date. Ok I know I’ve said that many times but this time I’m serious

  6. There’s a 2nd shot on Cruit you play thats pure down hill with Errigal & the spinning ocean behind the green. It’s pure magical. Also has the best par 3 on the planet. Golf in Donegal is with the addition of St Patrick’s probably the best destination & value for money in Ireland. Erik did you play Portsalon & did you have a pint in the Olde Glen ??

  7. Absolutely incredible video. Such a special place on earth and amazing history at Rosapenna. This video was done properly and captured the symbolism of this property perfectly. I’ve never wanted to visit a place in the world more than I do now after this. Thank you!

  8. Man my mom grew up in Carrigart an my grandfather is one of the longest standing members of rosepenna. Crazy to see this video recommended to me. Cant wait to play it again!!

  9. It will always be incredibly stupid that going outside to golf (or surf, or jog, or walk the dog) was illegal in the free world because of a virus. I get certain people in crowded venues, but solitary outdoor activities being banned shows the incredibly stupidity of our masters.

  10. Great watch 👍
Played Cruit Island a month or so ago…..WOW! So much fun, and even on a grey mirky day, its spectacular

ps I've always thought it was pronounced Crit…. And i only live 100miles away 🤣

  11. Erik. You need to go to Nefyn golf club in North Wales. Peninsula course with spectacular views and a pub below the course on the beach. Would be a great video.

  12. i played on st patricks about 20 years ago it wasnt a finished course ,rough greens longer grass in fairways and if you went in the rough your ball was gone but the course layout was unbelievable and the design of many of the holes was amazing.you paid i think 15 euros to a guy on a tractor, there was no clubhouse just change in the car,i have played rossapennas other courses many times, cant wait to play st patricks again and see if anything is still the same layout, amazing piece of land.
