First off I dig the accent, I love the course, wish I could learn how to play! I was playing golf consistently and practicing a lot but I still didn’t get my golf swing right, swing the club still feels foreign to me’ However, I know I can get better and zi still have hope that I will be in a golf tournament someday ! 😊
Hi matt, do you use graphite shafts ? Or you use a mixed bag
Would make an interesting course for "record breakers" one hits the iron safely off the tee and one goes for the green on those short par 4's.
Thanks Matt. Played here earlier this year. It's a really good course, very tricky in places, but a lot of fun. Great value for the area. There's another slightly further north which lesser known but still excellent called west Kilbride. Also worth a try at around the same price range.
Well played,you putted well. Virtually every if not every single long putt was an easy second putt. You normally hole a few of those 20-25 footers,playing within yourself too👍

Well played Matt. I played there about 25 years ago and I remember it being a monster. Drove up from Gatwick then played 18 before playing in a 36 hole tournament the next day. Drive home next day absolutely knackered!!

I've played every course on Arran back in the day when you could pay £100 for a week's pass to play any course, or all of them, It would be great to see a pro play them all.
Much better attitude and decision-making in that round. That’s what got you a good score.
