At the very least put the phone away from the hitting mat which is moving. And ideally get a tripod to hold the phone
say goodbye to that window. everyone hits a bad one every now and then.

The app works, I use it and have used real trackers as well. It is similar. Definitely not crazy accurate with about 20 ish yards or so off. I believe the issue was either the lighting or placement for your app though
