  1. My biggest mistake so far was getting a skytrak plus. The club data is a joke.
Best decision ive made was getting a gc3

  2. Great tips there Mitch, the hardware ones in particular will help a lot of people from “saving” money only to find they’ve wasted it 👍🏻

  3. Hung archery net in UK garage (9ft ceiling) yesterday using wire rope. Hit a few 7 irons for proof of concept and it all works 😊. Now got to install projector and learn how to stream from gaming pc to old laptop in garage and buy a decent hitting mat.

Thanks to you and other commenters for all the advice. It’s taken me 2 months of planning to get to this point and the advice has been invaluable. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  4. LOL. I made 5 out of 10 🙂 Just changed from skytrak+ to protec vx, from epson beamer to benq lh820+ and from e6 to gspro. NOW the games can start 🙂

  5. I went cheap on everything! Ended up upgrading the hitting mat immediately and upgrading my launch monitor later. Still using a net, cheap projector and cheapish computer. Someday I’d love to get a full enclosure but my setup works so it’s hard to justify

  6. Fully agree with Mitch , I made a few of those mistakes. The biggest was going for height over width. Dug down to get 10 foot height but forgot about the width needed to swing a driver. Can swing a driver but means changing my on course swing . Thanks for the tips I used your site a lot before completing my sim shed.

  7. Great video do you have a video how you made you impact screen? I looked on your page and couldn’t find it

  8. Would you consider removing the flooring and digging out the concrete floor to a depth that allows you to swing a driver.
It would not be as expensive as you may think.
I’m based in Preston so happy to advise where needed.

Also, an inline extractor (£55) and a vent would be a great idea.

  9. You advertise on numerous videos that your PDF Ebook is free, NOT SO, this is click bait, why not tell everyone that it’s not free and you charge £10????!

  10. Projectors aren't even worth it anymore.

Lazer tvs are INSANE. WOrth the price since you'll be having it perm.
