I think when a driver deliberately slams somebody during a yellow, or AFTER the race, his team should have to pay a substantial fine to the team who's car was hit. Regardless of the damage! Suspend him now, and every time he repeats the offense.

Running Bowman into the wall, on the drivers side, especially with his window net down should be pretty serious. If this was the other way around, Nascar would have already addressed this issue and fined Bowman.
