Are These New Golf Balls Any Good? – TaylorMade SpeedSoft Ink Review

These are the newest golf balls on the market from TaylorMade. Eye catching, soft feel, spin a lot, what more can you ask for in a golf ball? Well I guess you can ask for a ball that always flies straight. The SpeedSoft Ink golf balls are a great bargain, and probably the best bang for your buck right now. Pretty impressive what TaylorMade was able to pack into this affordable golf ball. I would not be surprised if a lot of people of all different handicap levels start playing this ball. what’s going on everyone bringing you a brand new video a review video of some golf balls the tailor made speed soft inks I went to the store The Golf Store I was walking around and I saw these they caught my eye I’ve never seen them before and so I was like I’ve got to try them out got to do a review and see what they’re all about I’m pretty sure they’re new this year 2024 they’re not too expensive they’re only about $25 per dozen so it’s definitely very aable eye-catching let’s see what they’re all about so here we go open the box here and just like that four dozen or four sleeves of balls one dozen and let’s check them out open up the box and there you have it the golf ball is very very unique looking you could definitely spot your golf ball from a mile away it’ll definitely distinguish it from other players no doubt in my mind about that when I saw this golf ball it reminded me of the pic this is a pic right here tp5 piic bit of a premium golf ball this is a bit cheaper but tailor made definitely likes to get creative with their designs the pic actually has a little roll pattern so when you put it it makes sense it rolls nice on the line this one it’s just kind of random just for looks when you roll it no clear point I guess you could say they feel definitely quite different than the other golf balls the premium golf balls but let’s give these things a try we’re going to try them here on the putting green first few putts see what they’re all about so since these golf balls are called the speed soft ink I’m expecting a very soft feel off the putter face that’s what they claim on the box let’s see for ourselves here wow it feels pretty soft left that putt short let’s give it another test couple more putts not bad it’s very very soft I will say that off the face it feels very soft that last putt there I even slightly healed and it still felt soft off the center of the face it feels very good I will admit it feels very nice off the putter face so now the next part of the tailor made speed soft ink review we’re going to do a few chip shots here see how it reacts to the club Face Off The Wedge and uh see how it reacts on the greens just a standard Chip Shot little bit off the green that that literally went in first chip with these balls these might have to be the balls that I use from now on that I didn’t catch it quite super nippy but it’s still spun a little bit and with the little design on the golf ball you can actually see the spin kind of like the pck it’s very similar to that another shot let’s try in the shorter grass right here that spun cuz I hit it a little bit nippier yeah still rolls out cuz these greens are a little bit quicker it definitely spun oh my gosh we made two out of three another one oh it it it went in trust me it’s the little flag stick thing here but that’s crazy what these might be my new balls that I use they’re they’re feeling good I don’t think you get any better than that two out of three putts we just made or not even putts chips we just hold out from you know a couple yards off the green not anything crazy but that doesn’t happen all the time they do feel pretty soft coming off of the face of the wedge as well no complaints yet from this golf ball they feel pretty solid so far let’s go hit some bunker shots and see how this $25 golf ball per forms and holds up against some bunker shots see if it gets scratched up and the durability of it all right guys so now we’re here in the bunker going to be doing the bunker test as Rick Shields does let’s see how durable these golf balls are my guess is they’re not going to be super durable they’re going to get a little bit scratched up you don’t know until you find out going to be using the same golf ball same exact ball for multiple shots and we’ll take a look at it after [Music] so we just hit about 10 shots from the bunker and this thing is holding up pretty well tiller made did a pretty good job not going to lie it’s got a few minor scratches but like nothing like major nothing like oh I wouldn’t use this ball again you know so a little bit of the paint’s coming off but like just very minor scratches obviously if it hits a carart path or something that’d probably be a different story probably get big Nicks and stuff in it but as of right now out of the bunker it’s hold up pretty well okay guys time for the last and final part of the review SL golf ball test of the speed soft inks we’re making our way over to the tea box we’re going to play a golf hole full hole par three over water and let’s see how this ball performs never know could see a magical Ace on the channel okay guys just shot it 98 yards to the pin let’s see how this ball performs if it’s a lucky magnet in the hole we’re never going to use any other ball ever I actually have not taken any full swings yet today so we’ll see how this goes looks good oh little long maybe just on the edge of the green back of the green I’ll take it see if we can make that in for a birdie finish off this video you know one of the good things about playing a cheaper golf ball is that you don’t really have to worry too much about losing it cuz it’s not too expensive you’re not going to break the bank like a hole like this over water I wasn’t too worried but at the same time you never want to lose a ball and you never want to lose strokes but luckily we made it on safe here we’ve got a putt it’s just off the green just off the green here we hit it a little bit long the golf ball felt good it stopped pretty quickly I don’t even I think it bounced on the green I don’t see my divot though let’s see if we could sink this in for a Birdie Honestly with how I was chipping earlier I should probably chip this but I think it’s smart play go for the putt not quite there that’s a little par though fun little hole to end off this review video oh my gosh that barely went in that was a fun little hole to end off the video and that concludes the review of the tailor made speed soft Inc golf ball brand new golf ball I would say it’s a pretty good bang for your buck I have no complaints so far it probably doesn’t go quite as far as like you
