they say IQ is what separates you in the finals. The celtics seemed steps ahead of the mavs these series.
Mavs were legit the perfect match-up for us. Not physically gifted enough to go with our attackers and too stagnant/singular with their attacking methods. Both the Nuggets and TWolves would've taken us to 7 games imo. God bless both teams for their chokes and various moments of incompetence
"The Gospel is that I am so sinful that Jesus had to die for me, yet so loved and valued that Jesus was glad to die for me. This leads to deep humility and deep confidence at the same time. I can't feel superior to anyone, and yet I have nothing to prove to anyone."
— Tim Keller
luka only has one, maybe two moves. he was easy work. he is fat, slow and a ball hog. great job by the celtics
i just learned so much basketball from this video 😂
As a Celtics fan I had a very fun conversation with a guy I worked for this year about how the Celtics seem to target smart players. It’s rare they have a guy on the team who’s selfish and plays individual basketball (even tho their 2 stars are iso scorers, it’s understood that they’re just that good).
It’s rare to see Jrue, White, Al, or KP make a bad play. For the secondary supporting cast around the stars, that’s extremely rare. They all take a smaller role.
And then the 3rd rank guys know their role. Hauser just shoots 3s, Pritchard is aggressive with the ball, Kornet just blocks shots and dunks, Tillman and Brissett just play D and get boards, it’s just a roster full of guys who understand their role and don’t take bad analytical shots.
Thinking Basketball finally getting credit

A collab with @ThinkingBasketball ? Awesome. Great YouTube channel for NBA content.
They simply worked as a team, trust each other and with 2 leaders at the helm. While the Mavs are being run by 2 individuals (Luka & Kyrie) mostly taking plays into their own hands with less teamwork and leadership.
come on, need subtitles please, thank you
7:28 wow
I didn't know Thinking Basketball was in the NBA App and Channel. One of the best basketball channels out there guys. 🙂
And they say Boston is lucky that they played injured teams in the East. Even with a healthy Miami, Indiana and Cavs, they wont beat the Celtics in 7 game series. Coach Joe deserve a ton of credit for his coaching schemes and plays.
Amazing coaching 👏
As a Basketball Purist this is just too much to watch!
Hats off to Celtics teamwork on court. I just feel they have more tricks in the sleeve and mavs unable to force 100% from Celtics.
i gaurantee nba stole this vid from another youtuber
need 2024 Cs vs 2022 GSW

I’VE BEEN ASKING FOR YEARS. BY NOW I KNOW HE SEES MY COMMENTS. WHEN WILL WE GET A “THINKING BOXING” CHANNEL WITH THIS ANALYTICAL DATA COLLECTION AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND STATS?!
good job debunking those "Celtics only shoot 3s" crowd
