rule one is that you have to make contact with the ball below your waist so no tennis DS people rule two is that the paddle face needs to be below your hand when you hit the ball and Rule three is that you need to be using an upward motion put that all together and we have an underhand motion that looks like this

  1. PLEASE, ALWAYS include when u are talking about serve rules THAT NONE OF THIS PERTAINS TO THE DROP SERVE!!!!!!!!!
    People scream all the time that they heard the rules and when I drop serve I have to pull up the rules EVERYTIME!!
