Carla too from LSU going up against chinu Chen from Oregon to 3 down in the match and uh maybe a little jolt of momentum there Karen trying to extend that one and and fight back LSU’s Latana Stone has this putt for birdie to win the hole and go two up in her match through 14 let’s go back to 11 with heck Rachel heck probably has the most match play experience and she’s going to be very conserved here pitching it into the hill and if it rolls up just a bonus Carla too has this putt for birdie to win the 16th and a little fist pump for to LSU the number two seed and to one down in her match with Tiffany Chen really played at all this spring until the last couple of events just trying to heal her body physically after her surgery her goal was to make it here and she’s putting on a charge in this quarterfinal match so she’s going to force her opponent caring to do something to try to win a hole and I think that you know for Stanford I think it’s really good to see her be able to come back to be competitive heck of a save there by Anna Foster how about that up and down a ridiculous up and down cuz the LIE did not look great the es and flows of match play here in the quarterfinals right there from 111 yards over at the 12th first match out for Stanford and Auburn and englman has this par putt to tie the hole and she does clutch putt now Foster on the T of 12 the par save for foster was really big to try and keep some momentum going and hit a good shot in this hole it was really well played this is a firm green but she’s Jud judged that slope nicely we’re back at 17 Oregon’s chinu Chen for birdie to win the hole end the match and get a second point on the board for the Ducks we head to 17 Carla too short one for par to remain one down and keep things going what what are last 30 minutes by Carla too oh yeah I mean just finding a little something when she needed to now over at 14 lindblad for birdie to win the hole so ingr lindblad now three up in her match so let’s go over to three pick up USC’s Amari Avery in control of this one against Khloe holder from Clemson and Amari extending her lead five up now with just six holes to go and to the fifth Adelis cernos two down against Kate beas from uccla she needs to step on the gas they started on the back nine so she’s running out of time back come back a always intrigued Karen when you win an individual title back at 16 Tiffany Wong hit her t- shot in the penalty area played her second shot out so she has conceded the match and Latana Stone gets a point on the board for LSU as she wins her match three and two so each team now has a point on the board Good Start yep stops on the dime so couple of Birdie putts upcoming three up in the match you you just kind of nestle it down Karen and make your opponent do something most likely correct you do I mean you want to give it as good a chance as you can I mean if I’m if I’m Lim blad I feel like I can make this part okay cuz you just don’t want to give your opponent any kind of Hope kind of like that yeah can we go to the fifth Sosi needing this to win the hole against Kate Bea short one for birdie big putt especially considering the Bruins leading in four of the five matches so now pressure squarely on Karen suru needs to make it to extend the match if not Lin blad gets a point for the Tigers top ranked D in the world does exactly what many would expect a convincing win for LSU University of Oregon LSU wins four and three heck now good opportunity match play at its finest though when you saw what Foster did ahead of her maybe the thinking changes Karen of course it does I mean that was a I mean I don’t really know what what happened there with with Anna’s putt I mean that was a complete mental mental error you just can’t do that Karen I think it was one of those moments where you get aggressive but then if you get too aggressive you’re just not going to make the putt regardless but I mean 12 15t aggressive it’s that’s that was a lot it it got away from her simply said so a three putt heck wins now five up five to chinu Chan finished tied for 43rd in the individual but has two putts to take down Carla too who finished ninth in the individual great F girl [Applause] chinu Chen wins her match one up Oregon has two points LSU has two points it’ll come down to the donigan Romero match match five Mari Avery from USC short one to win her match and close out Khloe holder and get a point for USC and Mari Avery talented as anyone we’ve seen come through the college game in the last five to 10 years Canales has this putt for birdie to win the match Katana Fernandez Garcia poo also has a birdie putt congratulations to ingred on winning the anuka award Kayana Fernandez Garcia poo must make this to extend the match this for birdie at 8 the 17th hole of this match and that race is by so carolene Canales the Junior from UCLA has put the first point on the board for the Bruins as she wins two and one little bit longer than Romero’s downhill the whole way starting this out to the right needs to pull back [Applause] left pick up Zoe Slaughter from Texas A&M long par putt to extend things against Natalie V of UCLA V three up at the moment the Bruins inching closer to moving on to this afternoon semifinals what a job by Alicia um Holmes first year as the head coach for UCLA so Bo closes things out the Bruins looking good at this point of Oregon playing her t-shot coming off that clutch birdie to get the last beautiful high shot here it’s going to land softly it’ll be good Megan Royal for bogie to win the match and send UCLA to the semi-finals this afternoon wow what a performance by the Bruins this morning Karen it it really was I mean I thought Texas A&M were going to we’re going to handle UCLA but uh UCLA said not so fast over at the fourth again this match started on the 10th hole Sydney Roberts of Clemson has this par putt to extend the match and USC has another point on the it’s not about you and so you just kind of have to suck it up and go out and be motivated to hope your team plays well but Rachel hex just played some incredible golf let’s go over to 17 second for put Point number two on the board for Stanford Rachel heck won her match 4 and three this is the 19th hole for match one between Stanford and Auburn I mean just a shout out to to the Stella bunker shot that sad hit to get it to to this point here put him back uphill yes how about that win for Selman 4’s 18 19th hole gets up and down for par and puts a second point on the board for Stanford Katy Cranston for par here three down playing 16 and the match has been [Music] conceded Kelly Sue delivers the final point for Stanford they advance to the semi-finals
