Forward shaft lean in a green side bunker will cause the club to expose the leading edge and dig into the sand. This can make it difficult to become consistent with your bunker shots.

you got a tendency to really get that shaft leaning forward I had bad bunker shots when I drag my hands hands get ahead yeah and just I just dig it straight in the ground I don’t have any release to it a regular golf shot you’ve got your hands in front of the golf ball yeah but in the bunker what that does is is it exposes that Leading Edge and that’s just going to dig way down in the sand we don’t want the hands in front in a greenside bunker we want essentially we want to release that club head through impact cuz I’m trying to release it trying to feel like I’m hitting a hook because it helps me my release
