what’s up birdie fever fam we are here today at boisey Ranch and I’m here at the number three par 4 so today I have a very exciting product that I want to do a review for and that is the blue teas ringer so this is the device here it’s called The Ringer and it is a small handheld device that has a magnet on the back of it so it can attach to darts and other things that are metal um and it has like a little LCD readout here that gives us like front center back distances it can track shots it can keep your score it can uh tell you what the handicap is on a hole um and some other stuff uh so it actually can tell you like where hazards are so I use number three here because we do have a giant Lake that separates us from the t-box and the green and so uh yeah we want to show you what it can do so this is what the whole uh overview looks like and I might actually switch this over to White all right so now we have it on light mode see if we can get all up in there but basically what this is showing is it is showing that we have a distance of so let’s get over here so we have a distance of 240 yards to the beginning of the water 279 yards to the end of the water and 322 I I believe is what the shot it’s telling you it’s a a shot suggestion and so it’s telling you that 322 is uh where you want to land or it has like a like a slope or something which this this screen does have like a like a basin um that that kind of goes up there and then it’s it like rolls up to the green I and so maybe that’s what it’s telling you there I’m not exactly sure that’s what it shows so it shows like a like a I don’t know how to explain that but uh in any case good information so I’m sitting here 240 from the water and uh so usually we’re just kind of like guesstimating by you know playing here a lot and everything else but this would really come in handy if it was a course that I had never played before so and then the standard screen uh where when it’s locked is just going to show you front center back which is great uh shows you the par what your score is at and then the handicap for the hole this one is number 12 on the boisey ranch course and so yeah just a ton of good information uh it does have a shot tracker so I imagine that it says start here so I imagine that you press the button and then uh as soon as you hit your you press your button when you’re over your ball and then when you get to your other ball it’s going to say stop you hit stop and then it tracks that shot so you can track exactly what you’re getting and um and uh yeah that that can be really really helpful to know the distances that you’re getting out here on the course it tracks your number of putts and will give you that stat at the end of the round and then you actually get an overview of the green if you can see here uh and so it tells you front center back and you can actually press on here so I’m looking at the pin right now it’s a white flag so it should be Center is and it’s off to the left a little bit so I think it looks about Center back and left so I think it’s about right here let’s see here if I can get in there there we go so it looks like looks like something about right there so I’d say 342 or 340 is going to be your shot so it’s 325 to the front 354 to the back and 340 to the pin what I would call more exact now I’m going to get my BLU te’s Rangefinder and I’ll be right back all right so I have my blue teas Rangefinder now put this little guy in my pocket which fits very very nicely and I’m going to try to hit this pin with my blue teas Rangefinder wow what a result so I got 338 with the blue T Series 3 Max okay and if you can look at this it says 336 to Center I would say that is pretty accurate if I even go to that green section uh 336 is what it’s saying so I mean that’s pretty accurate all the way from the t boox uh we’re getting you know within about four yards so I’d say that’s that’s pretty good um or two yards rather I’m sorry so we have two yards differ so it’s 336 from where I’m standing and 336 on the rangefinder Series 3 Max that’s incredible so I guessed based on what I saw the flag looking like and uh and the color of the flag and it came up with the same numbers 336 uh is what it says to Center 336 on the rangefinder and if I go in here to the green map where I pressed shows 336 so I think I have a pretty accurate combo here this year for 2024 and I’m really really excited to play this year with this combo I think it’s going to dramatically lower my scores and it would dramatically lower the scores of others using these devices so it’s made by Blu te golf which uh is it like we’re Affiliates for them I’ve seen a few of their things like the speaker and yeah the speaker actually has all this technology built in as well but this guy is just a little special guy right here that has like a little magnet and you just pick it to your card or put it in your pocket it locks itself automatically so then you just click here shows you like little green stats front center back and then so like today’s pin I’ve I’ve actually pressed that in so you can move this around oh so you’ve put it into where the actual thing should be so I had it I had it pretty pretty pretty money right there so we got a white flag which usually signifies center right and then um it’s over off to the left so I think it’s 337 and I actually shot it with the blue teas Rangefinder yeah and it was exactly the same distance so um so what you want to do is you come here to unlock it and you swipe over shows you the distance to the water over the water it’s just a smaller device but it uses real GPS with a service so it’s pretty cool oh that’ll nice ball that’ll work and you know what um more left but if you wouldn’t mind I would like to use the shot tracker on that if you’d like sure okay so I’m going to just you need to nope oh okay so I’ve just never done it uh so that’s why I’m I’m trying to let’s do it because I would be curious to see how far I just hit that compared to what I think I hit it yeah we’re going to get some some real accurate numbers also a nice ball wow all right so we got their ball here and so this one’s saying that you now have 140 to the center so this was with the track shot 202 that five iron was 202 yeah okay 214 so 202 and 214 that is pretty awesome it’s like 132 okay yep man that bounce sucked did you get it bounce right yeah I was like hoping it was stick on the right side of the Fringe yeah and then look at this right into the slot let’s go let’s go pin High be the club nice wow all right guys know kind of caddy for them while they played the hole and that worked out great uh these guys were looking like they were pretty good golfers and uh they used the information uh to be pretty much perfect uh the the first guy ran right up to uh where I would say position a is on and I’m sorry the SE the first guy ran a little bit through the Fairway uh by about two yards only uh and got into the little rough there the stoppage area before the lake and the second gentleman uh went in there and got in position a they both made pretty good shots the first guy uh that was out got rejected off the right side of the green and uh and went a little r it was just a bad bounce and then the second gentleman stuck at about 14t from the pin uh after I gave him uh the information from the blue te’s ringer uh not going to lie folks I think I just found even a new passion engulf is just like helping people these guys had no rangefinders uh looked like they had they had no yardage equipment they were just kind of out here playing um and I don’t know it might not be everyone’s thing but I think that uh if you want accuracy this device is incredible it’s going to be awesome for blind shots and I can’t wait to use it in 2024 we are going to see you on the next one peace
