The PGA TOUR heads back to South Carolina this week for the Myrtle Beach Classic at The Dunes Golf and Beach Club, the next Additional Event on the 2024 TOUR schedule. Ryan Fox, who has claimed eight wins worldwide in his career, will tee it up this week. Fox enters the week with confidence from his T4 finish with Garrick Higgo at the Zurich Classic two weeks ago. Joel Dahmen will be in the field this week in search of his second TOUR win. He’s struggled to put performances together this season but hopes to find the same form he produced after claiming T11 at THE PLAYERS Championship in March. The Bryan Bros will also be in Myrtle Beach this week. George was awarded a sponsor exemption into the event after narrowly missing out to Matt Atkins via the 18-hole, 16-player shoot-out of YouTube creators and South Carolinian pros. Wesley played brilliantly to claim second place at the Corales Puntacana Championship last month to reshuffle his position and comfortably earn a spot in the Myrtle Beach Classic. Others to look out for are Erik Van Rooyen, Robert MacIntyre and Pierceson and Parker Coody.

I’ve lost it yesterday I had it today I lost it Wesley’s made no birdies I’ve made no birdies Matt I mean he’s borderline lost it too I don’t know I mean it’s just it’s tough slood here shambles positives course is pure beautiful day what is it spending time with my brother you’ll like that George thank you oh we’re back George we’re back we’re absolutely back is that farther than mine yes it’s further than yours George was in that bunker yesterday there’s very little lips and I was like based on the whole course there’s so many bunkers that you have to challenge so I’m like I’m just not going to shy away from them cuz I could play from 175 all day 180 and never reach a bunker this year I’ve gone into it like with a very open mindset I’ve played you know 20 plus events most years of my career and um move closer lower they’re they’re just teasing so going there I met them I mean over a decade ago probably you know Wesley’s played more Tour golf than George has and like we’ve been friends on and off the golf course and played a ton I made a cut to PJ tour vent I’ve kind of proven to myself and to people out there even though you don’t have to prove anything to anyone it’s going to help me calm those is like bad thoughts a little bit knowing that you know whatever I shoot this week I can stand on the fact that I’ve competed high level and performed this is freaking good swing too George lives and dies by every day regardless of competition practice [Music] round absolutely fun George oh boy that’s not a proper mess just get on the ground just get entirely on the ground three-year-old is coming to watch me play in uh a tournament for the first time which is going to be really cool to you know just see her and kind of like a family reunion uh here inside the ropes first time tournament here in our home state um pretty special I’m out here just living my dream and um I know there’s a lot of people back home that keep up with it and I mean just seeing him all giddy is pretty pretty cool uh teen it up on the PGA tour for now the second time um it’ll I don’t know it it’s just a lot of hard work that that goes into what he’s done for a long time and now the path looks a little different from the YouTube side of things but but he still really cares um about chasing off and playing it professionally and if he can just stay out of his own way and and play his game and and not let the circumstances or the the golf course or his emotions get in the way I think he should have a pretty good week here is this a 2v one like what are we doing here why you CH got your brother Reed and greens if they pair you together is this what’s going to happen on Thursday reading greens for each other anything to anything to take advantage and beat mad at you I was uh 12 years old playing I shot 66 beat Jesse Spears from Baker May in a playoff and he was like two years older than I was any age division can win the overall Championship so like I I was a 12-year-old that won the overall title against like 18y olds and 19y olds and yeah it’s it’s a cool thing because again that was 24 years ago and it I mean to come full circle to play you know your for in a in a PJ tournament in your home state it’s somewhere where you got which I thought about it’s my first ever win on in like uh is is really special uh excluding George and I I’d like to know your dream YouTube golf forsome I think fat Perez uh didn’t get to play with him Scott and Jamie got play with him in round um good choice maybe it’s just me and the whole Bobo Sports Group simple because I already played with Grant and M and those guy you know what I mean so I play I played with Quan when he was out on the so yeah just the whole crew yeah shout out to uh Bobby faise if you’re watching this are you attacking this golf course any differently than your brother how how do your games compare I I’ll answer that one okay all George George is attacking this golf course from the Fairway and Wesley is attacking it from not the Fairway no uh traditionally I hit a lot of Fairways hit a lot of greens and just make you know pars and birdies that way he misses a lot of Fairways that’s crazy makes a lot of birdies makes a lot of bogeys but a short game wedges um bail him out but for the most part the way he plays is a very you know aggressive because he knows his short game as a lead he knows his wed as Elite so if he misses a green he’s not like I can get up down from anywhere so it’s it’s a freedom to to play golf in a different way where me short game is a little different so I got attack a little more conservative conservatively in spots where he might you know if he short sides himself he doesn’t care um and he doesn’t care about anything on the golf course which is what makes him a winner out here a very good player because he makes double or triple or bogey he forgets about it he doesn’t it it doesn’t bother him um and so but yeah traditionally he’s gonna miss a lot of Fairway some crazy punch shots and you know get up and down and yeah you’re not just Wesley’s brother you’re good enough to play so yeah just do that you know just play your game and you’re great so yeah see that’s he’s probably the reason why I’m why I’m out here uh you know playing at a decently high level um because he actually you know would tell me these things daily and like he you hear enough and you start to believe it hey love you next on the te from Columbia South Carolina Wesley Brian George next on the team from Ain South Carolina George Brian the [Applause] fourth yesterday it all goes silent and I hear Annie yell hooray Daddy I melted I’ve never melted on the golf course where I didn’t know if I was going to make contact and I did it there and it was really cool to look back on and be like like man so many memories were made I feel like every Fairway we went down you know let’s go George you’re the Beast to like tangibly see it was incredible it’s going to be tough to put into words what this week really meant I came in here playing some pretty solid golf but again you’re playing a PJ Tour event in your home state first event ever with your brother whole family is here so I really didn’t know what to expect but I knew it was going to be special one way the other regardless if I shot 8080 or 6565 um let’s see we got like 17 clubs in the bag right now again I’m not on tour every week like Wesley I don’t get new wedges every week so I have some practice wedges so I don’t wear the good wedges grooves out um it’s a little hack for you guys out there 58 54 50 and 46 uh Callaway Jaws raw um these are my pride and joys right now uh some cool images but we have in honor of Annie my three-year-old we have all the Disney movies that she likes princesses we have Bruno Maui Elsa Anna from uh Frozen Moana mirel Isabella so we got Encanto we have Frozen and we have Moana all represented here then some year the Beast wedges so those the wedges then the N9 through four iron tacos um 301 CBS with uh what chest nipon modus Pro NS modus 3 two or 130 flexx I believe um again not the biggest gear guy in the world I kind of just order something hit it and like okay it’s good this is what I like so those are the irons then we have still as my three hybrid um we got the Rogue St Pro from like four or five years ago um shaft Mitsubishi uh there we go now in the into the lumber we have um head cover solid head cover there we go uh we got the Paradigm what degree 15 but down one so 14 degree Paradigm with the Ventus 7x uh Black Shaft and then driver we have the Rogue Max at 9° down one uh to an eight with the Venus uh 6X red shaft the the new baby doll in the bag we got the df3 might be my favorite P that I’ve ever had um so shout out to those guys but no it’s been took me a while to get used to this thing because again they they look crazy if you’re not used to it but once I did I feel like I’m rolling the best I have in a very long time so um with TPT shaft and then press pistol 2 de um naturally puts a little Ford press in there um so that’s my bag uh rocking the chrom soft tour um or I guess the Chrome tour x triple track ball and uh C glove um stock yardages we’ll see it’s going to be probably a range so 58 is probably right now 10 100 to 105 when it’s hot in it’s full um 54 would be um 112 to 115 um 50° right now probably 125 is maybe 130 if I’m Juiced uh pitching wedge is at like 137 to 142 but it’s it’s probably in that you know 138 139 N9 iron 157 155 is full um eight iron 168 170 um this week probably 175 cuz I am going to be Juiced uh 7 iron 180 uh 6 iron 190 192 uh 195 5 iron 205 four iron 215 um maybe 220 but again older I get I feel like I’m hitting it shorter um and then three wood the three iron I honestly have no idea I hit it usually most of the te and it goes pretty low so let’s call it 230 it’s a very conservative uh number uh 3 wood 255 um 260 um off the I can hit a little bit further uh than driver one 295 300 carry um ball speed like in competition has been 170 175 Max in competition but I’m right around 170 so you you you gear guys probably know how far 170 ball
