Another $4,450 in Sports Cards pickups

A couple nice HOF pickups in this one and a bunch of lower value modern cards to review for grading or COMC.

hello everyone Med for Collectibles back here doing another video got more pickups uh bought a whole bunch over a few weeks span and the rest have just arrived so as always you guys like the videos give us a follow give us a like met for collectibles on all the platforms if you’re interested any of these cards you find them either up on eBay or in some cases um going to start sending the comc as well so I probably what I’ll do is review a lot of these for grading if I feel like they get good grades send of the PSA or SGC if not I’ll probably send the comc and get rid of them there so a lot of lot of raw cars purchased here a lot lot of modern stuff as well couple vintage cards in this these boxes that’ll open as well so let’s jump into it I’ll start with the big ones and uh these are a couple I just got off eBay couple bigger cards here this uh total here on the table is little over 4,400 bucks like 4450 I think it was a couple different auctions so and then these two obviously they came from eBay authentication so first one here is 1406 uh this was I think got baseball cards auction on eBay the only one that bid on this which I was kind of surprised by but you’ll see why I was surprised by it if I can get it open all right so the first one is the Babe Ruth so 1921 w551 handcut authentic Min sizee um so paid 1,400 bucks for this does have writing on the back there some of the other authentic I saw had uh either big creases or really miscut this one looked pretty good so my current Bay Bruth is a 1932 sella one of the big ones and I was trying to get something that would fit better in my case so this will replace my 1932 Cella I think it’s SGC 3 I replac with this so I’ll be selling a sella if you guys looking for one of those S3 pretty pleased to get that one so that’s the first one next up is a card I’ve been watching for quite a while another Hall of Famer here that I finally pulled the trigger on didn’t get the greatest deal but these kind of fluctuate and tough to find around the price I got it they been kind of selling between I paid $ 1893 they’ve been selling between like 1,800 and 21 100 so I paid basically full comp I mean I set of comp on eBay so this one the griffy PSA 10 Upper Deck so if you guys watch the channel you know I I keep all griffy PSA 10 rookies I get but I had not gotten the biggest one yet so finally picked this one up thought it looked pretty good too obviously it’s 10 but the the Hologram looked good so yeah picked up those two so those are the two big ones in the order so1 1893 here 1405 here out of the 4450 total two big ones let’s jump into some of the smaller stuff so I bought some Lots been doing a lot with with uh quick consign it’s one of the companies on there you guys should watch their auctions if you’re looking for good deals they sell a lot of a lot of cheap cards very cheap so this first stack 168 what I paid for the entire stack uh these top three cards I I pulled these first cuz these these kind of more expensive ones I think I paid maybe 20 something for the Davon Mitchell uh rookie Auto out of 49 from contenders uh the rod Smith Auto out of 99 from Don Russ I think I paid maybe 11 bucks for that one pretty nice and then the the Lucas Swagger Mosaic this might be the Genesis I’m not sure Mosaic I paid 10 bucks for that one so those were the kind of the three most expensive cards in the order so 20 something 11 10 and the rest of these were all cheap me under five bucks for the rest of these so the first was a lot DeAndre with r iie cards you can see couple prisms there so two three four five five prisms in there and then a bunch of Base rookies and I think this was like three or four bucks for all these rookie cards so again I’ll probably send the prisms into the comc or see if they were worth getting graded for Swift not highly valuable there but for a couple bucks I picked them up this is a bunch of numbered stuff in Autos most of these were a dollar or two some of them again up to five bucks got krien Hayes here out of 199 you got Henry Davis picked up the Bucko here the cool Bowman’s best lava fire short print dcon I don’t even what it’s called but uh this is Riley Moss Out of 199 rookie card we’ve got this is adoka yes adoka asabuki out of 88 from impeccable we we got Vernon krey Jr from the Hornets out of 88 also out an impeccable there rookie this one’s not a rookie card I don’t believe got Alonzo Trier patch Auto I probably paid a buck for that out of 249 oh hit my camera got Desmond Bane the rookie patch out of 99 Isaiah livers rookie Auto to space probably a buck I know all these stickers are covering Dexter Dennis red rookie card out of 99 from Prism Alexi povi out of 299 from Prism cam Acres rookie Auto uh not numbered I think it’s like three bucks thought that was pretty cheap got Jaden Springer out of 999 from Crown Royale rookie card uh Ryan gold Ryan gold gold out of tops out of 50 there and picked up a couple soccer cards here for cheap got the Pedro V green out of 75 we’ve got Brian Servin Topps Chrome Auto uh Drew Magie again Pirates fan this was cheap two bucks I think picked up his refractor rookie Auto TOS Chrome he had a he was a big deal last year came up after like you know 15 seasons in pro ball finally made his debut with the buckos last year uh Connor kapple this is a purple Sparkle Auto out of tops Chrome this one’s number out of 299 get probably paid a couple bucks for that ched hren rookie uh out of 75 from Chronicles this was cheap too I think it was under 10 bucks really yeah uh Luca Garza rookie auto fast break I think I paid five bucks for this one which I thought was really cheap for a Garza rookie Auto Moses Moody out a sky Skybox Premium this one’s numbered out of 150 that was pretty cool Josh giddy uh this one’s out of 49 renders Paulo banero supernova this one’s not numbered it’s oh it is the fractal though it’s a short print for revolution masaki yida rookie card numbered or this one not numbered isn’t he on the Dodgers now uh the Blue Jays traded into the Dodgers I don’t know I don’t think so but his rookie card I think it’s a purple prism there for Bowman’s best purple refractor Bryce Duke gold gold Shimmer out of 50 for top Chrome should taking all these stickers off can’t see their faces Walker Zim Walker Zimmerman blue out of 199 tops Chrome Matco milic auto rookie card green this one’s out of I think it’s out of 99 see if I can get that off yeah it’s a neon green out of 99 there another MCO miljic just the regular it’s a Green Wave I think it is I 999 so two mil rookie cards there not real familiar but I think they were like a buck each I figured numbered numbered rookie card newer set picked it up for a buck or two each uh Jerry McKenzie out of out of Bowman Platinum out of 250 Boba Chandler from the buckos out of 250 B Platinum another Bobba Chandler here out of 299 from mowan Platinum another Walker zinderman out of 199 the Blue Blue Wave I think it is tops Chrome Brian White out of 150 tops finest uh gust till out of finest this one is also numbered see if I can get it off here real quick this is number to five I think it is yeah four out of five and I paid probably a couple bucks for this so I just saw out of five soccer card for a couple bucks picked it up don’t know much about it but I’ll look it up anything out of five is good uh this is Jaylen Ramsey I’m sorry jay Jaylen Ramsey Jaylen Lindsay gold out of 50 play for the Charlotte football club so thought that was pretty cool couple bucks probably see him play and then got some slabs here these are I think all under five bucks first one’s 2020 Bowman Chrome Robert pan refractor PSA 9 got the hunter Bishop 2019 Bowman Draft first Bowman PSA 10 and then another Robert ban the sky blue foil PSA 10 so these guys are have not done much in the majors but for three or four bucks each on the slabs I picked them up just to see these guys are still pretty young Lan is he’s born in 02 so he’s 20 21 years old even though he’s first edition first Bowman is now four years old so that’s the first yeah 17 got drafted so that was 168 for all those cards I thought that was pretty good all auction buys with again quick consign you can see their stickers there so next up is also with quick and sign Huge lot for 985 all these cards back here came from that auction same kind of stuff rookies Autos um there are some more expensive ones in here I did not separate these so I don’t know which ones are which but we’ll jump right into it so first up you got Peter scony he’s a lineman I picked up a couple of his cards this one’s out of 199 Auto from rookies and stars the orange we’ve got Aiden Hutson and James Williams National Treasures patch rookie card JJ Watt out of 99 from Crown Royale it’s like 2013 yep 2013 Crown Royale uh Gerard and Carion rookie card from inception out of 299 Brian Reynolds TOS Chrome out of 199 from 2022 again go buckos this is Jake The Snake plumber gold out of 99 Auto Chris Henry this one I thought was cheap as well rookie Auto out of 199 with a patch I think it’s game used oh it’s event worn so it’s a rookie Auto I mean for a guy that led the league in rushing for a couple years I think I paid like four or five bucks for this maybe thought that was crazy cheap in that auction Austin Reeves rookie card prism O’Neal Cruz rookie Auto from tier one again go buckos that was probably like 20 30 bucks I’m guessing for that one that was probably a little more expensive Cru send com city Autos yeah O’Neal Cruz Autos I have like three or four that I send to comity I don’t think so I think you’re confused got Eddie Rosario Gypsy Queen Auto two David Peterson rookie Autos from Topps it’s a 1986 design I think I paid a buck a piece for these Clark Schmidt this one’s out of definitive out of 25 get pretty cheap there another O’Neal Cruz out of B out of um Topps pristine this one’s numbered to 99 another rookie card there Trace Gonzalez rookie Auto actually I don’t know if this is I don’t know if this is a rookie Inception it’s out of 399 Trace Gonzalez it’s a prospect card grien Hayes rookie Auto from finest this one is not numbered but I think it is the refractor not sure what to look at it pretty cool card though grian Hayes Austin Riley rookie card from Bowman’s best power producers another refractor type card it was probably a buck or two Cleo Herbert purple prism this one is numbered guess a 299 based on the two I see there I’m sorry 225 CLE Harbert koola mckinstry like the name in the card more than anything Bowman’s best university out of 50 Alabama again probably got it for a buck or two figured it was worth a chance uh Michael Harris the Topps Chrome logo Edition refractor rookie card it’s one I hope that looks good if it looks good I’ll send it and get it graded one of one of the top prospects there that’s first stack next stack here we have Alex Verdugo rookie Auto Topps Chrome bashit out of Bowman’s best this one is numbered out of 250 not a rookie card I don’t think no it’s 2023 it’s not a rookie there but just a number bashet ree Hoskins Bowman’s best rookie card there again refractor finish pretty cool card kebert Ruiz Bowen’s best auto probably paid a dollar or two for this one I’m guessing Nick chub from Spectra diecut that is numbered out of 15 2023 getting probably cheap there is probably why I grabbed it got a Justin Jefferson from Brilliance Spectra Brilliance a patch numbered out of 75 and not from any specific gamer event so just a napkin there 2023 but low number Jefferson out of 75 color match looks pretty cool next up here Jaylen Carter rookie endorsements out of 10 for the Eagles from Illusions Michael Royo out of 50 rookie uh actually not a rookie Prospect again out of 50 of the auto there we’ve got Matt Carpenter five star golden autographs numbered out of 30 got Joe Al uh Notre Dame lineman here out of 25 this one I think was a little more expensive as well if I remember correctly figured Notre Dame wasn’t he top yeah he was a high pick but pretty cool there says missing text on there it’s kind of funny Alo fashanu number one out of 100 go Penn State offensive lineman there so that probably paid a buck for that Penn Stater another Kool-Aid mckinstry Kool-Aid mckinstry that’s a tongue twister out of 150 from Bowman bestu saw the gold earlier Emanuel Bonia another Prospect autograph here from inception out of 99 is he I don’t know this one’s pretty cool Dwayne Johnson from Leaf metal pro wrestling periodical I think this one’s numbered to three I’m sorry number to six three out of six so don’t normally buy Leaf cards but this one was pretty cool I thought so this one I’ll probably try to get gr if it looks good does look a little OC left to right low number The Rock should be able to move that pretty easily I think that was probably around 20 bucks or so again I don’t remember exactly but sounds about right uh next up here Jaylen Darden that’s just a cool patch cool card rookie Auto out of 25 this one is again napkin not from any specific gamer event cool looking three color there of 25 uh Reverend Al Sharpton from Leaf Pop Century autograph just thought that was unique I don’t know what I paid for that but it was had to be cheap thought it was unique picked it up uh Star Wars card tops finest out of 299 Evan Peele I’m not a Star Wars fan but thought that was or even Peele thought that was pretty cool so grabbed it for coup bucks uh Booker T WWE legendary signatures out of 60 Manuel bele out of 299 Bowman Chrome Auto there Jordan love diecut uh field level the red prism there another one if it looks good I’ll I’ll send it off to get graded if not I’ll just the comc is it numbered it is not I don’t believe it’s numbered but it does look pretty good I don’t I don’t see any real issues with I got to take it out look at the service and stuff but looks to be in pretty good shape another Chad H hen rookie card here from select this one’s numbered out of two guessing that’s 249 yep 249 there from select nice one there I’ll get that graded if it’s in good shape Casey Thompson from Bowman’s bestu the green here out of 99 another koola McKenry out of 75 I think this is the yellow so I got three three Kool-Aid mckines I don’t know why just thought those were cool cards I picked them up uh Neil C first Bowman purple out of 250 spelled his name wrong that’s his first Bowman card though uh Richard Sherman purple this one I think was a dollar as well out of 49 I thought that was really cheap for Richard Sherman it’s only a dollar or two where’s Conor out of Mosaic 2023 Mosaic out of 49 Tom Brady this is the 2009 Topps gold border here that was a cool looking card n the national chickle another O’Neal Cruz this the teal wave this one is numbered out of 199 2022 Topps Chrome another another tops Chrome that is a rookie card too up in the corner there another tops Chrome O’Neal Cruz here this one’s not numbered it’s a refractor Mojo refractor I think that is Harrison Bader tops finest rookie Auto 2018 got Ty Floyd purple first Bowman Auto out of 250 Bowman Chrome all right two more Stacks here see what else we got we got Justin reamer first Bowman out of Bowman Chrome out of 150 since out of 2023 so one of the younger prospects there Lance burkeman uh game used bat game used jersey I must have probably got this one pretty cheap but it’s out of 25 so I thought that was a pretty cool card I always try to pick these game used this from 2004 picked up a bunch of a bunch of Hall of Famers in this these sets whenever I see them I try to grab them if they’re a good deal so that was pretty cool Patrick ceran out of Phoenix this one’s numbered out of 199 rookie card there jamus Winston Blue Wave out of 199 it’s 2019 prism John Cena Leaf metal uh this one is numbered out of looks like this is a number out of six as well yep number out of six 2024 Leaf that’s a pretty cool looking card another one if it looks good I’ll send it in get grade I’m sure somebody would want that wrestling fan we have Pro Set action Inc Brian Robinson Jr unlik but it’s numbered out of 40 2022 pretty cool looking card there as well Kendrick big big baby Perkins out of prism 2023 prism Auto another star wars card here Ryder McLaughlin out of 75 Auto another Tom Brady out of Heritage it’s from 2002 Heritage it’s third year Brady again probably got that for a buck or so uh we got gante Williams out of five Pini gold standard out of five Javonte Williams number one out of five 2 two outwell rookie ticket Auto got Aaron judge here this is the I think this magenta out of Bowman out of 299 got another one here this think this the gold out of Bowman out of 50 Carl Anthony towns red out of of 299 then we got Luen Diaz the orange Shimmer rookie card out of 25 another Luan di another Luen Diaz here the moja refractor out of 149 hit the camera Jared kellani he’s now with the Braves and playing pretty well rookie Mojo this black out of 199 O’Neal Cruz rookie purple it’s a purple disco it’s out of 299 Joe Montana Auto out a pro set Platinum so it’s not numbered I don’t believe but it’s a cool looking card probably paid a little more for this one I’m guessing it’s out of 2023 Leaf PR set Platinum hero Wyatt out of 125 first Bowman the teal New Prospect there 20123 Bowman Chrome juanz Topps Chrome rookie Auto out of 150 these guys I was picking up so these are all obviously newer prospects newer rookies for a couple bucks a piece so just taking some chances on some of these uh taob Stadium Club chrome refractor thought this was just a cool card I think I paid a couple bucks for that so ta cob there Vladimir Guerrero Jr tops black gold numbered out of 75 2023 tops Freddy Freeman this is the World Baseball Classic tops out of 50 the gold uhan Hayes another rookie card here Rookie of the Year Bowman Chrome out of 25 it’s the orange I think it is got Seth Curry Auto disco not numbered 2017 18 prism here this is Tommy Stevens out of 80 out of 85 rookie Auto here McKai Ashton lford Bowman U Gold auto this one’s out of 50 Aaliyah Boston this one I think I paid I probably paid a little too much for first Bowman Bowman U South Carolina obviously won a championship she was one of the main players there out of 1999 I think I paid like 35 bucks or something for this which is right around what it goes for I didn’t that that great of a deal but I thought it was a cool cards I picked it up anyways um Trevor Lawrence obsidian patch this is number out of 10 2023 thought I just pick up CU low numbered I think I got it pretty cheap look at it see if it can get graded it is a thick card looks good probably take a chance on it try to get graded otherwise probably off the comc for that one as well lastly here couple golf Autos both JSA JSA authenticated you got Jim Thorp and we got David Duval those two pretty cool ones there and some slabs also came in that auction so first up you got the 1989 Fleer aim aajan PSA 10 got the 2023 Broman Chrome special edition first Bowman of uh Jano Miller PSA 10 it’s out of 75 aunia refractor out of 2020 TOS Chrome PSA 10 uh and a bunch of these Jordan legacies the golds I think I paid like I don’t know 18 to 20 bucks a piece for these so you got PSA 9 there another PSA 9 another PSA 9 another PSA 9 those aren’t overly valuable sell for 25 to 30 bucks but foret to grab them for 20 bucks take a chance on them that is it a lot of stuff there a lot of stuff I’m not overly familiar with actually a lot of the newer stuff I don’t do too much with but for a couple bucks on a lot of those cards figured I’d take a chance and and see if we can get some of those when I go to shows recently seems like the only that’s moving is really modern stuff these shows so it’s it’s good if I can find some deals go move these these modern cars to the shows and then get them back and I end up continuing to sell all the Vintage stuff on eBay which is really where I spend most of my time so that’s the plan on on some of this modern stuff I won’t have it very long but hopefully to turn it into things like this the griffy and the Babe Ruth is the goal so as always you guys like the videos give us a follow give us like met for collectibles on all the platforms um haven’t done
