compared to others so you kind of train like Jay Cutler like longevity Mak sense makes sense all right we’re going to finish off the workout with some triceps I’m still mesmerized on how Juiced up he is right now look how good they look I’m like semi Juiced up we’re going to do some overhead tricep let’s start with like 50 we’ll start with this wait wait you’re doing only one no Ramon we’re doing two hand okay no wait he’s he’s not doing Ramone two hands yeah no since you don’t normally train arms how does it feel but does it feel good good good good good oh hell yeah looks good 65 oh yeah here you go I’m training him to be my weight caddy it’s really working out well make sure I give you a good tip got it yep yep oh [Music] [Music] yeah he may not know what the hell I’m saying but we’re bonding and we’re bro to arm wrestle all right ready DMO he said you can go with both hands no way let me go one first yeah holy crap I feel like he knows what he’s doing have you ever arm wrestled before cuz I feel it oh he’s doing he he knows how to arm wrestle for sure ready 3 2 1 go yo I had no chance no chance at all I can tell he knows what he’s doing cuz he’s doing like all the As a Brazilian, I can say that the problem with Ramon is that he is used to hear in Brazil that he's the best all the time and nobody is better than him; which makes him develop a false sense of confidence that makes him not try hard enough. He started his last prep 6 weeks before believing he was gonna beat CBum but unfortunately for him, Wesley showed up and put him in his place. His language barrier is another proof of his laziness and inability to put efforts into something. This guy is already an international athlete and still can't communicate in English.
