hey guys hello sorry I went to go grab
this um this like foldable
thing some wrestling moves I’m still
trying to learn some wrestling moves

hard is that better there’s like um
weird little corner of light and I’m not
sure where it’s coming from I think just

their day went I am strong I’m
wearing like
that’s when I snap someone down I mean
it you know that’s what my muscles say
my muscles don’t
say doesn’t really lift weights I am I
am big I’m not small
do I want to make it to the UFC no I
don’t want to go to the UFC however if
there was ever like a specific UFC
grappling event I want something to do
with that um I just don’t want to go
pursue striking just because like my
love is truly just in Jiu-Jitsu so if
there was any type of like striking
event to happen I would do
that you guys I am so hungry
as always I have some Chipotle I wish
Chipotle would sponsor these live
streams or someone would so that I can
just eat
Chipotle every Monday with you guys you
know guilt
free so um if you or your family has a
business tap in I would love to
eat specific food every
Monday I might be moving to Oceanside by
the way guys might be I know that I’m
already there like Friday through Sunday
but that might be a more realistic thing
that’s going to happen within the next
few months about me moving to Oceanside
and being a full-time 10th Planet freak
um rather than a part-time one I’m gonna
miss my team so bad I’m gonna miss my
coach so bad at um at West LA but some
things are happening in my life that are
lining up for me to move to
Oceanside what’s my goto Chipotle order
okay so I always I mix it up a little
bit it’s usually like brown rice black
beans steak and then I get like a bunch
of tomatoes a bunch of corn and like I
have them murdered with cheese I’m like
just put so much cheese on it like I
need all the cheese that you guys are
willing to give me and sour cream and
then I get lettuce on the side and then
I typically like make um I like make
some chicken at home and then like that
basically makes like two or three meals
for me cuz um I don’t know I see yall on
social media and Tik Tok talking about
you guys can never finish an entire
Chipotle order I can I can so I like
just split it up so that it goes
elsewhere how long have I done Jiu-Jitsu
it’s definitely coming up on two and a
half years now
um of mat time and all that
stuff I think I went to ATC I don’t know
what ATC is cuz my neck hurts I think
you put me in one too many Guillotines
yeah Zenda the guy in the chat is one of
my teammates from
UCLA uh he’s still at UCLA I miss it so
bad lot of good times can you kick to
the cam I don’t want to stand up I’ll
punch at it got some of those see this
is why I’m not going to UFC like look at
what’s that what’s that this is why it’s
not happening for
me I know it’s right in my eyes and I’m
trying to pretend like it’s not there
because the Sun is setting so I know
that like one I’m really comfortable
where I’m at so I know that like moving
would be pretty pointless when like the
sun’s literally going to be down so I’m
just
squinting the camera now

because as much as I don’t like to let
it like show the trolls get me sometimes
but I’m never going to like specifically
tell them which ones get me cuz it’s
like random it’s not just you could be
mean to me indiscriminately because some
of the ones I like laugh at when people
are just like bunny teeth I’m just like
that’s literally like my nickname to
some people who love me like that type
of
stuff um doesn’t face me but some
specific ones do but I’m not going to
tell you guys the cheat code to
upsetting you guys are just gonna have
to figure it out yourself um would I
rather face someone with 10 out of 10
strength set and seven out of 10
technique or somebody with 10 out of 10
technique with seven out of 10 strength
um I’d rather face somebody with 10 out
of 10 strength with bad technique than
someone super with someone with super
good technique and not very good
strength just because um technique is
more important than strength but
strength still matters but I think I can
out fast a lot of people’s strong like
I’m just I’m stronger than most girls
but the girls that I have equal strength
in I’m typically also faster than so um
I’m much more worried about somebody
with good technique than somebody who’s
just stronger than
me you mentioned working on music before
are you still working on that I
personally don’t make music I personally
worked in the music industry at one
point I was in a lot of music videos
I’ve been in like Drake music videos
Jack harlo music videos any artist you
can think of that was like popping in
like 2021 to like 2022
I was in those videos um and I
ultimately wanted to like become an
entertainment lawyer but as Lil Wayne
said I tried to pay attention in school
but attention paid me so uh probably not
going to law school as this influencer
thing uh picks up and takes off um but I
could definitely find myself circling
back to becoming a lawyer and
entertainment attorney because I truly
enjoyed the pursuit of it um um but I
just don’t currently feel like going to
law school is in my best interest at
this time in my
life what’s my ultimate goal UFC could
be an interesting choice you’re both
strong and quick pound-for-pound you
might be related to Legendary Archie
Moore I do have a I don’t know like the
specific boxers in my family that I’m
related to but like my grandparents
always talk about like that we’re
related to this famous boxer I don’t
know um their last names are also Al
more so who knows um I don’t want to um
if anyone wants to find out if they’re
related to me they should just take um
ancestry and 23 and me because I’ve
taken both of those so um it would pop
up if if you believe so take that DNA
test that sounds like such a paid
partnership situation like with one of
them no I wish they would because I have
like a really cool story like I met my
um

I’m normally kind of hush hush on which
competitions that I’m going to be doing
but I feel like that’s like the little
special treat of being on a live stream
is that I’m going to spill see Secrets I
be spill and tea um I’m competing at
Matt Beast I’m not I’m not disclosing
this anywhere else just so you know so
you guys have to go through the live
stream in order to catch all this
information but I’m competing at Matt
beast and Hawthorne 135 and under on May
11th I’m competing at ADCC Phoenix May
18th and I’m competing at Jiu-Jitsu
world league um UCLA May
25th what’s your weight class it’s you
Mick muffin and belt rank are we going
to compete against each other
are you actually are you even a woman
I’m just assuming like if you’re name
has anything to do with muffin that like
you’re a woman but I guess like I could
just be
wrong you’re like I’m a man I’m a he
him
um what’s your tattoo of and how long
did you take after training to after I
can’t read just kidding I can read but
allow what’s your tattoo of and how long
did you take off training after getting
it um my tattoo is like a snake um
wrapping around a sunflow with like a
bunch of roses and cherry blossoms and
then there’s like Vines and sunflowers
going up my hip and I got it done in
like four separate sessions so I would
take like the first two times I got a
tattoo I honestly like don’t tell my
tattooers I only took like maybe like
three four days off and I feel like both
times like it didn’t look good and then
finally like the last couple sessions
that I’ve gotten um I actually took like
a week weekish off training and then I
would just drill for the week that I
came back and then I was fine so I guess
like take a week cool turkey don’t do
anything and then um go chill and just
drill the next week
do you guys care if I eat gross are you
guys going to
exit if I’m
disgusting I support that thank you

I’m going to get a drink soon this is um
so hard for me just this Chipotle no no
liquids okay so I’m going to start
answering the the Instagram question
questions and then I’m going to read the
chat so how do you mentally and
physically prepare yourself for
competition
I just try to make sure that I’m
training consistently and making sure
that I get my cardio up and making sure
that
I’m doing well in every other aspect of
my life like if I’m super depressed or
the rest of my life isn’t going well I
will cancel competitions like
surrounding that just because I feel
like
if your life isn’t going well and you’re
trying to compete being able to separate
yourself from whatever is going on into
your actual like competition in life is
incredibly hard for me at least so I try
to make sure that I always have my life
in order so that when I get on those
mats I can truly be on those mats like I
don’t want to have a present time
problem and then be trying to compete I
want to be like of sound mind body
everything and like then go get on the
mats and I feel like that’s honestly
been like this ties into how some people
were asking about injury prevention
almost every time that I’ve gotten
majorly hurt has come from like there
was a lot going on in my life and I
still went out there and like competed
or still went to practice that time so
now I just try to like handle myself and
handle me
internally and also like preemptively if
I know something’s going to upset me I
used to just be so open to experiencing
everything but
now if I know somebody’s going to upset
me why am I going to answer your call if
I know somebody’s going to hurt my
feelings why am I and get around you so
I feel like it’s
preemptive protecting yourself in order
to stay in those mindsets so that you
don’t get distracted and like accepting
when you are and trying to move past
it
so that’s such a the long the the long
short is stay away from the BS and if
the BS comes to you go handle your
BS oh so that the BS doesn’t impact your
life and your health and then physically
I just try to make sure I’m always doing
my cardio like the actual Drilling and
the actual training is like not easy for
me but just that
I’m used to it but cardio is something
that I’m so bad at because I’m so used
to doing everything quick like
and trying to get everything done as
quickly as possible to just make it look
cool that I forget that there’s five
minutes in a round I need to be using
all five minutes because I used to have
a really big problem to where if I
wasn’t winning in the first minute or
two I was losing so like ever since I
like bought a weighted jump rope and
started waiting jump roping I’ve been
doing significantly better at like
keeping my cardio and I’ve had a couple
matches recently where I won in the last
30 seconds because I had better cardio
than the other person and I feel like
that just like speaks to how I’ve been
like physically preparing for
competition so keep your cardio up stay
out of the BS um and make sure that
you’re going to training if you know
that you’re showing up two times per day
and you know that you’re outworking the
person you’re probably outworking the
person that you’re getting on those mats
with you’ll feel it and it’ll
show what’s my theme song to come out on
and what’s my song to pump me up um I
always walk out to Tokyo Drift by the um
by the drift Bros or like by the Oh by
the Teriyaki Bros or something Teriyaki
boys or something like that but um Tokyo
Drift or um half on a sack by 36
mafia love that but next one next
competition I’m gonna walk out to bling
bling Blow by Gucci made and uh I just
tried to like every song I have like a
little playlist it’s like um songs to
walk out to and that’s what I listen to
when I’m like um jump roping because I’m
just like if I can’t even jump rope the
entire time my walkout song is playing
my cardio is probably really bad so I
just try to like keep that in my head
that like wow you wouldn’t even be able
to jump rope through your own walk out
song like I just I don’t know I just
imagine people are being mean to me and
then like try to
get them
preemptively which is a better hold
Peruvian neckti choke or Dar choke
Peruvian neck ties are significantly
lower percentage
move a lower percentage move than a Dar
so um I personally like Peruvian nectis
more because it looks cool but um I if I
have the option for either or somehow
I’m going to pick the DAR because I feel
like um a just a higher percentage
move okay um what submissions do I use
from Instagram um I’m always guting
people or taking their back um I really
like straight ankle locks but um I feel
like whenever I try to play legs with
somebody in competition that just
doesn’t turn out well for me so um I I
feel like I have a good straight ankle
lock and other people around me tell me
I have a good stra straight ankle lock
but in competition it just gets me in
really bad position
somehow what grips do I use for
Guillotines s grip always s grip this
right here is what I’m doing with my
Guillotine and then if I lose it I go
palm and then you shove this one over
their head and then you go like that so
s grip and then you can my professor
calls this his gillo Stein grip I don’t
know um so you go from es grip to here
and then you throw this one over their
shoulder so if they start to get from
here you go here but my thumb always
gets caught just like what just happened
but if my thumb doesn’t get caught
you’re in
trouble do you like Jiu-Jitsu matches
when people butt scoot rather than work
for a
takedown um I think the act of forcing
someone into your guard is diminishing
the optics for Jiu-Jitsu
um I I mean if somebody’s going to
compete against against me I love it
when they just sit down cuz I’m just
going to go for some type of like
jumping pass and get a really cool
highlight um but also if somebody wants
to wrestle with me just because like I
experienced wrestling and I feel like
I’m far better of a counter wrestler
than I am a wrestler like my shot on you
probably going to be that good but like
my reaction to your shot is probably
much better so I don’t
know I think that if we force people to
just stand up then like we kind of get
against the point of Jiu-Jitsu which is
that it’s not wrestling because if it
was just if it was just submission
wrestling we would like remove guard but
I do think that guard should penalize
the opponent if they pull because if you
end up on the
ground that should be a penalty somehow
I I don’t know correct me if I’m wrong
say it in the chat if you’re a guard
puller I don’t judge you I just think
that it should be an advantage to your
opponent if you p Guard like in the
um or like in a USA grappling rule
set um but I think you should be able to
pull you look like a Jiu-Jitsu
supermodel

locks um I don’t know what that means um
I like heel hooks um I personally like
don’t necessarily go for them just
because uh I’m still learning jiujitsu
so how long somebody else asked how long
did I wait to train after getting my
tattoo I’ve found that I have the best
results when I wait a week and then just
drill for the following
one your match against Alec mcpike was
epic they were 70 pounds heavier can you
break down how you won including how you
escaped his their headlock don’t get me
in trouble guys um how did you maintain
that Guillotine um I’m actually going to
finally post oh my God this is going to
be exciting you guys so I actually had a
videographer there that day that
recorded everything and later on this
week I’m going to post the full 40
minute like how my day went like leading
up to that and like um what happened
before the match like you guys only got
um you guys only got a little section of
that match um a lot of people were like
you did that so quick but actually I was
running around the map for so long
because I was just like desperately T
trying to tire this person out and
figure out what I was going to do so I
literally like shook hands with that
person and like started like running
around the M cuz I was afraid of them to
grab a hold of me and then like they
didn’t actually have a headlock on me it
was an arm crunch which is insane that
Instagram also took down all of my
comments saying that this person had an
arm crunch on me and like almost broke
my arm which is true like my arm was
popping and like I think that it’s
incredibly insane that Instagram has
removed my comments from me stating my
experience even though I’ve been nothing
but respectful to this other human being
the entire time I’ve never like called
them out of their name I’ve never even
called them a gender they don’t even
want to be associated with all I’ve said
is this person and I have some
biological differences and they put me
in an armar that damaged my arm that
wouldn’t have been as possible had we
had been the same I don’t know I’m not
trying to get me cancelled even though I
feel like I’m probably kind of a hard
person to cancel but I still don’t want
it I still don’t want it um we just got
to 12K on YouTube I don’t think I’m
allowed to say anything right now but
I’m still going to post that and repost
that the other thing
um I’m gonna take some more bites that
didn’t make any sense tutorial
series um I don’t like that word I feel
like that word’s kind of mean but yes um
I’m a biological female who went against
somebody who was not a biological female
um no I beat that person that I went
against I know I know I know I know I’m
sorry Warren I will get banned from live
stream and social medias and stuff if I
were to not speak in that way I
completely agree with you in my daily
life I don’t like the like the 1984
double
speak variations so I’m so sorry that I
have to be one of those people um I wish
that there was more free speech for
people who don’t share that IDE

oh you guys are asking some really good
questions in the chat I like to sprinkle
in the the Instagram questions
too
um so let me answer another Instagram
question then I’ll get back to this um
how long do I let my body heal before I
take on another match I have some months
where I compete every single weekend and
if at any point like I get injured I
just like call off the next one so I’ll
compete every weekend if I’m like ready
and healthy um but if I compete every
single week of a month like for example
like last month I competed almost every
weekend I competed three weekends out of
the four weekends that were present that
month I was so tired that I didn’t
compete at all this month I’ve just been
focusing on growing my platforms and I
don’t know hanging out with my family
and my dog and
so I I guess there’s no good answer if I
compete three weekends in a row I’ll
probably end up taking like the same
amount of time off
just hopped on can you go over your
lifting routine yes um I try to lift at
least twice a week and I just like do
some bicep curls and then I do some
squats and then I use the leg press um
and then I do some calf raises like I
don’t do anything crazy I literally just
do three basic exercises and I feel like
I’ve been seeing a lot of results but I
feel like a lot of people like a lot of
people don’t eat enough protein they
don’t drink enough collagen they
don’t get enough sleep and
they have unhealthy habits outside of
that that make it difficult for their
Lifting for their lifting goals to be
visible so I just say like eat clean
sleep well eat your
vitamins am I double jointed um I don’t
know if I’m double jointed but that’s a
good question like my shoulder has a lot
of Mobility that like it goes like
really far
back so um I don’t I don’t even know
what the what what was I showing you how
was I going to show anything but um when
I’m getting kamor it just goes
significantly further back than like
most people and I’m also able to like
keep certain grips further than other
people um I do I love Taco Bell um when
they had the nacho cheese fries pass I
was in jail I I could not stop going to
Taco Bell and like I feel like that’s
how I gained so much weight like at one
point I got up to like 145 146 and it
was because of that damn Taco Bell
cheese fries pass cuz I had it where you
can like get a like the natural cheese
fries like every single day but like
you’re obviously going to order more
stuff so I was like oh I’m just going to
get the nacho cheese fries and I was
just like get like a burrito with it
and I’m watching to the three yeah so
nacho cheese fries has um ruined my life
but also please bring it back Taco Bell
I I want my life to be ruined a little
bit again um how do I feel about calf
slicers um I really like going for them
and I really like using them as like
almost like Insurance when I’m like
doing a back dat to where I know that if
like I can’t actually rate could choke
this person but I can get to a cap
slicer from behind or
something okay somebody else on
Instagram asked me dealing with people
who are trying to hurt you I don’t know
if you mean like
interpersonally or
like just like on the mats but I’m going
to answer so dealing with people are
trying to hurt me on the mats I just
don’t roll with them like if somebody um
is just like chok me out or like you
can’t beat me up or like you can’t blah
blah like basically like saying
something like that like especially if
it’s like a much bigger person who’s
like clearly doing the set of ego I just
don’t want to work with them just
because my health is the most important
thing to me and I don’t want to
jeopardize that for any reason and
especially if somebody has something to
prove they might be entirely losing and
then just pick me up and SL me on my
neck like I don’t want to put myself in
positions in which my health can be
jeopardized so I would say if I can see
that in advance I will just not roll
with them and if at any point during
around I feel unsafe I will get up and
just be like I have to pee and just not
come back the rest of the
round you don’t have to make it weird
you don’t have to make it obvious
because like I mean sometimes you
probably might be wrong but um I’d
rather like take a chance that I’m wrong
and just like go use the bathroom in the
middle around then
like um potentially get myself hurt no
they’re not back and that’s my problem
Nao cheese fries are gone and that’s why
I’m empty on the
inside what was that this I’m trying to
go like heart and then break
yeah what slogan is on my mouthpiece

Instagram question dealing with people
are trying to hurt me like
emotionally um if they’re trying to hurt
me emotionally
um I don’t know they
succeed the time um let’s stream who are

see me stream with I oh I actually have
some stuff coming up um with my buddy
and really good friend Jared MOS you
know like the he Los Angeles he was in
my most recent
vlog um but later this week I’m probably
going to like
um uh Mak some videos with

Quinn or Mighty q that
guy or is it a different guy
M I know can somebody tell Taco Bell to
like collab with me
um okay so we’re going to go

comfortable talking on the internet to
be honest like and you guys have made it
so easy for me to get comfortable
talking on the internet because a lot of
the time that
like all all my fears that I had about
like live streaming and um talking on
the internet I found just largely
haven’t come true so I really appreciate
that

like all like the tricky stuff he does
with um literally everything like his
entire setups are are just
Wicked um Burn Notice hot sauce oh
that’s
cool I feel like a Pokemon sometimes
because I just always um the only thing
I can ever think to do is just put my
own name on things I’m just like more
more so I don’t know I never come up
with anything like creative even my um
name on like my channel is like just
more Taylor like Taylor Mo backwards
like I really got creative with that one
actually it it originally was world of
Mo and then somebody messaged me and was
just
like um why isn’t your channel name more
Taylor and I was like you know what
done I love Pokémon so much
my favorite Pokemon I feel like I
personally if I was a Pokemon I feel
like I’d be like a Mal while um but like
favorite Pokemon to use was always like
gutina I love my gutina I I like
legendaries I really liked it when like
um the fairy type pokemon came out I
know it’s not a part of like the
original low or whatever but I really
enjoyed all the fairy type
pokemon so somebody asked me if I could
go anywhere in the world where would I
go probably like santerini grease I
really want to just put on like a cute
little white outfit
with like red lipstick and just hang out
in Santorini grease just like with some
big like imagine this may just in like a
big hat like a comedically big like
fluffy hat and a little white outfit on
bikini situation some red lipstick and
like I don’t know puka shells that’s
what I really want to get up to this
year fingers crossed I keep getting
lettuce stuck in my teeth but I just
feel like um this is a safe space
especially like my Peak safety feeling
in a live stream is when we’re like 30
minutes in and I know that I’m going to
do this for like another like hour so I
know that like no one is going to I mean
unless they watch the whole thing which
would be cool but that if they scrub
through they have to they’re probably
not goingon to encounter whatever I’m
saying around this time that didn’t even
make
sense okay and then somebody said
this was one of the things that I said
that I’m especially going to talk about
um somebody said best way to say injury
injury free like the dos and do not in
competition one of the things that like
my knee surgeon said to me that was the
most important thing
was bent knees or safe knees and to
never ever ever lock out your knees at
any point when you’re doing like a
contact sport and I’m just like taking
that to heart there’s no reason at
almost no reason at any point for your
legs to ever be completely locked out
meanwhile like your ligaments are most
out risk for tearing when
um wait somebody says something wild but
I’m gonna finish so never lock your
knees out when you’re um when you’re
doing Jiu-Jitsu there’s just no reason
for you to lock your knees out and I
would say like also um make sure you’re
hydrated make sure that you’re planning
your weight Cuts in advance and make
sure that you’re taking care of your
mental health because um if you’re not
doing good mentally that’s probably
going to show when you can compete so
just be preemptive and very cautious in
the way that you take care of yourself
because like one of the quotes that I
say to myself is like wherever you go
you take yourself with you you’re always
going to go home with you even if
everyone else falls out around you
you’re going to have to deal with
yourself so just keep that in mind when
you’re competing and you’re interacting
with the world as a
whole you have to have your own back and
you have to know your own limits like
and also be willing to test them but
you shouldn’t test them to the point of
injury and intentionally getting hurt
like if you know that you weigh this
much you’ve cut this much and that these
many people in your family
have health issues right now maybe
you’re not in the right mind state to be
competing at the moment I don’t know so

have not I really just read like science
fiction books whenever I have time to
read I just want to get lost in like

like this current reality and anything
that’s possible in the this universe

arts um I started like a couple weeks
before I turned
22 when I’m in a tournament how do I
stay energized for the whole day um I
realistically only want to be awake for
like 3 hours before I compete four hours
is like a a good point too but I’m not
going to wake up at like 6:00 a.m. then
go compete at like 6:00 p.m. I’m just
not going to do it um if I have a
competition and it starts at like
3: um I’m going to use all of my time in
the morning to just sleep as much as
possible and drive to the venue and then
like get weighed in and then whatever um
if it’s like I’m cutting weight and
there’s like a morning weigh in I’ll
just go I’ll just wake up and go we in
and
then go home and go to sleep again if
that’s like the
case oh I have I have Fred stuff by
Octavia Butler um didn’t write
um what has she written because I feel
like I’ve heard that name before and I
know that I’ve read her stuff
Octavian I feel like she wrote Anthem
but that’s an

I’ve ultimately decided that I’m at this
moment my mind says that I’m never going
to take up MMA and that I’m just going
to do Jiu-Jitsu and grappling

presents itself for me to do MMA I’m
just not going to do it just because of
the like head trauma that you get as
well as
like I’d rather Focus all of my energy
on grappling and become the best
Grappler that I can possibly be and
because I don’t intend on pursuing MMA
as a career I feel like any time that I
spend on MMA would just be better spent
on the mats

match was saying in like the the mental
gymnastics of the they
them and um gender Dynamics present is
absolutely
crazy but we’re all just out here doing
our
best somebody else said um just took L’s
in both divisions I competed in Naga
which divisions did you compete in um
been training Jiu-Jitsu for five months
1 70 pounds um I mean I don’t think I
was like a good competitor at all for
like a year and a half into my Jiu-Jitsu
Journey because like I I mangled my
knees so early on and then was largely
in recovery afterwards and like I just
kept trying to compete even though my
knee was in no shape to be
competing and I lost every single round
of my first like four tournaments um of
course some of those were like losses by
points
but um um I just wasn’t ready
and it’s definitely hard to admit when
you’ve lost and like accept that because
like everyone says be humble but like
what’s the opposite of like being humble
in the sense that you need to let those
losses feel you to stay on those mats
and keep going to competition like if
you’re mad about losing or sad about
losing like remember how it felt to have
the crowd cheer when your opponent beat
you and think about that s
before you skip training just you got to
use that as feel to keep yourself going
to keep yourself on the mats like for me
whenever I’m about to skip training I
force myself to watch a video of myself
losing before I allow myself to skip
training and if I can still skip it
after watching that video I know that
whatever
is making me want to skip is valid but
like a lot of the times that’s just
lights of fire under my ass like if I
can sit through an entire video of
something awful happening or like one of
my biggest mistakes or some of my
hardest matches and not scrub through it
or anything like that and still decide
not to go train then I know that like my
excuse is legitimate but if I feel fired
up and I’m like you know what whatever I
was about to go do suddenly feel
substantially less important that’s how
I know I just need to go train so that
feeling typically wins out but I mean no
one’s perfect and no one has all the
time in the world but um I’ve just been
trying to get in the mindset of you got
to keep showing up and you got to
remember how those losses felt so that
you can um go figure out
like your your training regimen your
lifestyle and like the things that you
need to work on in order to be a better
practitioner what was my college major
okay so I changed it a couple
times um I was originally a psych major
and for like a little tiny bit I was
about to be a political science major
then I was like nah um so I ultimately
changed it to
sociology and then I got a two-year
degree in sociology then I transferred
to UCLA where I majored in sociology and
music industry
H I’m going to write down that movie
recommendation my sounds cool Immortal
by awesome I wrote that down what is my
go-to meal after training um typically
just like chicken and vegetables
um my favorite meal to have in the
mornings is just like turkey sausage or
like round turkey mixed with eggs and
avocado so I’ll like make the egg the
turkey sausage and then I’ll make and
then let it brown and then put the eggs
in and then like take it out plate it
and then put some avocado on it and just
like some buffalo sauce and that is like
my favorite meal it feels like a cheat
meal because of how much I love that
meal that’s my favorite thing to have in
the morning before I go train and then
after training just ch and vegetables or
sometimes literally just
chicken what else do you guys want to
hear me talk
about Le said they want to hear me talk
about my love life no I’m having a great
time I love my boyfriend so nothing to
talk about nothing to complain there
do I know the other female Jiu-Jitsu
competitor that has been uploading to
YouTube that people mistake as you no
what’s her name I would love to know I
didn’t know that anyone was mistaking
someone for

good I thought she was like a black belt
I feel like that probably just like if
people are getting us mixed up then I
feel like that probably makes me look

probably think that I’m

anyone ever mistakes somebody for me um

Maca Vickers obviously MAA Vickers like
I’m literally a blue belt and that’s a
that’s a black belt who’s incredibly
talented like I don’t know what you
guys that’s not me I’m literally not I’m
not a black belt I’m simply not at that
level yet um I hope to eventually get to
that
level however I just am not and I that’s
okay that I’m not because you guys get
to see the journey you guys get to see
the come
up yeah that’s why I’m confused what do
you mean like people mistaking as me
that probably means that there’s
like how many people can there
realistically be believing that that’s
me
um
but see see the chat’s going to get me
in trouble cuz I said all these nice
things now somebody’s probably going to
take like those little tiny clips and be
like look Maka she was talking bad but
no I she’s so talented she will beat me
up um and I am just not at that black
belt level yet but eventually I hope to

definitely have the um we have really
similar hair textures and I think we
both tie our hair up the same way when
we go compete like a lot of people braid
theirs down but I think me and hers tend
to just put it in a bun and just go out
there so I get
I see um a photo of her it looks like
we’re probably around the same weight
class too she looks like she’s probably
between like 120 and like 135 is I’m
also usually around that size like I
always compete in like 130 and under um
or like between the 130 and 139 but I
actually hang out at closer to like 137

match I feel like I haven’t looked at
some of like the more historical
Jiu-Jitsu moments in the same way that I
should have most likely um some of the
people that were like really
inspirational to me when I very first
started JJ
was like obviously Danielle Kelly I’m a
huge fan
um and like Sloan
climber like PJ b um I was really
looking up to a lot of like the 10th
Planet guys and their style as well and
that’s why one of the big reasons that I
ultimately decided to become 10th planet
the brother’s son on Netflix okay I’m
going to write that down too
did you guys see that one ADCC match
that happened in the um the finals at
Las Vegas just a couple weeks ago it was
like this one guy who was in like
literally two weight classes below the
other guy and still managed to win like
that was absolutely
insane I felt like I was watching Tom
and Jerry except for like Jerry was
winning

rubbergard changed the game Eddie
Bravo’s a genius you know I really want
to make time to like go to HQ more often
because Eddie Bravo like has it so that
like a lot of times planet people are
able to like go by like at least like
once a month or something like that and
I really need to make more time to go
down to HQ I’ve been there a couple
times and each time I felt like I
got so much knowledge in such a short
amount of time like that I felt like
would have otherwise taken me so long to
learn like and especially the funny
names for everything like when he
explained crackhead control to me I feel
like that changed something for me I was
like of course it is then like Savant
control that’s a funny
one like all of them flow together and
that’s one thing that’s really cool for
me is cuz like I really
appreciate that you know how each thing
like to the next part which a lot of
things in the Jiu-Jitsu it’s like if you
don’t remember how it strings together
you might not use it meanwhile if you
know that like if this if that if this
um and you have like nice little like
phrases for them that almost sound like
sentences it really um all ties

Smitty so Smitty and I kind of have
opposite training skos nowadays but I
always try to get him to come to the
night class with me so I’m training with
Smitty like
probably like twice a week or so if I
can Corral him to go to the morning
class with
me I know I didn’t mention that when I
was talking about some of my biggest BJJ
Inspirations but the my brothers
definitely fall into that for me I would
say they were entire my entire like
foundation for like my interest in leg
losss and a lot of who I looked up to be
like in terms of like how they handle
their their competitions and stuff like
their sportsmanship but also like
Showmanship at the same time that like
they don’t need to like talk badly about
anyone or like hype themselves up they
just go out there and they kill
and that speaks for itself and that was
one thing that I always wanted to like
embody as like a competitor and
sportsman is the way that they carry
themselves Laura sanco shows great
grappling technique channel name is
oneon-one MMA I would love to
collaborate with more Jiu-Jitsu girls if
a Jiu-Jitsu girl has any YouTube Tik Tok
social media anything and want be on
YouTube I want to make videos with them
I know I saw Naga post that which by the
way I know nobody asked but Naga is my
favorite place to compete at I love
Naga I love you
Naga I’m starting at 10th Planet Detroit
soon what should I expect day one to be
like um expect to do some funky warm-ups
and then be confused the rest of the
time but just
um keep showing up like you get good
quick if you just keep showing up and
you prove to yourself and you get a
different level of self-discipline when
you add regularity and consistency into
your schedule
so I would
say except being bad at Jiu-Jitsu ex
embrace the fact that like the first
couple weeks are probably going to not
be what you expect and just be okay with
that because no one’s a monster when
they first
start I mean unless you’re like some
incredible College Grappler or something
or like wrestler or or you’re just a
prodigy like I guess then you’re like
could be an outlier but I guess
um just show up expect to be humbled but
also be okay with that and I feel like
it’s almost like magical when you first
start Jiu-Jitsu because like since you
don’t know anything in Jiu-Jitsu at all
times you’re just making like tremendous
leaps and bounds in terms of like
experience um and then as you continue
to like go up in rank and um like time
training a lot of the times it’s like
you’re more so focused on details of
things rather than like the things
themselves um so I almost wish that I
could
like go back and like learn learn better
technique initially so that I would
would have to correct as many details as
I do
now why don’t I do any ghee why would I
do any ghee it smells bad it’s sweaty
it’s hot
um it’s boring I just don’t see the
point in doing ghee like any time I
spend doing ghee is time that I’m going
to spend not doing no time that I’m
going to spend not doing no ghee
so I just don’t see the point cuz unless
I’m going to go compete and ghee and
like try to be a ghee girl even if I
just trained once a week in ghee like
that’s time I could literally just not
have a ghee on and be doing something
that’s actually going be applicable to
the rest of my
game somebody said I thought that big
girl was going to beat you but you have
my respect 100% man I thought that big
girl was going to beat me like I
remember like seeing her on the side and
they were just like Taylor Moore and I
was like what who who what when they
like hold us out at the same time so um
I she was incredibly sweet incredibly
nice and she smelled
amazing like she had like a really nice
perfume on
and I was super nervous for that match
and I really just wanted to test myself
and I’m really happy that I had a
Victorious
outcome after 3 months of training
consistently your you’re going to be
noticeably better I agree even if
um I don’t know where I was going with
that but yeah I feel like even every 3
months that I look back at myself how
much better I am as opposed to 3 months
ago I um I definitely see a difference
and I feel like when you’re going to
training every day that little 1% better
every day doesn’t
um you don’t see it every day it’s like
putting droplets in like a sink or
something I don’t know but you don’t
notice it until you’re not having
problems with the same things that you
used to have problems with like I
remember when I first started competing
I used to like always like try to cut so
much weight and I always try to find
like random solutions to like somehow
win last minute I would like drink a
bunch of caffeine so I could be hyped up
I would like do a bunch of random little
like pseudo science things to like try
to win the
match and um I realized now that I was
just trying to correct my mindset and
then like now that I actually
have like more
technique and more skill I don’t feel
the need to
like think that oh I need to put on my
lucky rashu guard in order to win I just
think like I still definitely like I
really only enjoy competing in short
sleeve rash guards which I know that
most of you guys see all my videos in
long sleeve rash grads but that’s just
because of
like I just I like long sleeve rash gads
because I don’t like other people sweat
on me but I feel like I prefer competing
in short SLE rascs um
do you stick with one gym do you think
should only go to One Gym
um throughout my entire Jiu-Jitsu career
I’ve always had two like in any given
time I was always training at two gyms
like there was very very brief periods
of times where I was only training at
one like when I very first started I had
my original gym and UCLA at the same
time and then after that I started
training with Smitty and I was still at
UCLA and just like now I’m at West LA
Jiu-Jitsu and 10th Planet Oceanside um
still training L committee but just um
we just have different schedules now
um I would say I’m an incredibly needy
person just honestly at my core just
being entirely real entirely vulnerable
I’m so needy I’m so deeply needy that I
need all the support that two gyms two
coaches two te two sets of teams like
all of that stuff I honestly feel like I
need double and that just is what’s best
for me um I need double the perspectives
I need double the people to call and CED
to I need double the people to care
about me um and I feel like all of that
stuff was mental and I’m just so
incredibly happy that I have the
resources and the support in order to be
able to train at two
places
um but also I feel like I’ve built up
like enough of a support network and
enough of a team behind me to where like
even if I’m not necessarily training
with two teams in the future and I just
eventually only moved to no excuse me
and I only moved to one area um I
I’m definitely going to miss it but um I
feel like I’m in a lot healthier of a
space mentally to where I am slowly but
surely getting less
needy I don’t
know how have I thought about combat
Jiu-Jitsu um I wouldn’t do it for free
if somebody wanted me to do combat
Jiu-Jitsu I would just need to check
like I just can’t imagine like getting
like my face beat in for like zero that
just doesn’t make any sense to me cuz
like it’s just like would you rather
like not get hit and get Z or get hit
and get Z it just feels like a
no-brainer to me so there would just
need to be some type of like Financial
incentive for combat Jiu-Jitsu because I
genuinely don’t see the point in doing
combat Jiu-Jitsu unless I was getting
compensated for that and even then like
for Jiu-Jitsu
promotions
um I really need to be compensated
accordingly for because I feel like when
I
um when I’m just competing at a random
local tournament I’m able to control the
narrative control how my videos and
photos and my likenesses presented to
the world and like all of my own content
so for promotions and stuff like that
even just competing in like a super
fight or like any type of big audience
I’m relinquishing all control of that so
I still want to be compensated for that
like I know a lot of people bring up the
point of like why do you want to be paid
for super fights or why do you need to
be paid to do a super fight as opposed
to like you paying for a competition and
I feel like it’s a matter of like
relinquishing control of my likeness and
like doing promotion leading up to and
after the event and like all that stuff
because regardless of any promotion I’m
still going to get the same views and
eyes and all that stuff because of the
platform that I’ve built for myself um
that it’s like if I’m going to like go
out of my way to put eyes on a promotion
I’d like to be
compensated yo what’s up Jam I’m
probably going to go soon because I need
to get ready to go
train oh yeah you’d be a great
entertainment attorney thank you thank
you I definitely feel like that’s where
my heart is but just at this moment in
my life um I just don’t see it
happening is it true that I just got my
bluebat I thought you were at least a
purple yeah I just got my blue belt
however I’ve been competing at blue belt
for like the last like 6 to9 months like
the last time we did a white belt
tournament was
like June of like 2023 or something so
it’s been a while of me like competing
at Blue intermediate and even prior to
that um I would try to do intermediate
divisions whenever like it was like I
would always just put like would you
rather be moved up like rank or weight
or whatever I always put up like move me
up in rank so even prior to like
exclusively doing intermediate divisions
um I was just dabbling in them and then
after like June I was like I just lost
interest in doing um white tournaments
and started competing at blue
purple dedication is key how’s the co
how’s the crush on my coach going we’ve
got a nosy Nelly over here
um my wrestling coach he’s so he’s so
cute I hope he looks at me
today um any updates on my
sponsorship yes I am officially
sponsored by failinks um I’ve just been
saying that over and over
on it’s okay we’re together he likes me
back um but um I’m officially sponsored
by failinks um but I haven’t like signed
any of the documents yet or like got
that going officially officially but
like at this point I feel like I can say
