in the Fairway it’s Tyson
Alexander yeah got aggressive off the te
you can really hit up any club you want
but he was aggressive and it gives him
127 really good look at this whole
location on the
right that’s well hit little right of
the hole
though oh on a string well that’s the
advantage of hitting a big t-a you got a
wedge in your hand you can attack and
that’s a beauty motoring along this
backside at the par 3
11th and it’s Bud colie on the box yeah
good to see Bud back up
playing this part three playing a little
bit downwind today which helps you can
see that wind’s still pretty light but
you expect it to pick up any Oceanside
golf course that’s a nice start there
from
bud this is Hicks
third oh wow he did a good job there
yeah took short out of play biry try for
long at the 14th you want to try and Cat
these in at the par fives no question
that’s a good look up the hill right to
left that’s a every right-handed player
loves that putt first circle on the card
for long one under through five third
shot for Austin cook up by the par five
14th yeah and as trip was saying this
playing back into the wind today so a
three shot hole for most guys and that’s
a nice lead below the hole
and here’s Jim
Herman three time winner on the PGA tour
his third already one over on the round
love to get one in there tight nicely
done that up to 15 another birdie putt
for Adam
long should be a little left to right
here from Adam down the
hill Oh What A
read about that roll from long now a
couple under
Harry has 108 yards to this whole
location back into a probably as gentle
a breeze as you will see this week all
about distance control here and this one
just a
touch ah yeah there you
go
Walker on the way from 103 really good
looking shot
here flag High left hand side of the
green first look at Charlie Hoffman
playing his third at the 12th yeah nice
place to be playing from anything kind
of short and right on this hole your
chipping back up the hill and that’s
well done but uh also well played just
you know thinking out how to play this
part five second at 16th for
long how beautiful is that backdrop
right
there this ping is kind of in the back
left portion of the green here at
16 oh wow flagging it
at the 13th and this is the second for
Alex SMY and you just expect this to be
pin High
left dancing around the stick yeah well
played there Chan Kim the PGA TW rookie
his third
shot yeah it’s a pretty good spot to be
coming in from short right you have some
slop in behind the pin you you can see
and you can see the these balls just
perch up on this pass P trip how much
break here for
Walker h it’s probably about a foot and
a half out to the left be breaking to
his right he’s button down that slope
that we talked about he’s been having
trouble hitting his line so far early in
this
round what a read and what a
roll well we fixed that
one poral
second yeah that was 140 playing uphill
into the window about 150 looks to have
controlled the distance
well could certainly say
that middle of 13th green Charlie
Hoffman to get to within two of the
leader Callum terum this is where most
guys are going to be putting from here
at the 13th pin High left probably
exactly where he’s aiming his second
shot and that’s a bonus there the Hof
Bird’s on 12 and 13 from off the the
16th green Jim Herman boie the 11th all
pars this for birdie there we
go part five 14th wedge in for small as
third yeah there’s that back left pin
that you can be very aggressive
with he does just that that’s a
beautiful distance control to the leader
we go Callum Taran this pin tucked four
from the
right Play Down wind oh he continues to
play
well terum feeling
it another great birdie look at the
10th to the 17th at this par
three pin right in the front left corner
there perfect shot as pin High just to
the right of it just pretty much like
that
yeah George pretty straightforward shot
actually in the Fairway cut on a slight
up slope pitching back into the wind but
he’s had a couple of clubs in his hand
so I think you have
to commit to
something that’s nicely done Harry Hicks
who is one under through eight yeah
similar to what Tyson Alexander faced
anything left will kind of fall off and
anything past this hole there’s a
collection area that can kind of trickle
away as well but that’s nice right below
the hole perfect golf shot right outside
the shadow of the flag
stick here’s the Southpaw Cody Gribble
front of the green way downtown for
birdie
oh front of the 11th green Kyle
Stanley has this for birdie that’s just
a moment ago he’s playing on pass
Champion status only a two-time winner
on the PGA tour he had a couple weeks
where he’s been on this year T4 Sony
Open T5 at the velpar championship has
two top five
finishes 185 hole this pins seven on
this is kind of all you’re really
looking for maybe just on just past that
front
number or pin High two feet right of the
hole in there tight for you on
one thing he does have going for him
here is that it’s on a bit of an up
slope so that’ll help him Elevate the
ball land it a little softer and that’s
actually pretty well done straight down
win that a little bit more difficult
than it looked from our camera angle
second shot for David lipy par 418th
this is ninth hole already a couple over
and we’ve seen this it’s like you can’t
miss left where we saw Billy horal down
there especially coming with a little
bit longer iron and that’s well played
right below the whole AG Gra impressive
play first time we’re catching up with
Alex Fitzpatrick younger brother of Matt
Fitzpatrick who’s defending his title at
the RBC Heritage this week yeah third at
the par 4 playing back in the way it’s a
three shot hole for pretty much everyone
that’s nicely done

  1. This is why the PGA is dying. You don’t even realize that ppl only came here to see Wesley. Unreal.

  2. I am so excited to pile on…. Two chip ins… leading the tournament by multiple shots and not one second of Wesley Bryan? This is the reason PGA is dying. People are only watching this video because it would make sense he would be in it.

  3. No wesley.. and you wonder why his youtube channel grows while the PGA youtube videos are so low. Get your head out your ass PGA

  4. What the actual hell!! You’re not gonna show Wes? You didn’t want to show him and his brother playing when that’s all anyone wanted to see last year. Now he’s -9 and not one shot? Figure it out!

  5. PGA NEEDS NEW MARKETING LEADERSHIP. NO HIGHLIGHTS OF A FAN FAVORITE AND THE LEADER??!?? WHO COMPILED THIS COLLAGE OF CRAP???

  6. Lol every single comment is about no Wesley. I think there is a theme here PGA tour. The only reason anyone is watching this tournament now is because Wesley is in the mix.

  7. At this point, I have to think that the PGA is specifically ignoring Wesley. It is ludicrous that you don’t have a single highlight of the clubhouse leader. He had two chip ins!?

  8. How in the hell is Wesley Bryan not on this? He’s more popular than all these guys (granted, YouTube helps that)

  9. Didnt Wesley have 2 chip-ins on the day? Why in the world would you not show 2 chip-ins from the tournament leader who also happens to be the most popular player in the tournament by far? Its hurting my brain, someone please explain
