It’s been 39 and slushy absolutely for a long time I was in the snow just yesterday you’re out there just grinding practice yeah yeah as I do you know trying my best has to get ready for this but no this is a totally different world

I’m happy to be back in Texas this looks like a really cool property looking forward that guy that you used to do or Texas guy Texas guy is he make an appearance well you know if he gets inspired maybe but he it’s hard to do

Well we are here at the brand new Lake Waco we’ll lovingly call it Leo uh golf club and this is a course that none of us have played the three of us are completely blind just like kind of like you were last week at uh in the Olympus

Course so we’re going to be be playing a new format this year at Waco where we got two rounds on the golf course two at the traditional Beast course so we got some open some tight wooded long short technical so this this event should have everything uh but I guess without

The little Flex there is OB on the right side down the tree line and OB on the left side which is going to be the problem for a lot of people because the slope goes down towards the left so uh keep it in bounds from there we’ll find

Out where the green is but it looks like it’s not that long of a par 4 very important to stay inbounds off the te I missed the breakdown what does it do I think it’s over that Little M you can kind of see the white flags on the left

Side like I’m guessing just a billion miles just try to throw it towards Josh as much as you can that makes sense I think that’s the that’s the Boomer a boomer City step up onto the astro turf teapad as we do on tour oh that’s going to be OB left yeah

See this morning you don’t think don’t get used to that I don’t think it’s going to be like that in the tournament you don’t think that you’re disc is going to get eaten by the headwind oh what are you talking about head I’m talking about the grass skips we’re out

Here at 9:00 a.m. as we always are for a practice rounds and the conditions are not the same as the two PM T offs that we get later on oh no it’s going to come back a little bit oh yeah great shot buddy I thought that um that headwind would

Keep you straight for some reason I’m an idiot my bad Nate you have to play this more likely result t-shot that’s what you’re going to hurt your tournament chances that’s what I’m doing so you just need to go right there with like a mid-range even anything in bounds yeah it doesn’t

Guys go I could definitely play it more aggressive but I don’t think I’m going to be wanting to yeah I found a Calvin so far this fits the bill of the most golf course style golf course I’ve ever golfed I I like what we’ve seen so

Four 800t par 4 um the hole is long enough that it’s actually a par five for the women so this is going to be a really tricky one hard birdie to get got this initial tight Gap with a low ceiling off the te um if you’ve got it I

Think a forehand Flex or maybe it’s a forehand that just crashes out to the right side is a good play to stay in bounds off the te um OB left with the lake comes in play but it’s a little bit blind from the te so you’re trying to

Avoid going left at all costs from there it’s a pre- lengthy uphill shot that looks like it’s maybe even guarded on the front side uh so bires are going to be hard to get I think on this hole I was talking about your breakdown it was just detailed he actually liked it this

Time oh gosh thanks man pretty big compliment that’s a distraction from me that’s actually kind of weirding me out you found a new way to get in my head I really like what you did that what you like me after all this time you like me no he
