A lot of these guys that teed off early uh and then it seemed like an hour and a half two hours in it kind of calmed down and and you know people started knocking in some birdies and whatnot but I don’t know like in terms of round two like can
We really play these guys going off early I mean it was it was rough out there I mean it was very rough everybody was making bogey double bogey right out of the gate for a while again then they all kind of turned it around but it was
A it was a rough start for a lot of guys right out the gate so I think that’s definitely a very important talking point in terms of the split on theore scores it looks like the afternoon played like a little bit easier and it was only like three I believe is what
You said Strokes so that could like strength of who you know te off you know on which side but something with that morning was was a little off yeah and I will say that too like it ended up I think it was 36 or whatever it ended up
Be a 0 31 either way it’s interesting because it came down as well so what it actually looked like was the sort of that range of just after the first hour hour and a half to the guys that also went off early in the afternoon as it got later in the afternoon everyone
Besides EVR of course and a couple other dudes it ended up sort of shaking out that it was it was that range of guys that you wanted to pick up on so we’re still gonna stick to that our guy Nick out there says gotta let that do melt

Tea times and why did those guys play so bad today so I’m a little cautious which does suck a little bit because I like a lot of these guys that are going off early I mean Steph Jagger I mean he’s a guy I want to be on all week I was big
On him in the main slate he teas off early um a little bit below this range but Patrick Rogers tees off early so I’m still gonna play guys like Jagger he’s the only one in this range that has that super early tea time I still be on a guy
Like Jagger at at 97 I mean I don’t know maybe they learned something today and and maybe they’re a little bit aware they have to be cautious on these big par fours to start out I mean I think the first and second hole uh long par
Fours and I know the 10th as well is a pretty tough uh hole so you know feno you’re going to be able to play him all week he’s gonna have big rounds I think he’s clearly in play hoard looked um looked solid uh he’s 11,000 definitely
Interested in in him um you know Grio is the one I I really wasn’t on but he he got a price discount now I mean he was what 111 on the classics late now he comes down to to 101 um you know does have moderately early so he’s at what 903 um
So not a super early one um I don’t know how much I I’ll get to him Olsen uh olssen I didn’t play much of him on the main slate but 9,800 shot the 500 today uh interested I already talked about Jagger can pendrith bounce back I mean
He is one of those guys that went off super early yes uh today went off super early and found trouble uh right out of the gate never found it um I think I can go back to him I imagine the ownership should be pretty low on him and then
Killer Keith another guy that went off early and he got to like four over right out of the gate and it you know it was a disaster but he did battle all the way back for us so I do like keath Mitchell as well so like a lot of these guys uh
In in this range we don’t have the 5K range uh they went back to the normal standard pricing where 6K is the floor price so it might be a little bit harder to get to a guy like Fen out do the fact we don’t have the 5K guys um keep fenale
Ownership in check keep H hoggart’s ownership in check it potentially could um I want to be big on those guys so this is a range I do like I anticipate getting exposure uh to a lot you know Keith Mitchell and pendrith because of their scores could potentially um have
Their ownership come down a little bit so um you know in this range G is still going to be probably my least favorite um and then I’m going to try to get at least a decent bit of exposure to to you know the rest of these guys in this
Range did you see I know it’s in the next range but just it’s so close it’s 100 away Nick just asked did you see Thomas dri today yeah that was painful because I uh I liked him on the classic and those teams are those teams are uh
Are dead at this point seven over like what did he do did he do something crazy or just a bunch of bogeys obviously this is what’s wild about it this is what’s wild about it Nick asked it that’s why I brought it up it’s pretty funny though
But if you go look and actually do the Deep dive on it not only is he seven only seven not only is he seven over not only did he only make one birdie he made power on all four of the par fivs so it’s not even like mistakes on those he
He made big mistakes and then also made par on all those holes so just wild stuff with him but uh you know I Echo your thoughts up top I think just in the the sense of some of the guys you’re looking at Rio dropping a thousand bucks
Being a little bit later within that tea time I think it’s definitely possible if I just go pull up his stuff real quick which is what I usually do on these shows is try and pull through what I’m seeing he still made five Birds he still
Had a streak and there was only one two three four maybe four or five holes that he lost slightly on approach and then he still left two of the power fives out there on top of it so I actually have interest in Grio here I think again just
Going back to it that is another thing and I know uh it was in the Slate plan I know that dgen definitely nailed this on his Show when he talked about it was everyone was bombers bombers bombers if you look at the leaderboard day and people like I don’t know if it’s the
Good guys that came out to play or if it’s just the waves or whatever it is people having a hard time figuring it out anybody that was good with their long irons and had great approach ended up being in the mix it was it was a lot
More of a risk burst reward you can look at the pin placements and see that it was people were taking shots at it and the ones that had their approach game dialed are the ones that came through there’s bombers up there of course all kinds of them I’m saying but that’s the
Case of where you’re still seeing other guys that maybe don’t bomit out there as much so just one note I could see that I don’t see um you know I’m not going back to this guy we’ll get there in a second I I don’t care about that like again if
It’s that bad I just don’t see it personally so again you’ll get him the or he could situation here maybe you know but I just don’t see it it’s very it’s rare you see it’s rare you see a guy bounce back like like in that big of
A way yeah if someone’s like you know three four away from the cut yeah they they can battle for you in round two but like you know to to make the case that this guy shoots eight under after shooting seven over is just uh it’s too
Rare for me to to chase it there’s no way I would do that and I’ll say more on that in a second actually we’ll go to it so Grio for sure and Nick brings it up few bad shots Bo could see him going yeah he can definitely do something
Tomorrow I definitely could you know find away with him I don’t love that Jagger has that the one of the earliest Heats I think he’s the first one off in the morning but man just going back and looking at him too five birdies a streak left three of the power fives out there
Pretty dialed on approach had one two bad holes that really cost him and it’s just like again I don’t know maybe tomorrow’s the weather’s almost identical so you know you look at it from that perspective it kind of sucks but even if he can you know scramble through these first couple of
Holes and then pick it up from there I I’m still going to take some shots on them I like them so I’m going to stick with them after that not too much for me up top to talk about I do think your point about not having the 5K range will
Change some things up more people targeting whether it’s early morning or just like you said that wave of sort of after the first hour and a half two hours it’ll still leave guys like feno and hogard a little bit more out of it now they’ll still pick up ownership
Because they’re playing well and because guys want to go to it fena wasn’t great but two under on the day he’s still easily accessible here that you can get to him and then hogard three under but had an eagle left some power fives out there four you know three birdies total
Beyond the Eagles so I definitely could see that let’s go to this next range here I’ll scroll it down just so you can see we’ll go 8500 to or sorry 80 what did we say 8,400 to 94 to 94 down to 85 yes yes yeah let’s do
That the way it sets up I already looked at this before so I’m going to stick that but I do want to talk about the dri thing again for a second because I don’t have interest I understand the tea time people are going to see and maybe like
Him in there but this would be where you know I think DJ talks about it all the time other people do as well we’ve definitely had conversations around it chasing a really good round with a guy like EVR right so first of all that’s not very likely you see two really
Strong back-to-back rounds like that so if you go to EVR the guy was lights out right I know people talk about the birthday narrative I think he turned 34 yesterday you’ve got gained almost four strokes on approach he did have the one bogey but still 1 two 3 four five
Birdies Two Eagles the chipping Eagle um we were talking in the chat earlier I know I was teased I said just variant but you know he made a 33 foot putt he chipped in for Eagle but he also left some five and six Footers out there but
Let me ask you it this way would you rather like it has to be the same dietry the other way of him bouncing back as it is likely that you know van Ryan goes out and has another huge round so would you rather Chase EVR and just say yeah
He’s probably not going to do that again but he could still do well and he’s only 9100 or would you take a shot on dietre at almost no ownership which would you prefer easy dri I mean EVR is gonna get ownership because of the the big boy
Round that he just had dri is gonna get no ownership and I’m not endorsing the D dri play by any means because I’m not playing his ass but if I’m deciding between the two um oh sorry sorry to our boy Marley he said he’s got the whole
Family watching so I apologize for for the swear word there hopefully the kids can get the the ear muffs on but it’s easy decision between dietre and EVR if you’re deciding if you’re going to decide on one of those two definitely go with the no ownership on dri but again
I’m not playing either of those guys uh and I feel good about it like dri seven over like yeah that no thanks for me uh EVR eight eight under I mean some of the own ownership’s gonna follow because of the the great score today just be offing
This range seemed very clear to me like the upper range I liked a lot of those guys this range I don’t like as many so that’s why I know I’m going to be able to get access to that upper range and play a lot of those guys because I’m
Going be fading more in this 9k range you know not playing D3 not playing EVR not playing Brandon woo I faded him on the main slate and I’m not gonna play him in uh this round uh same as Mackenzie Hughes um you know similar to dri six over zero interest going there
Um so I have fades in this range that I feel good about you know Davis Thompson I have a good chunk of him on the main slate so for me personally I don’t necessarily need to get to him at one under and I do that you don’t
Necessarily have to do that but I do if I know that I have a lot of guy a lot of a guy in a main slate and I don’t necessarily love him for a showdown slate I’ll just pass like it’s like a natural hedge situation almost and you
Know with with Thompson I have enough of him he’s on the borderline to make the cut at one under if he does well great for my show or my main slate teams if he doesn’t if he doesn’t do well then I don’t have him in Showdown and and
Others will so no EVR not a ton of Thompson uh no Brandon woo no McKenzie Hughes all fades for me Patrick Rogers going to stay on him um you know he’s one of those guys it seems like when he gets it going he can just keep it going
Uh at an event and I think he does continue to have success he’s not all the way up there at the top he’s 5 under 7th place good with him um staying on Jake knap for sure one of my favorite plays on the main slate shot the four
Under today I think he continues um you know Mark hubard you guys know the story with with me and Mark Hubbert I have a thing for for Mark hubber uh and I just can’t fade the guy especially in this field uh our guy Rio 8500 shot a solid 200 today I will stay
On him um and that is the end of this range so really like the guys I like in this range Rogers uh nap hubard Rio and really don’t like the other guys in this range um dietry van royan Brandon woo McKenzie Hughes and then you know I’m
5050 on Thompson so it’s a clear range for me what what I’ll be doing here yeah got to get those likes going guys almost 150 watching only 68 likes a lot of people not clicking the like button so help us out with that that’s going to be
Good and goes with the giveaways right we always like to do these giveaways part of that but whoop people know and they’ll learn quickly you and I have you know similar style sometimes and different the other I got two disagreements in this range one though you pretty much answered Nick’s question
So thanks on that that that’s that’s why that’s how I play and again I I kind of highlighted that and that’s not what everyone does it’s not the mindset that everyone has but that’s you know kind of my mindset like if I have a guy that’s borderline that did decent like is on
That cut line after round one and I have a lot of him on the main slate like I don’t feel the need to go there heavy in a showdown slate because if he does well great for my classic teams if he doesn’t do well then I you know I’ve dodged a
Bullet in round two so I do play the the Hedge game for sure in between rounds and that was the first disagreement just friendly disagreement I I mean I do strongly disagree on that one because it’s two separate slates and the reason I say that is because certainly in round
Two I still want to win all the money I’m playing for round two is what we’re talking about right here and if Davis Thompson goes off in round two not only am I dead in round two because he was needed he he’s a he’s a guy that you’re
Gonna just have to have let’s say in this example but then my classic teams aren’t guaranteed [ __ ] because even if he comes through for me what if those are all five of six or what if someone else screws those teams over I’m now double screwed it’s not really you you
Are getting the reward of the Hedge so I don’t disagree with you because he did his job the problem is is in back like that’s him on the rest of those classic teams you need the other five guys to come through and that’s the let me yeah
Let me clarify I this isn’t the approach I always take it’s only on the guys that I don’t have a strong conviction on like I don’t have a strong conviction on Davis Thompson for round two tomorrow I just I don’t know like I do I like him
Maybe a little bit like he’s not a guy that I feel super confident about so in that scenario I’m fine playing the Hedge if I freaking love Davis Thompson and I feel good that he’s going to turn it around and you know he just missed some
Short putts and in round one and feel good about you know the the rest of his game yeah I’ll go right back to him so it’s definitely situational but if I don’t have a strong conviction which I don’t on Thompson you know I’m fine letting my my classic slate uh teams
Carry carry the weight on that one and and everyone says one of my skill sets listening to other sharp players and be able to tune in off it I will tell you guys you got your notebook out there you’re writing stuff down whatever it might be when hoop doubles down on
Someone and goes against that and and says you know what I love this guy I don’t even care about my main SL I’m still going in on this guy you might as well just lock button that guy I’ve been friends with who for a while doing these
Shows for a while when he doubles down and goes against those points he was making that’s when you definitely want to be in because for whatever reason he’s got a knack for it that’s the way that he finds success he’s done it in NFL it’s like an NFL when he hates a guy
But says but this week I’m playing him that’s the week to play that guy trust me it never fails think about think about how much money that strategy won the the shipet nation Community this year like the Dak Prescott stuff well what was it the one week niji Harris got
On nii Harris’s Peak game of the season yeah the calls were on point for for NFL they the daak rule I like that yeah that’s what we’re gonna call it it’s the Dak rule I love that that’s that that’s exactly what it is the daak rule it’s a
Business decision yeah we like that one that hey it’s worked out well I like a lot of the other guys that you mentioned so I won’t go too much on that but the second disagreement was I would actually still play EVR over drie and the ownership is probably you know like you
Said very solid in your favor on drie but I do think it’s less likely that he bounces back and does anything crazy or cares enough off a bad round like that and the thing about EVR people say oh he can’t do it again first of all if this
Was two years ago people would hop all over EVR at 9100 I think it’ll be kept in check if not a lot lighter than what we used to see because now people think there’s no way he does it again and I get that but he doesn’t have to do five
Birdies Two Eagles and all this to pay off a 91 he’s not 111 or 12K here where we’re making a huge decision he’s 9100 he still has a good tea time he’s absolutely freaking dialed on approach and again he like our guy Bader bear says he left some out there now you do
Got to make up the fact he made some 30-footers he may he chipped in for Eagles all that but I’m just saying and it’s like when someone gains four strokes putting didn’t we just do this last week with Luke list oh he gained four strokes putting in the first round
He’ll never do that again yeah he probably won’t but then he gained like two the round after that and still was solid and needed in your lineup so I look at it a little bit differently and what excites me is a little bit about the fact that I think people keep him in
Check because there’s a lot of people that say I’m not chasing that round and I get that but I’m trying to sort of zigzag in the middle there and they remind you of the the Nai the nii rule too that was good that was a good call

On Fox I’ll be on him uh he had a pretty early tea time and he’s he’s one of the guys that kind of avoided the disaster uh at the front end of his round um but did what he fell back to even uh McNeely um you know up and down round 88,200 I
Got to stay on him I liked him a lot I think you know that this price tag is way too low in this field he could easily be in that 9k range the way he’s been playing the last few weeks I think he finds a big round tomorrow one of my
Favorite plays I think on the round two Showdown slate uh Justin uh wasn’t on him at all I’m going to apply you’re gonna hate me but I’m gonna apply the sh Kim uh hedge rule here because I I I know we both have a lot of him on the

Me uh in terms of guys that uh that I that I do like but there’s some solid options here again it’s a bigger range because they eliminated the the uh 5K range yeah this range has the dudes that I like for that tea time that we sort of
Targeting like e root Ry had Hadley those guys all sort of Pop there and then you could take your pick on some of the other ones one note on sh Kim just so we’ll keep it moving but sh Kim was again I know you got the Hedge but like
Yeah just look at it he had a triple and a double which hurt him but other than that five birdies left the streak out there on either side multiple potential streaks there that he could have had so that’s one thing I’ll look at and then two the par fives left out there
Including the triple on 18 so five too that’s painful geez yeah you can tell just that you know the triple and a double yeah yeah that’s good point see that’s why I like doing these shows with you maybe I can come back on our guy Kim most people would probably stay off them
But I just think that’s one thing that I’ll look at there what what did toasty do today who are some other guys that we’re looking at here toasty ended up being plus one as well five birdies left two of the power fives out there and then just a bunch of mistakes four bogeys
And a double bogey his stats were up and down I’m not sure if he started on the front or the back because if you look his back nine pretty solid his front nine was a few big he started on the front really okay so that that’s interesting about toasty then because

Are you know guys that make a lot of things work in your lineup this range is is a range where if you are trying to get to that top you’re trying to play the fenals the hogars you got to be on some of these guys and I think we have
Some options down here some comfortable options yeah Dylan Mo right at the bottom he shot uh three under on the day but had six birdies and he’s the opposite of what I usually talk about he took care of all the par five so I thought that was interesting uh you
Brought up Shelton he had eight birdies including seven in a row at one point to get to that four under he still had some Bogies and whatnot on the car but he played very well Ben Silverman shot a one or two under he’s there bramlet played really good his tea times sort of
Nice in there also some of the guys like I guess I’m I’m ready to get hurt like the chat mentioned earlier with SMY I still like SMY right he’s the problem is like SMY Rogers Jagger the guys that I like are all literally that very first tea time but SMY four birdies left
Definitely both sides of a streak out there a power five and a power three could have easily made one there he left two one two two of the power fives out there really strong on approach off the te everything else except with the putter one two three four five five
