Take a listen to this tick tocker and her experience where she was at when she was asked to tip my jaw really hit the floor can we talk about tipping culture and the weirdest place that you’ve ever been asked to tip really quick I went shopping for my wedding dress like a
Week and a half ago and I ended up finding my dress at the first store that I went to and I’m not joking when I went to go pay they flipped their little iPad around and it asked for a tip when I tell you like I fullon froze I just I I
Stood there and I think they saw like the blood leave my body I I did not expect to have to like tip buying a wedding dress and mind you the store was empty like it was me my best friend and then the three people that worked there
I think one was the owner and then just two stylists or something so it was just empty it was just them three at the front and then me just paying utterly outrageous I can’t even imagine

I personally think it's more of a way of going cashless. You like that woman and give her a tip. She puts in her pocket and she probably won't pay taxes on it. If they give you the option on the screen then more and more people will tip using that and Uncle Sam gets his money. It guilts people into tipping and no one carries cash, and at the same tax time the govt gets theirs'. A little win, win situation for the govt and the employer gets to keep up with how much the employee makes in tips…I'm sure that can give them some creative ideas. That is my theory.
The 711 after I self checked out 😂
It's ridiculous when asking for a to on take out, it's like I have to to you to bring my food to the register now? NOPE!!
Seems to me you Americans need a backbone. When did saying "No" become so hard.
Tipping on a $500 plus wedding dress. Wtf?
i got a request online buying something
Total BS!
I have no qualms pushing " no tip "
I no longer tip ANYWHERE! The employees financial struggles is not my problem!
I look at them and turn the iPad back around. I'm not giving a tip.
I would always tip. I'm done tipping
You don't need to tip
Actually, both my daughters are in pageants and we spent quite a bit on buying dresses and it's very common to tip when somebody gives great service. It's not a lot maybe 200 or $300.
We were asked to Tip at the Walmart Self Check out. Store's are trying to capitalize on this. I'm not Tipping a machine so one of the richest families in the country can get richer
Go to a different dress shop.
Just stop tipping, problem solve. There no harm in asking, but by tipping every sigle time you are parte of the problem
Why didn't she just say, 'no thank you, I'll find another dress.' That sends a pretty strong message…not only am I not tipping, but I ain't buying either
Here's a tip… Look both ways before crossing the street
NOPE!!!
I went to a bakery and they also have a place on the iPad for a tip. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t
