After all…I’m Semi-Retired, Talking about Hockey with YOU!!!

[Laughter] welcome back to AB daily news today we want to talk about Patrick the last one what are you talking about but first of all Patrick was back at the belt Center as a new head coach of the cers by the way mon won by the score 43 with two

Goals from Shan Manan with a game-winning goal at the end of the third period Samuel mono blocked 43 of the 46 shot he face for the percentage on 935 final score 124 and atland three but it’s not about this today it’s about the Patrick award the last one Patrick

Was the last player having impact for the mon Canadian fans mon Canadian fans are passionate mon fans love to have a specific player make an impact for the team ofely mon did not win the C cup since 1993 that year the go was Patrick a

Prior that the last C cut was in 1986 who was between the pipe Patrick a yes they got chrisos Bobby Smith and other great players when the monreal dur the time they win the C cup but not like Patrick AA you have to go 1970s to find a player like gilf make an

Impact like Patrick with before that was Mor this is what mon Canadian fans did not get S 1993 players make an impact for the fans yes you got K price yes K price did a very great performance for the mon but we never win the city cup Monto did not

Spoil the fans since 1993 we need to find a players can score goal 40 goal per year 50 goal per year the last player scor 40 goal in one year in one season is Vin 1990s and the last play score 50 go is stepan rid did twice in

1980s and 1990s send that zero the last first score one point average per game in one regular season is Kev and for me this is really important now to find a player at the image like Patrick a why because what bring intensity why because of what is emotion why because of what

Is passionate about the game why because patri is a winner want to win every game why because become all of Famer because of his intensity his emotion his passion and the sense of winning since Patrick a will never get a player closed like Patrick a yes you may be said K price

But not close like Patrick in my opinion so for me today this it was what Patrick bring to the game last night between the Islanders and mon without Patrick guys nobody will care about that game you have to go all the way to 1980s between Mike BS Gil FL to have a match

Significant between Islanders in Montreal but last night was the return of Patrick a sending Ovation from the fans the fan was waiting for him at the belt Center fans of my live streaming was excited to see Patrick the M fan was excited to see Patrick a returning at

The bill Center media were following Patrick a everywhere at the end of the day that’s what Patrick a bring to the montal Canadian fans my question to you is what do you think Patrick did for the monan for you who is your favorite player with the mon Canadian and finally

Do you feel patri could become a head coach for mon in end maybe the next three four years we never know what could happen but again Patrick my opinion it was the last one make an impact for the the M Canan fans hope Canen use and Jeff Gordon can spil M

Canan fans because you deserve to have a players like Patrick AR in the future until my next time of course we invite you please don’t forget to click on the like subscribe and leave me comments about this episode and of course you have greatness inside of you and we wish

You an amazing great blessed day everybody N

  1. Without a doubt Patrick Roy always has the determination to win. I was wondering about that was he the only Stanley cup winner for Montreal in the building Thursday night?

  2. Didn't watch live because we had plans- I recorded it and stayed up until 1am to watch. What a classy way to honour Patrick during the anthems- oh, and the game was a banger as well!

  3. Fun entertaining game… Great pass by Slafkovsky on the powerplay. Nice set play. Easily 2-3 game suspension for Gally coming. Has Gallagher ever been suspended.

Remember when we have players that are passionate emotional we try to shut that down

Players that are passionate and emotional will or will tend to make mistakes. Montreal often trys to BOTTLE and shut that emotion.

  4. It's too bad Montreal couldn't keep him – maybe he doesn't speak french.

It's fascinating how the media controls hockey fans now – we were always independent.

But now the pendulum swings back and forth, back and forth…

"While playing for the Avalanche, Patrick Roy was arrested for domestic violence on October 22, 2000, and was released on $750 bail. Roy and his wife were in an argument, and his wife made a hangup call to 911. Police found physical damage to the house and took Roy into custody. The presiding judge dismissed the case" 🤔

    Interesting…

Where is George parros? He supposed to be monitoring ?

Mitchell Miller was just a kid, but he's been ostracized from hockey forever for stupid mistakes he made copying adult behavior.

Patrick Roy was an adult when he committed his crimes.

So if you have a certain number of Stanley cups then you're a hero?

Cool! Gotta get me a Stanley cup and maybe I'll get out of some of these speeding tickets!

  5. Indeed Patrick Roy made a great impact in the Montreal Canadien history however his story was not fully finished in Mtl. The events of that night when he stormed off the ice and said he played his last game as a Canadien unfortunately leaves a stain on his impact as a Hab. Not saying I agree or disagree with his actions but merely stating that his passion that made him great also slightly tarnished his overall legacy in Montreal. Who knows how many more cups or glorious experiences could have been had in Montreal and I guess we'll never know, but I do believe that the events of that night set the organization back so much that it has not really recovered since. It might take another generational player to come into the fold and set the ship afloat again. Nevertheless, glad that Roy, Tremblay and the organization have been able to kiss and make up since then and that Roy received such a warm and well-deserved welcome and tribute at the Bell Centre.
