The Bengals aren't winning? They went to the Super bowl 2 years ago and the afc champ game last season. This year burrow was hurt and they still went 9-8 in the hardest division since 1935. This all has to do with the owner Amy's Strunk yeah she doesn't know what she's doing she's just leading the team straight but that's what it is until someone else buys the team Tennessee Titans will not be a Super Bowl contender
Titans don't know what they're doing and they haven't been knowing what to do ever since the Jeff Fisher era
I'm saying it many many times that this is the issue of Amy Strunk she wants to develop the team to be a certain image but that doesn't matter what it needs to matter is Super Bowl wins and so far nothing has happened. Ever since her father died of course she took over the team through inheritance and we know what happens when you get something through inheritance The Taste is never the same.
The only thing good about this is that all the other teams in the AFC South know that they don't have to worry about Tennessee this next year

The implication here is that the Titans overlooked a more qualified black man in order to hire a white HC. You do realize that as part of the re-org of the Titans structure they elevated Ran Carthon from GM to GM and Executive VP and he now has full control of all football operations, including complete control of the roster and the coaching staff. So this coaching hire was largely Ran Carthon's decision. For those who don't know Ran Carthan is black. This is not a good of example of racism in HC hiring.
