Little bit tired stayed up late last night just talking Cho and strategy with the paper Street crew and kind of laying out plans for the year but uh yeah it didn’t get too wild so not feeling too bad today so uh you had quite the performance this weekend you uh what was

Your expectations heading into the weekend or actually not the weekend to I guess Thursday Friday uh yeah I expected to come out and have some dominant finishes have a great weekend um didn’t place as well as I would like but saw a lot of improvement some movements I’ve really been working on made

Some that that I train out to been clo for a little bit doing some pain and things like that so haven’t been in the water for a little while but good see that improv there so I know that yeah obviously did show that Chad was there anything you saw or wanted to

Ask CH regarding his performance well I guess uh everyone’s talking about your big event when like what when when you have an event like this and you see the schedule what what gives you the confidence when going into um honestly a little bit delusional at times and anytime I see any kind of

Cross style neon I think there’s some kind of way that I’ll find myself in first but in EV like that a lot of the movements played well for me I’m really good at the dips really good at the muscleups in the original version and I’m getting a lot better at Cy a barbell

I was pretty disappointed to see that they had to change it I was looking forward to get out there and doing the muscleups and I think I could have done the original workout unbroken but um the new one was really good for me too I’m really good at C bar through squats and

Deadlifts and things like that when I’m brok on the dips and I’m the fastest one of burp here so that played out really well and then the three I think would have went really well for me uh I’m the best at CH bars it’s not even close I

Could have done I playing on doing all 35 unbroken every round and that would have been like an act for me and um putting in the St BS made to work out much less aerobic so I think T fness will diminish but I can see why they had

To do that and make those changes and I know they didn’t want to do that but those are the cars that we were de with the weather and I think they made the right Chang at the end of the day so when you have a workout that has change

For whatever reason is that you look at it as a brand new workout get a different straty or you look at it like I was G to win the original one got changed so I’m gon to push even harder make sure I win this one yeah I mean

Initially you see the changes and you’re just kind of a little bit pissed off but um you kind of have to deal with it and put your emotions inside it really is this becomes a whole new workout you change one thing or even changing one standard on an event change the game

Plan in the Bas in your rep sche and you really just have to analyze it like it’s an enti new event at that point one of the big news uh regarding you this past the last couple days uh you signed on with the camp with movement Camp uh how long were those

Talks uh and why why the move because you’re a tradition someone that you know trains by themselves is known for training inage which you said isn’t going to change but uh why prove it and why now yes so I’ve been with K train since the beginning of my career and um

That’s been great got me to where I am I think it’s an exceptional program I think it’s for me where I am in my career right now I need something that’s completely individualized for me and um you know the programmer for F train Luke Sher a probably one of the smartest guys

In the space I mean the dud in N right now I couldn’t ask him to you know the time to I I just wouldn’t ask him to you know prioritize my training for his life know he’s got a lot of things going on he’s doing programing for the entire

Entire field Community doing a fantastic job I think for me personally forward I need something more one-onone and more individualized and doing you know taking the base temp and modifying it to what I need to work on for a while now and that’s been working really well but I

Think for me to get to the next level um there’s some things I need to learn and this is knowledge that I don’t have about programming progressions and things like that and I think Ruben can give that to me and they can take some work off my PL by providing that program

To me and I there’s a lot of things in my training that they can fix and impr on we’ll see um pleas sign on with a new agent Ricardo and and some other people camp and I know Nick Johnson from when he coached back at oc3 in Iowa and trained with him

And the that before I know that he knows the stuff and the camp they have a lot of knowledge there so I started talking to them probably a few weeks ago and signed on just recently I haven’t actually done a single brout froming yet but I’m moving forward we’re gonna get

Together together for the season and I’ll be St with and we’ll see how it goes um when you look into the obviously this is a huge change for you going into the 2024 season are there certain goals you have like different points in the season obviously you know U you know

Whether it be open finish quarterfinal finish semi-final I mean you have one overall reaching goal to make the game finish top 10 or win do you set smaller goals or do you reach bigger yeah I mean my goal is to win the game and no other goal outside of that

For my main goal honestly I don’t enter a competition without the goal of winning I go to the open I want to win the open I go to quarters I want to win quarters I go to semis I want to win every event of semifinals I’m trying to

Keep on getting better in my weaknesses and improving My overall Fitness and yeah goal is just keep getting better and better keep on improving my weaknesses and getting to a point where you know it’s not a workout that is GNA put me like bottom 10 I think it’s all

That the games this year my worst finish was 23rd and years past I had a lot of I had some last place finishes and a lot of finishes in the bottom five and bottom 10 and then coming here there’s some programming that was not in my

Favor but I was still able to finish relatively high and so just keep on going in those hes my my strengths are stronger than anybody else in the field so if I can get those picks I think that can be a really dangerous athlete when you look at the games obviously it’s in

Texas this year um it’s been said that 90% if not more is going to be inside you look at something like that like man this could be traditional profit programming if that’s the case are you excited about that that definitely play into my favor as an athlete in my

Strengths but I think uh you know BOS and the team are pretty creative and they’ll find lot of way to test us outside of the traditional CrossFit style workouts even though we’re going to be inside for a lot of it I know that I enjoyed a lot of the workouts out in

The Madison I think there’s a lot of guys that are just not willing to go outside when it’s 100 degrees high humidity and train out there all day so get the mas and they fall apart you know that’s what you get not will to put that work that’s element that’s be taken out

Of it this year don’t miss I mean it is where it is um I’m sure it’ll be a lot of fune indoors and whatever arena there ask open are you looking forward to building someone of a new routine or you think you keep it fairly consistent the next few mons things out

And know it’s going to be interesting be honest I’m pretty nervous I’m super consoling with my programming and things like that so i’ uh you know I’m going to try and trust them and see what happens over the next few months and hopefully we’ll keep progressing and keep getting

Better you know either way I’ll make sure that I do what I need to do to be prepared when we step on the floor we have any questions from the fans for Colton anybody they’re just happy that you’re up here well um we’re obviously looking forward to seeing what you could do this

Then lock down here just training all the time and um I think we hit like first quals and I think was like well always and um then looking at leard that wow yeah I’m actually got far off these boys maybe I this so then and then carried on from there yeah that’s kind

Of where we saw your name I mean obviously with a the quarterfinals but also uh having a unique name like you have yeah everybody says that like like everyone saying like just stands out I get that or like buzz like year stands out of my chin like still coming

Out yeah yeah so uh this is your second time in Miami last year comp our team yeah last year we comped on a team so we team boys and feelings I think we were boys and feelings yeah we’re proud of that um proud to cry um but we were like

The second I think we were the second or definitely top five uh qualifying teams um and then I think Brian PR start of the weekend finish like the 30s yeah and we’re like come on Brian you got that wrong love it and he was 100%

Right so yeah like we we now like sort of I always of message Brian with when he’s putting out these top one hunds I always give him a bit of chat to say come on I think You’ got that wrong so I don’t know if he put out a prediction for this

Weekend we’ll have to look but we’ve been given at the end of the weekend I just said to him all I want is to go up in his chart yeah so I think this time we’re gonna get and then just something to remember Chad Bri 2 oh where did you finish 12

Wow yeah look at that take that that made up y y y well I mean how you competed as on a team this year went individual this year talk about that experience especially I mean obviously being in Miami you know I don’t know what the weather like is in right now

But this this is a really hot Day in the UK in the summer but I think back home it’s likeus two degrees CS so he’s not too good but like we came over here last year and um we had some other guys to the team and Helen nut competing individually

And just from when we would going and watch I was looking there was a lot of guys doing individual doing team next few days and I said from the start I was like yeah I’m G to do that um and then obviously hearing from a lot of the guys

How they handled the volume uh we s of decid not to do it in the end so my uh We’ve really enjoyed it last year as team it’s really really nice to come out and train uh compete in this humity that we’re probably not used to yeah um went

Things like the rain hit on Thursday night I don’t know if that probably like put people off but like that weather I don’t know if we’ll carry over like some resilience uh from our country from the cold and the wet I don’t know if that helps um but definitely when we were as

Team last year we thought they’re very like games workouts and I think over here the Americans and Canadians they sort of compete a little bit differently to us on a heavy barbell or something they just tend to do a little bit better the Europeans so for like as European

Coming over see how I fa against them um we definitely look for that and we can take it away what we need to go back work on we still we still got a little bit of time now before the season starts so that’s probably what we’re gonna go away with um after

This uh obviously 12 Place finish that a great finish especially against this this like his level of athletes uh but uh it could have been a lot better I heard so um and I think I guess it was because a little bit of MISD Direction on the swim yeah so for anyone that

Doesn’t know um there was some Dingus that swam to the wrong boy and I don’t know I don’t know if anybody noticed that but that was me I just wanted to stand out of it but yeah like I uh again like last year was the first time I’ve

Ever I’ve ever done swim then I think I was a little bit naive to it and didn’t really didn’t really think of the effects of that spiked heart rate what do swim it really sh me so this year I was pumped I was really excited to get

In there first s yeah went fine second one I think we got in I had Jack G uh and then suddenly they vanished and I looked and I i’ slightly gone off to the left of the white boy so I redirected myself a little bit too much to the

Right ended up with pink um so yeah then I just had to like quickly adapt on the fire like just get on with it get back to the white and I managed to still get 16 but I don’t know like yeah should have could have would

Know we got like I don’t know I can’t get too disappointed I got clck on so um yeah maybe next year I’ll come back and try and get a top 10 finish with that Su you can hold me to that well some people might have said that the reason why you

Didn’t do so well is because you were supporting a speedo maybe maybe maybe I wasn’t that buoyant yeah yeah I have to ask you though I mean SU uh how did those goers feel with the speedo they fine when are here nothing’s me in the

Face the water was really cold H yeah no yeah it was cold before yeah I think it was cold before I got in so I think I was safe there all these people down here are just like this they’re going to go back to the

Uh all go on my Instagram I’ve got a couple of slos right it’s like bayat but not but so where where do you go from here you gathered some data um obviously you can kind of throw the swim outside outside because you know we don’t have to worry about the swim unless something

Crazy happens if you make the game but um I mean what what data do you take from here and what’s the season look like the rest of the season look like for you so like yeah we’ll take some data away um you know like one thing I

Was talking to Brent about this um like what we can’t do is like look at him be like right okay I think I had like a 30th finish in the snatch event um that we went into that event like with accuracy you know like at semifinals that that that run snatch event again

Was about accuracy so I’m gonna come away like with this as a positive because 45 second Windows it was about accuracy and I even missed the lift and at semi-finals I did that I think it got to my head and I started not thinking straight when like like on the day today

I missed a lift just quick little breath think to myself keep it cool and I hit the lift and it was fine it wasn’t the best finish that I wanted but there’s a positive to take away from that you know we go away we can work on strength yes

Uh maybe look to back myself uh because like my snap is a 130 St so like what I hit on the day is pretty low that but maybe I took away a positive from that which I work on and then the season when we get home we’ll probably we’ll just

Bury my head in the sand like I did that last year I didn’t really do an individual comp between uh French Brown summer I did I didn’t do anything between there and semifinals so this this year I wanted to have a out of season come to come in show see where I

Fa um I put out there to everyone that my goal is to get to the games season and to come in this weekend on the performance I have like hope that shows for everyone like I’m not just saying it’s a very bold statement say it and you know like hopefully like my

Performance shows I really mean what I say and uh you know back this up so I’ll get back now and I’ll SP my head in the sand and get ready for sem finals seems a really taking your time to set that goting and and I’ve had to like I’ve had

To learn along the way was that like you wi and you learn um like it’s taking time so like that first quarter finals and then you know okay next year I’ll try and call semis I didn’t do that and then I was gutted about that I went to French top

10 again to me then was a pretty St so I came away like I want to qualify for semis I did really well I was like top five in Europe think and I was like right why can’t this year be the year I go to the game so I tried to shift my

Goal quite quick and then I think May again maybe it was naive maybe it was I needed that semifinals to I needed to go there and do that and learn take away something that it won’t happen again I needed that swim event for me to mess up

You know just come away and I won’t do that ever again I you look at this event like some of the big positives like when you looked at the stack of events were you looking forward to a specific event and like yeah there wasn’t there was like like yeah definitely there were when

They did the change of event um I was still looking I was looking forward to every event like like little things I know talk about swim I say about the S event I wanted to test my accuracy and show like I wasn’t true mistake at semis

And I can read I can correct that H the Su event that shocked me last year I want to come back and show like I’m not gonna be shocked I know it’s gonna be uncomfortable you know and obviously coed up a bit but like you know we can

Sort out um the the work I was excited because again you know I said earlier about those heavy barbells right let’s throw down with the Americans let’s see where I there it changed I looked at that and I was like yeah this is I think

I finished six in that event um I looked I was like yeah that’s a good event for me and the last one last night again you know Road clients have really been working on it and uh I I really trusted that I could I could I could go out

There and put on a good performance you guys going out in front of me and before that might have you know got my head and been like okay maybe I don’t belong I trust in my process and KN exactly what to do just execute so yeah bit longwinded but yeah I was looking

Forward to everything I I like there wasn’t anything in there that I was worried about like how do you like how does it feel to be part of like this you know group of so the the men’s field is super stack like any lot theet this week like at any given like

Five how does it feel about being part of that like up and coming through pushing like pushing the level I like to start with the first thing I learned when I went to French we had like Adrian M lukic there was some big names there and

What I learned quite quickly is like I can’t get overwhelmed because that’s just I need to control that because otherwise the whole thing is going to be overwhelming me like take this place this place is like FAL controlling the controll that’s variable I can so I don’t really I try not to get

Too overwhelmed by that um to to be to have my name floating around there the up and coming or maybe if people have underestimated me H I like that I just hope that I’m here and I can back up what I’m gonna say um so I’m I’m just excited I’m so excited

Yeah we’re definitely excited for you too just watching your performance and uh I do have a question a couple questions actually uh what’s your football club uh I’m more of a rugby guy okay so no you don’t have any football sorry well that that leads into my

Second question is you know there are have you had a chance to talk to Ricky Gard at all no I haven’t because he’s a former rug player there’s a couple of former rugby players uh I guess you’re never a former rugby player you’re only the rugby player but uh have you I’ve

Noticed like the mentality that rug mity and how it transl you talk a little bit about that like you know obviously you have to be tough to be a rug a rug player so out was that mentality that athletic translated the cross yeah I think when I was playing rugby right um

We each have your your own position and you have your role in that team um and I really I really enjoyed playing rugby luck I loved the camarad with it all and and being around all the boys and stuff and like to me like I play like hooker

And backat rower and I had my like set piece rolls and I knew that if I out of that team of 15 if I was at one person just doing my role then that ball then gets shipped out to the next player they have to do their role and for me like I

Really I still do love it and like the boys even though I’ve moved away from the sport they support me so much but sometimes I always felt like um I was putting all my all into it and maybe not necessarily everybody just put their all when doing an individual sport like this

There is nowhere for me to hide yeah so I have to do everything I can and I’m totally accountable for everything like when I’m on that floor there is no way I can hide so yeah like I know like I’ve got my set piece DRS like you know like

Last night with that last event um I had a strategy in my head rather than like you know like you have your role to do this so broad there’s so many things so many different modalities to train around right um and I love it I love that there

So many things I got to get right pie it all together um so yeah so that’s what that’s what kind of the ruges taught me as well as a lot of other things manners mannerisms and stuff and and respect you know like I make an effort to to respect

My judges when I’m out there like important yeah because like in rugby like in football you know you play around you can call the ref whatever in rugby you call the ref all right and you bad MTH him or anything it’s gonna go wrong it’s not gonna go well so why do I

Want to do that to my judges that’s that’s sort of stuff like mannerisms well obviously it’s a pleasure to finally meet you than we’ll give Bri make sure you text Brian maybe we should keep it a secret about we will oh definitely he won’t watch us

Anyway but no you bring up a good point but there are quite a few athletes that that look at those rankings and uh you know he’s considered the best analyst expert in the when it comes to CrossFit but one thing about Brian is that he wants to be

Proven my coach Mike we were like last night we were walking away I said to Brian I just want to go your LPS and we go why does that affect us why are we why is that in our heads so much um so yeah like you know like we do look at

That we send it around and I’m like you know is Brian underestimated me does he but he just maybe hasn’t seen um haven’t competed enough so yeah so yeah a lot of that goes and that’s part of the whole reason we do what Brian’s doing this

World tour I don’t know if you been following is like he’s going to different areas throughout the world and able to watch a lot of athletes that he normally wouldn’t see and uh that’s what he wants to do and uh that’s what that’s that’s why he’s made if you look at these rankings

Top 200 last year he’s got a little bit more International last been able to see a lot more I didn’t love it like you guys are like smoking him he got guys in there that hav’t for a while was Icelandic you remember yes like like that’s my boy right

There yeah so yeah um hopefully we made a bit of a statement yeah you definitely did that if if anything you made a made a statement in the swim with your fashion choice so you know looking around I was I thought these guys meant to be confident got long shorts on exactly

Were you giving out hugs afterwards nobody wanted to come in very interesting well we definitely look forward watching the rest of the season thank you coming out got har life good everyone thank you next on the stage uh we’re gonna bring up uh Barkley Barkley Dale if you don’t

Know Barkley Barkley is basically you’ve heard us talk about be friendly stats that’s a stat service that we have that be friendly is doing so Barkley is one of the brains behind yeah you got it so Barkley he runs our stat Department he basically all this cool information that

You hearing it comes from Barkley and a a good collaboration with some other people so Barkley throw us some stats when it comes to what what what numbers stuck out to you when it came to the individual competition this year I’ve got 10 stats for us today uh five women five

Men some of them you can easily tell just by looking at the leaderboard some of them you can’t tell just by looking at the leaderboard you have to have a database with 400,000 grows in data like I do so the first one that I have is Danielle Brandon and Gabby mcwa were the

Only two athletes in either Elite field have no finishes outside of the top 10 it’s a pretty big Fe and even more important than that is that Emma Carrey who won did did have a finish outside of the top 10 so second and third outside the top 10 that’s why

Those event wins matter so much that’s why those event wins matter so much taking it to the men’s side Browski I already corrected this if you heard this on the broadcast yesterday I fed Brian Bren the wrong number I missed fired rowski did not earn his 39th event win

In his career it was his 35th event win in his career he was third going into that final event Sam Quant was in second but here’s the important thing I have a model that runs live win probabilities and going into that final event Brent pakowski had a

36.8% chance of getting second place and he did look at that stats hash stats number three this one no one would really know sixth place Andre motis out of Estonia was the only woman in the top 10 with a finish worse than 30th when she got 38th in double or nothing everyone

Else had a 30th or better finish in fact Emily R and had a 30th Place finish shout out to Estonia by the way coms yeah y even It Go and repeat tier one Blu the champion Ricky Gard had one finish outside of Fifth and brings his career top five finishes to 41 wow

His entire career 41 top five finishes does that count is that count in 2017 SE it’s not well that’s even more amazing that’s a huge because that’s like two years of live competition that’s that’s ridiculous plus offse 2122 offse good y goodbye and water well yeah that’s amaz where do we have

Ricky on R I think um Brian had Le pop three at least top three everyone had the four guys in the top four so at worst he was fourth yeah yeah Brian ranked number one which shocker Brian was keeping it going fifth is Emma Cary had one event outside of second with a

12 in double or nothing and that brings her career top two finishes to 20th so all time 20 finishes I mean it’s pretty cool just to get an event win General but to have 20 in first or second alone that’s a big deal as more even more important than just have

One James Spring we all saw his celebration in that swim it was his sixth Elite individual event win wow that’s impressive and all of his WIS have had a monostructural event in them okay that’s good number seven Danielle Brandon earns her eighth win in an event with handstand walking I’m going to put

All three of these together number eight ke mareros earns SE earns his seventh win in a Max lift event and number nine Ariel loen earns her ninth career event win seven eight nine for wins for those three people wow ever ever I have to go back and check but I

Think the worst she done is like third if not maybe she’s won all of them are you C Mayhem classic well I should have yes not it’s close has he never never that is a great question he’s normally at the top so I didn’t keep scrolling down too Far and I believe for seven event wins Max five of them are a snatch wi specifically so yes he got felt a good good card by having a one red Max event but it was even better because it was that snatch of them and our final one is

Sam Quan takes the podium for the sixth time in his career and his first Podium was seven years ago in 2017 woa where he also finished third place so it’s really bookending bla is L of blue experiences with a third and a third I’m one of these guys who

Always looks at trends when it comes to Stats and you know the cool thing about Samuel Quan and this is kind of shown is like on even years he always has his best cross vage and it is 2024 it is the year of the Quad it is the year of the

Quad and then having this event and then having the showing really shows that he’s trending in that direction to have a really good game finish this year’s one of those people it’s not hard to tell he flies on as a radar because he doesn’t have a big social media presence

So I think this really brought it back to the linelight because he makes his statements at competitions rather than on social media and he backed it up with another so my question for you with all these stats and figures at your hands how could you’re not doing better on the

Heat one now I’m doing just fine because a lot of mine are based off of a predictive model that I’ve been refining over the past two years I want to iterate five and I think’ll be a place Happy like iteration 12 got you so you’re just building up I’m building up

Us I’m using the answers that the computer gives me more often than things that I actually believe in to see how the prediction actually does against what actually happens the computer I’m scared it’s like Skynet are you using any Ai No AI there is a person sitting to my right that is

Uh looking into some AI experience with my database any update on that sir nothing say nothing we can say yet so no for the near future yeah that’s cool well everyone else a really good team nice yeah I I I we talked to some of the athletes today and

Um a lot of them were surprisingly sore even after only five events some of them were pretty not I don’t want to say banged up but they are surprised on how sore they are I’m not surprised by it well going I think they were thinking I would do individual and team only have

Five events it won’t be as bad as it was last year but it sounds like some of the athletes are a little bit surprised by that so um Ricky I I heard Pat and Ricky talk this morning uh Ricky seems pretty fresh that’s just Ricky and he he didn’t

Have a watch on this morning and he just ran he just he just there was no marker so you didn’t know how far you had to go some of the guy some of the Runners had watches on but you just kep running yeah I mean that’s just Ricky those those

Who’ve gotten to know Ricky or I’ve gotten to know Ricky really well the last couple years um and um it’s he that guy’s just a beast he’s a he’s you know he calls himself a mongr and I guess you know I don’t know if that’s a an

Endearing term or not but uh the guy can the guy can fly out just run and he’s just not just run but just anything like that you give him a challenge he’s just going to put his head down and just you know if you throw a brick wall he’s

Going to run through it and he’s one of a few people I’m like yeah I believe him he’s going to run through it um but um I think the biggest performance for me that stuck out yesterday uh was uh Gabby you know there was a lot of question

Marks and I I got on John Young about this a lot because uh he was kind of like downplaying or like the um the strict pull-ups he was like oh she’s not really good at pulling you know she didn’t used to be but now I was like

She’s been the last two years her training port partner has been Laura Horvath how do you not get better training with Laura Horvath and she definitely showed that yes the last two days and then he mentioned something about well she’s not g to do very good

In the swim a lot of people aren’t gonna didn’t think she was GNA do good in the swim yeah she had a top five finish I believe I think she finished third yeah and she did amazing in that and then the final event which had rope climbs in it

And that’s notorious I mean famously she she got cut in 2019 in the first cut because she couldn’t do legless Road she finished third yesterday in that event too granted she was going against some major Heavy Hitters but uh at the end of the day she uh she finished

Second and I think that’s a very encouraging performance by her considering that these workouts weren’t in her wheelhouse per se but overall she had top fived after top five and like Barkley said earlier all her finishes were in the top 10 yeah and I believe

Four were in a top five wow but and and she lost by three points to Emma but those two wins uh wins really helped out Emma so you know I was very encouraged by her performance yesterday and that that’s a kind of the uh uh what stuck

Both of us so that’s good when when you went into the Run what was your strategy as a team were you all going to run together or everyone just kind of go as fast as they possibly can no so we were running by our own Paces because um they were

Like we could the teams could just go wherever they wanted when when we felt ready so we were like just go your own pace and if you find a Pacer throughout the course then stick with that person so I think that was like the better plan because we were so different in Paces

Yeah and we were just talking about the the way they started the every 40 seconds you can come up whenever you wanted to did you have any strategy about going earlier or later did you think about it at all no not at all we were warming up and then we’re like okay

We’re ready now as team we went up and then we just went yeah and was there a situation like some of the athletes said this morning that it was fairly easy to make passes did you have any situations where you made passes or was it

Difficult and no I think it was I think Chad’s asking did you punch anybody to get through did you trip anybody I mean there were like a lot of guys passing us uh because they were like running before H right after us yeah and they were

Always very kind and like I’m coming to your left and I always did like this get big yeah no so yeah we were it was nice yeah people were friendly how’s the body feeling after the the LA the last two days a lot more sore than I was hoping

For um but I think it was nice to start with a run like kind of flushing out the body a little bit and then we’ll be ready for the for the evening so you’re going back out in the water again huh yeah are you it’s it’s like training

The Box jum were going to be slippery but they were fine okay yeah uh there was like a good gripe on the surface the only thing was like the the Riser that we had for the stet pullups yeah every time like if you just Dro down you were

Like gliding on that one cool so those that know you I mean you were a games rookie this year as an individual but I mean i’ I’ve SE I’ve been following your career for at least since 2019 you’ve been to the games with Team butcher lab

Before um and uh we Swedish very there’s not that many Swedish athletes out there uh especially competing at a high level I mean you uh but I mean after going to the games and knowing you can compete I mean obviously your semi performance was very memorable I mean I mean I I get

Goosebumps talking about your performance there especially your celebration at the end and then also I get goosebumps I mean h I’m getting Goosebumps now thinking about your performance during the lifting event at the games and your celebration from that and it seems like that confidence is

Kind of carried over now are you feeling that now I mean like especially this weekend you’re like you know what I I deserve to be amongst the top 20 athletes in the world and does this performance here kind of reaffirm it 100% yeah like I I work very well with

Training with others because then I like oh this is the pace I should hold this is what like level I should be at so just being at the games just like is an i opener like this is the level and now I got here this is what I got to do so
