Good thing but we’re definitely at the moment seeing a lot more seven WS ninew whatever you want to call it this is a 21 degree Fairway Wood what are the differences so biggest difference between a fairway wood and a hybrid is going to be the length so the physical
Length of the club so you’re going to notice that the Fairway word on top here is longer than the hybrid that’s one of the big differences that then leads to maybe a variation in Striking on the face so as the club gets longer a general pattern as you find people tend
To miss The Sweet Spot a bit more that’s one of the benefits I think a hybrid might have over an equivalent fairway wood now the next difference from a fairway wood to a hybrid is that fairywood is deeper so even though hybrid is deep this is deeper so further
Stretch back more weight can be pulled off the face and back and down helping with launch helping control launch and Spins to maximize distance so I do think there is a place for the fairway wood in the higher Lofts over a hybrid and as you come down Loft subject to your speed
And your ability and I think it’s something that more golfers should start thinking about the other thing as well which is quite interesting with hybrids they tend to sit more up UPR right so this angle tends to be a bit more upright so some people actually struggle to overdraw they kind of overturn
Hybrids and you tend to not find that to be such a case with a Fairway Wood high lofty Fairway Woods I definitely think are making much more of a kind of comebacking golf I think they could be tested a bit more for the majority of people listening and watching this video

Play a 5 wood. Have 3-6 hybrids. Just seem to hook the 3 hybrid constantly.
