Murdered in this league will Levis who eats mayonnaise with his coffee not ready to play and and you drafted Malik Willis who’s definitely not ready to play that’s not on Vel that’s on the that’s on their staff and you agree like he’s like you give this guy a team Pat I

I’m not sure if Rob will agree but I think Vel is a wicked football guy like I think he’d be perfect for New England Rob the problem is what’s he going to do with that Talent the quarterback position position but I’ll tell you one thing those [ __ ] will play for him so

My thing is like if you want to evaluate a coach one of in my opinion one of the best ways to do it and I mean this is just from a gambling perspective but take what the season win total was at the beginning of the year and how they

Fared relative to that and for a while Vel was well above expectation the Titans would go into the year these low win totals he’d outperform he know they’d be challenging for a division title this year was the opposite for them and now a lot of stuff went wrong

But you you wonder if he’s just lost it a little bit or his tactics within that team are just no longer working it could be a combo of many things I just think that if you’re gonna fire Vel you have to have like a lot of candidates ready

To go that you think are going to immediately be an upgrade on Vel I honestly don’t think that there’s very many out there and if there are I don’t think the Titans are the team that’s going to be competing to get those guys with the amount of V vacancies that

There are in the NFL excellent point well it’s it’s funny just the way that everything rolled out with all of the news that it struck me and this is probably not what the case is going to be but it seems like they made a decision on Vel the moment they saw that

Art Smith was going to be available maybe they’ll bring him back God that guy that sounds like something the stupid Titans would do though doesn’t it yes oh yeah oh yeah I mean there’s money at play here too in these some of these organizations some of these organizations don’t want to go

Staley told the Spanos during his interview it’s like all right this guy sounds like he knows what he’s doing let’s go with him and just other people don’t present that way it’s no different than in the content business people listen to me for picks and I have the

He’s good he’s pretty slick but there’s also being able to know what to do and being able to execute that and those are very different especially in the workplace right there’s a lot of people that they generally have good ideas but then you tell them you know go execute

Going to go around the league and you just separate coaches into buckets to me it’s just very simple you separate them into like former offensive guy former defensive guy and you look around now but there’s there’s another bucket of that and veles in that bucket of football guy that I don’t necessarily

Know what he does but he is an excellent motivator for like he has the intangible of getting guys to play for him and there are a couple guys like that I think that’s who I would want as my coach not necessarily vable but that style of like Pete Carroll is exactly

The like what’s Pete Carroll implementing besides getting people fired nothing no no yeah that’s that’s what he does he jumps around wow you’re pretty SP spry for a 72 year old guy that’s the same [ __ ] all the time but the thing is yeah I agree with you Pat like there’s there’s nothing more

But personally I think I don’t think Jared gof is very good I think he’s got gotten the most out of that offense that anyone could possibly do that’s a guy who I think needs a shot as a head coach and bring him in and see what he can do

Personally that that would be the candidate I would Target of course there’s high risk with that and maybe there’s less risk with Vel because you know you kind of know what he is but for me I’d go Boomer bust and try to find an offensive mind it’s different for every
