So Baron says some rumors down here I don’t know where you are Baron that if Harbaugh leaves Michigan and if Miami loses to KC Harbaugh could end up the head coach of Miami as the owner Steven Ross has been trying to hire him for the longest interesting I don’t know how you fire

Mike McDaniel after to heat what he’s done with them um I don’t think Miami’s gonna beat KC though the weather’s going to be terrible although Kansas City has not played great this year should be an interesting game for sure but but kryp Krypton Barton yeah Miami has a chance

Dollars So Co co-coordinator got him more money and uh this gentleman’s telling me Florida just hired it’s new defensive coordinator I don’t think he’s going to be the defensive coordinator he’s going to be the linebacker coach he’s the coach code defensive coordinator which means he’ll have input just like all

Other coaches will on the staff as well um there is hope for Florida seeing how Michigan was built as a program that they are also a top academic institution like Florida well they are I think they’re in the top whatever as well radw is a family-owned business that Prides

Quick on last night’s game yes let’s hear what you thought well I thought they should have stopped in the middle of the third quarter I was worried about the quarterback getting hurt he was a he took a beating man but uh look Michigan is got a great football team with great

Players Elite athletes and U I think Washington’s got some really good players and and penx is a terrific quarterback and but not enough pieces and in the end the size and speed and athleticism dominated especially on defense um and the blocking was exceptional for this is what good

Blocking looks like so give it up to Jim Harbaugh he’s figured out how to beat the system how to set up half a season and get $3 million bonus and probably the job of the NFL so it worked out great for Michigan fans I guess they

Deserve one every 26 years or so but uh it turned out it started out to be a ter terrific football game but by the middle of the third quarter it pretty much is over yeah the physicality is what I was worried about for Washington took over

And I mean take nothing away from the Huskies they have a tremendous team their style of play is fun to watch but buddy what Michael penck went through uh it’s it’s what if you have four Dudes up front that can affect the quarterback without blitzing you can shut down a really good

Passing team that’s true and uh he had a hell of a career um as I stated earlier I don’t know what they ever really said what happened to him because he kept holding his right side I don’t know yeah I don’t either well I mean it looked to

Me like dangerous to play a kid like that you think about ribs or you think about shoulder separation or whatever you know and unfortunately he got the crap beat on him but he was a gamer I’m not sure whether they benefited keeping him in the last three minutes are

You uh I mean they probably didn’t want to take him out you know it’s just one of those deals where uh he probably says I ain’t coming out so um Camp says defensive line and the offensive lines were the difference in the championship game focus on this area of recruiting

And pay those kids who are not often seen in the media it’s it’s true I mean like I said if you look at like what you know the what Georgia why they’ve been so good so long it’s the it’s the interior lineman on both sides of the

Don’t know because they certainly have no real great credentials this year but um I’m sure we’ll figure it all out as time goes on but u i I would say any move it’s a good move right now what I’ve been concerned about and what I’ve been talking about is the inertia the

Fact that Billy had not moved on anything and they moved about a half of me behind it I don’t mean to be critical this is just what it feels like to to other the fans I talk to on this show every night they feel like do something

So they did something what I’m not sure yet hard to evaluate way looks like the to me the rich are getting richer though Shane well the rich have a lot of money to get rich on that’s true or to spend I should say you know I I made a note last

Would necessarily have made the difference in the end but come on guys holding is holding you know and it’s not just a just a passive thing it’s not just so looking grab his jersey blatant holding it they kept doing it and getting away with it is that bother you

Shan um you know I I try not to get caught up in officiating because I firmly seriously think a penalty could be called on every damn play uh there there’s always hand fighting holding in the secondary uh especially in the interior line you could call it every time it’s just uh

You know sometimes they let some officiating Crews kind of let them play so to speak where other ones are very Ticky tacky U but I just try not to get too caught up and you know I know the one holding call maybe it was on the interception thrown I can’t remember

Yeah it was it was a big it what interception it was a it was one of their big plays on fourth down I think they they finally hit like a slot Fade to number one I can see how they they could have called holding because he

Kind of grabbed the right tackle kind of grabbed him and then then kind of threw him down um so it’s it’s just officiating ain’t easy um like I said if you want to be an official you can go to the school you can work your way up and

Anybody can be an official go P the test and stuff so Shane this is out my window St Andrew’s Bay this is the the light chop you see there this is where we saw the hurricane of the excuse me the tornado were coming at us this morning

Of his throws and tries to just use his arm strength he’s pretty athletic you saw him use his legs um there’s multiple quarterbacks I’d take before him um well now they didn’t he when they finally remembered he could run he got two big plays in a row I don’t know why they

Waited that long to do it because he clearly got big yardage there and that really hurt that was a critical part of the game at third and whatever it was forever he takes it up to Middle for 20 yards whatever and gets out of a hole

He he did not look like himself at all and I was like man maybe this is another you know running back with too many miles and he’s just going to fall for Cliff and then in the game that we had on Sunday he was Fountain of Youth Derrick Henry he was beast mode

So the market for a running back of that age with that many carries it’s not what it used to be man I mean there’s no more EMT Smiths left in pro football these guys get like five six years tops and then you see a rapid decline it’s not a

Hosting LSU those are two of the other better teams you saw what Auburn did at Arkansas man was that a statement uh and and and Tennessee just humbled on this big time so I’m about to see I’ve already had Kentucky three times I’m about to see two of the other best teams

In this league but I think Florida showed why people are are excited about what this team can do Under head coach Todd golden in his second year they’ve got bigs they’ve got guards they’ve got a point guard that they can trust uh they play smart you know they just got

Beat down the stretch by a very talented Kentucky Squad yeah I agree with all that now they’ve lost four games to some good teams but they gota they gotta finally beat somebody and it starts tomorrow night I mean Old Miss had a tremendous year uh finally as you said got

They hey they they played a really good team on the road and just got blasted in Knoxville um how do you see that what what do you see happening tomorrow night this is what I don’t like about like I love as someone who’s been around

SEC basketball for most of my life uh I love the fact that it’s never been deeper here’s where I hate it for a team like Florida Florida I thought had a really good nonon and like I said I I like the roster but don’t be surprised

If you’re 0 and2 like there’s going to be some good teams in this league that start 0 and2 in the SEC that’s just the reality that that’s not me calling my shot that’s just me saying this is going to be a difficult game because they just

Got smoked they’re going to be at home coach Beard’s going to have them motivated all those return like Matthew Morel I’ve always thought I’ve been waiting for him to break out like this guy could should be a first team all dude he’s got the body he’s got the game

But for whatever reason it just never happened well now he’s in his final year the light bulb seems to be going on and he’s playing that well other guys on that roster that quite frankly underachieved you know sometimes a new coach just injects some enthusiasm in there heck that’s what happened when

Kermit Davis got the Old Miss job he took over for Andy Kennedy took him at the tournament in his first year and then couldn’t re repeat it and then he gets fired I I think it’s going to be a very difficult game Oxford traditionally has not been a great homecourt ADV

Advantage but when you win a lot of games all of a sudden it becomes a great home court advantage and the Pavilion will be rocking I think it’s going to be a really really tough game they play they get after you defensively now um it’s it’s a different level of defense

In basketball because you you can only play Five Guys uh the portal can be the answer to all your problems or it can be a problem and I’m not saying it’s a problem yet but I what I am saying is they’re not clicking like the other teams have like he’s brought in stud

Recruiting classes and guys from the portal and it’s all seemed to click they’ve been connected that’s why they’ve had such great uh tournament success really more tournament success than anybody in the league the last three years under a really good coach and Coach muscleman but I don’t know if

Team is connected that way they haven’t been early going it it doesn’t look like your typical Arkansas Team so there’s so many teams that are improved from last year whether it’s Florida ol Miss South Carolina Arkansas clearly is not one they are they are not quite the same

Off the bat I think Kansas City Beats Miami the fact that Miami has to play in like six degree weather that’s not good and they struggle playing against good football teams of course yeah yeah absolutely uh some people would call that a paper Champion I guess um yeah

They got the Houston Houston Texans are an underdog at home to the Browns yeah intriguing game I’ve had both those teams uh now when I had the Browns they had DeShaun Watson we had Browns at the Ravens and they went out there and Watson bought bed out and they they beat

The Ravens one of the few games Baltimore lost one of the best stories in the year of the year is Joe flacko it feels like he’s been around like you guys went head-to-head right back in 2001 um no I mean that’s a tremendous story I actually I like the Browns in

That game I I think the Browns the Browns defense is nasty so you combine that with flacko and Amari Cooper I’ll take the Browns in that one um Dan has a question here he says mike what are your thoughts on that the Miami KC game is only on peacock

Streaming I did not know that and I hate that I mean I freaking hate that I wanted to see one of those games the the first time they pulled that non I’m not spending $699 for peacock I’m sorry peacock uh no thank you I I spend enough money on every other streaming service

And cable company I don’t watch peacock for anything else I’m not going to do it so the short answer to that is I think it sucks yeah it’s stupid it’s stupid Buffalo who’s playing really good football big favorite 10-point favorite of the Steelers I think they take care of

Business uh absolutely Josh Allen who I’m a huge fan of and I think takes way too much like he’s not the only quarterback that throws interceptions now and the fact of the matter is he’s a he’s a freak on the field and he doesn’t have the tool like Diggs is a nice wide

Out Shane but he’s not a number one to me in the NFL like there’s there there certain routes you can’t throw him because he’s undersized and Gabe Davis is mediocre at best they don’t have a dominating tight end like they need to they need to draft a stud wide receiver

In the first round and help him out a little bit but yeah I’m taking Buffalo I’m taking Buffalo all the way to the championship game I think it’s going to be Buffalo at Baltimore yeah I’m right there with you uh Cowboys are hosting the Packers who are playing good

Football right now I think with Aaron Jones coming back at the tail back positions really made them a better team and Jordan loves playing good ball Cowboys are that team they’re great at home but they still struggle against not so great teams any way the Packers upset

The Cowboys I don’t think so I I I I think they’re a great story and they’ they’ve clearly found something in Jordan love who’s proven he can play at this level that’s a great sign for Packer fans but no I think Dallas at home uh D Dallas is again ton of weapons
