10K so the one thing that definitely stands out to me out of the gate in terms of this event is you’re gonna be able to play these guys at the top pretty easily you can probably pair a couple together um you know I went through the 6K range before the show I
Think there are some viable guys down there I mean it’s a pretty wide open Event relatively weak feeli but it’s it’s almost like a BAL I don’t I know the best way I wanted to describe like a balanced weak field it’s not a strong field but there is a bunch of like
Mid-tier guys it’s not a bunch of complete like ship balls that are terrible it’s like a balanced field I guess you’re getting a lot of the average tour golfers I think when when we go through we’ll kind of talk about it but the one thing that definitely
Stands out to me is the pricing 105 being the top price and a lot of guys kind of in this middle tier that are appealing uh you come down to the 6K range I do think there are some options here so I you know I don’t I’m excited obviously

With the putter so lots of guys are bringing over those good Sunday rounds but there’s some guys that we can get back to here so is there any sort of other stats or or things like that that you want to bring up or touch on before we’ve got the course fit rankings
Already up on the site the first run of the projections that we can keep in mind but anything else you want to bring up before we go tier by tier as we always do yeah I just kind of started looking at some ownership projections and it looks like we see stuff pretty spread
Out um you know I don’t see anyone getting extreme ownership I don’t see anyone getting into like the 30% range I think we see ownership spread out which means you know in terms of roster construction and what we can do it’s going to be easy to get overweight on

Like you you can temper your expectations a little bit with these guys up top because it’s not a week where you say oh you know if I play a guy up here he has to I you know I don’t like when people say that in general but
He has to finish at least fifth place to pay it off like at these price tags these guys have a lot of flexib and what’s more important is what the guys do around them which is a point that you always make which is so important it’s
Not like saying all right if I pay this price I need my guy to finish year it’s like if I pay this price tag what did the guys around him do you know it’s not necessarily what that guy does so kind of want exposure to to most these guys
Aberer Hatton uh Fitzpatrick I do think there’s a drop off uh to that next tier which we’ll talk about in the 9ks and then theala is looking like the one that um will come in way lower own than everyone else not much ownership it was like in what probably 10 to 15
Type range um just always a good gpp type play a lot of Boom bust type stuff out of him that’s why when we do The Showdown stuff he’s always a guy featured in Showdown Showdown content because he has the ability to go really really low or you know has ability to
Kind of blow up I mean perfect gpp type play most weeks and then for for Showdown we like targeting for that same reason um so I’m going to probably get exposure to all these guys but I mean uh you know La is is is my favorite up top
Yeah a couple good comments there I mean hockey’s talking about some guys they’re on or off and a 10K three 8ks and a seven that would probably be or I don’t I guess it’s gonna be 110k three 8ks is and one you have to have more than that
But either way my point was like breaking it down three akks uh if you did that with a 10K might be different this week because the 9k range there’s going to be a ton of fomo up there with the Conners Henley Kirks Etc when we get
There uh you know Ross says seems like a Harmon kind of course and then you know this is a good point go collect our guy brings up again is is in weaker Fields right his price was 8,700 last week with cheffer Xander Klay Etc we all loved him
Yes he went up $1,800 but going against a much weaker field like hoop said even you want to call it a mid- tier field or a midweek field whatever you want to call it it’s doesn’t really matter I think he’s still much better than all

Weather shakes out I I don’t hate that call either so I’ll wait and see how it goes as the week goes on but right now it looks pretty clear that um ludvig and probably Hatton are the guys that get the most steam Fitzpatrick theala stay underneath the one thing I’ll say on
Theala hoop I’m not sure if you have more to add if not you can just take it into the NK range is that theala is you know the the narrative I guess is last week the course was wide open he could spray it blah blah blah people say
There’s no way he can do that this week but it’s not like this guy’s not a you know long drive bomber that’s like spraying it out of bounds 247 it’s just he’s not hitting the Fairway as often here you can still get away with not hitting the Fairway if the conditions
Stay good it’s not like he’s completely out of control obviously that would hurt him but it is a chance that he just keeps riding that momentum and then the chat’s talking about the um Fit already fluster because they lost his bag and now he got it and was soaking wet never

Playing solid golf I kind of like him in this range at at 99 um again everyone seems to be getting kind of similar ownership it looks like 15 to 20ish range for a guy like Haron um fine with him Cory Connors not great last week but
You know he was 69 70 68 67 he’s pretty steady I don’t know how much of him I’ll get uh Eric Cole’s a guy I just want to be on to kind of start this season like he’s a guy that I want to play um more
Times than not and at 9700 maybe people are like all right I’m not paying that price tag for him I’m interested there uh not a ton for for a guy Chris Kirk I mean I was on him a lot last week but I like Chris Kirk when he’s cheap not when
He’s like 9500 coming off a win so I think that’s a spot where I’ll kind of get away from him a little bit uh in the past though you know you we’d always see it where the guy that won the previous week comes in they’re automatically
Going to get ownership um a lot of times now that’s not the case it’s like opposite when a guy gets the win people just fully avoid um if Kirk the ownership starts tanking and coming way down then maybe it’s a spot to look to
But as of now like I’m gonna be off of off of Kirk zalot tourus you know I just gotta wait and see you know at some point he’s going to turn it on this season I’m sure but uh you know 9,300 I’ll I’ll wait and see on him uh JT
Poston uh a guy that I typically like playing coming off the fifth last week I will get exposure to to him as well and then matama just man I know it’s like he’s he’s the guy you look back like the last couple Seasons how many times has
He burned you if you faded him and it’s just not very often so probably off him so the guys I’m liking here Harmon uh Cole uh and and Poston would be my three favorites in this 9k range which is incredible because you know who everybody else likes is Connors who you

Do we have here one two three three four five six seven eight or nine golfers in this range so it’s a small range in general it’s typically a spot where we have more uh you know golfers to choose from benana was playing a lot of last
Season and yeah he play he golfed well last year and a lot of high-end finishes which is what you want the price T at 87 not super comfortable but totally fine going to a guy like him uh Cameron Davis you know just laid a complete egg right

Last week um 7,300 I’m kind of good going to him I will take a chance on our guy uh Vincent Norman R uh 7200 just not gonna play him in a ton of teams but a guy that I’ll have some exposure to um you know maybe a little bit of Nick
Taylor um Gary Woodland at 7100 Nick Hardy’s a name for me there and then uh always got to play My Guy Mark hubard at 7K in uh you know what is a a kind of weaker field event uh he tends to to do well in these things and
Score well and then Austin Acro too so um you know have some plays down here get does start to get a little dicey there’s no doubt about it Grio Patrick Rogers um and I’ll say Hub are my three favorites in the lower 7K range yeah we
We were talking earlier to Mayo and I about your other Canadian boy Nick Taylor there he said 7200 definitely fits the mold I think um you know just obviously looking at like comp courses and stuff like that that was one of the things that was brought up Mayo was
Pretty high on but he’s come seventh and 11th here the last two times he’s played it and then on top of it he’s got uh he’s come he did play last week so that was kind of the setup forget how he did last week doesn’t matter it’s kind of
That setup as well so um wow our guy Tokyo do very good no that again that that hasn’t been the sticky piece though people talk about sticky course history and guys play it’s been who play play the week before not guys that played the week before and did well said I think
He’s on a heater and he should be actually a 7K guy that’s definitely a hot take for sure Jason says that’s gonna cost you money eventually so he’s I’m already ahead on it it’s good little back and forth there I like this so yeah got gotta decide what we’re doing down
Here but I will say this was the range in doing the show today that all really no builds ended up landing on here or at least very few so you can go like a 10K guy that’s different from everybody else a 9k guy pick an 8K guy and then land down here
For three guys and still get away with it I think there’s lots of options you could try out like Grio Rogers and kittama if you want to take the uh the cheaper ludvig you can go to addc right there at 7,300 could be the same thing
If you want to get in early and hope to find another flavor of the month type play you can go down there Norman again played bad last week but played that matters Nick Taylor who else down here uh ta Taylor pendrith as well I talked about today that could be Canadian that trolls
Everybody if if you 72 yeah I always like myself some pth well in the swing season he came third 15th and eighth so I actually don’t hate that situation there for a guy that just nobody’s gonna be on so you can take some chances there either he’s the Canadian that beats Nick Taylor
At the same price or you end up needing both of them or they both beat Cory Connor at high ownership whatever it ends up being Ben Griffin 7,400 I think is fine Rio hsats he’s a a guy you could play at 7100 down here and then Ben
Kohl’s is another one that got uh talked up a little bit as well I guess I don’t know what you think Gary Woodland’s ownership will come in but obviously he’s coming back from some health stuff it’s just hard to go back and really that’s more of like the uh the situation
Of like what was it um will Al Torres instead of that where we we you know people are just making this up like that his injury still exists from whatever it’s more of Gary Woodland actually is coming back back from some health stuff and going through it and some personal
Stuff and things that there with his family and himself and his own health where it could be a situation where we got to have a little bit of time to make this happen but I I don’t know um your thoughts there but uh Woodland looks like no ownership at all right now but
Ben Kohl’s was the one that kept getting brought up and just to bring his numbers up so fifth good what was the end of last season when he kind of went got hot or was it one he played one at the RSM and then he played here two years ago
And came 27th I don’t know going to lean on those things just based on the the one or two events and thoughts uh Rio who people are talking about in the chat again Rio Kaya some of these Japanese tour players that do grind the entire offseason and play I get it the field
Strength is not the same but they’ve shown up in some of these events in the past and if you look at just Rio’s history uh sorry like a recent form again over in in the Japanese tour events but like 8th 13th 9th 18th 6th just crushing what he’s against he can
Only beat what he’s up against that’s what it comes down to so when you have a price tag of 7100 I don’t mind taking some shots on different guys here but this entire lower 7K range looks like currently nobody besides Ben Kohl’s or Nick Taylor are going to get any kind of
Ownership so you can just easily get your get your setup here where you get leverage on these guys hoop and it also can keep you completely out of the 6K range if you don’t want to go down to the 6K range mind you there is 84 guys

Actually going to go on to win the tournament where there’s enough juice in that that you squeezed out of it to get you where you actually need it so that’s another reason why I don’t just completely go down there and get into that you could do so many other
Different roster constructions as ways to get different to uh to find your way around typically that how I like to do it what’s a different construction not who is this crazy 1% play that if they just make the cut I’m good that is such a false narrative that just gets brought
