  1. Hate that I will only be able to watch Rahm 4 times a year now? I wonder if his game is going to the way of everybody else who left for LIV, in the shitter, except for Brooks!

  2. Don’t want to hear the fake moral cry from the pga tour after they’ve been negotiable of a merge. This has always been about money. Don’t let them exploit your sympathy by acting like it’s about Saudi public relations and not strictly about greed

  3. The PGA is boring only few good tournaments the other ones no top players, In LIV tournaments all the Big Dogs are going at it & they play around the World & the courses are amazing that you would never see on the PGA , Who ever thought about putting this golf format together got to give them credit, now the PGA wants to copy some of LIV idea's, No wonder Tiger had a special meeting with the PGA players not to leave because he wanted them to play in his & RM league what a joke

  4. If this actually happens, I'm so disappointed in Rahm. I hope he enjoys the less competitive exhibition matches. I can't say I wouldn't take 600 million dollars either, but it's just a bummer. I've tried to watch LIV golf and I hate it. It's just exhibition matches with no real meaning. Uhhhhg

  5. I like LIV golf I hated how the pga and the golf channel treated those that jump ship so I hope a lot more players go to LIV. I think Rahm would be awesome at LIV I hope he does goes.

  6. DP Tour and LIV is where it's at for me for 1 simple reason , The players are at ground level with the Fans NOT high up on a pedestal. While Mr Woods brought a lot of good to the game he brought just as much bad but even saying that it wasn't all of his doing .
    Take Care My Friends

  7. I’ll quit watching golf….. it’s that simple. I enjoy playing and I have to go to work the next day so watching multi millionaires play for fun doesn’t intrigue me….. greed is an evil thing …..

  8. I can't tell you how much I have loved watching Tiger Woods for so many years. He was the preeminent player for a generation. However it made me very sad to watch Tiger playing in the Hero Tournament and struggling through his rounds. He was a great sport and didn't get down on himself. if he hadn't suffered such grievous injuries in his car wreck we might have seen him pull off Phil Mickelson moments at his current age.
Now a torch is being passed to a new generation and to a new and exciting tour – LIV Golf.
Jon is going to be a huge draw and a magnet for other PGAT players to sign on.

  9. Does it really matter who goes, players have come and gone ever since the pga tour and european tour started, new players with perhaps even more talent will join the ranks of those on these tours, scores will be similar, it is the same in all sports so who cares….certainly not me.

  10. Jon Rahm needs the $300m+ from LIV to set up his family…….. for the next 10 generations. The $60m he has already pocketed will not be enough, he intends having 4 wives and 25 childrem.

  11. I think I solved a LIV golf problem last night, it all came to me at once. How do you have 72 holes, a cut and get owgr and still have LIV (54) be relevant.

I did it so check this out.

LIV golf is a 72 hole shotgun start tournament.
After 18 holes the bottom 12-24 ( whatever number is cut) from the final 3 days 54 holes.

Does that mean they go home?
No they are cut from the individual tournament eligibility.

The cut players must continue to play the 54 holes with the rest of the field and their scores are now only eligible to contribute to team scoring.

You can continue to show these cut players and their scores throughout the tournament, however their name on the pylon would just be greyed out.

I know people will then say this, what if one of those cut players goes on to actually win the tournament over the next 54 holes?
Well who cares, for all practical purposes they no longer exist in relation to the individual trophy, it is simple, they have been cut and now must play for team only.

I love the idea of this, I love that it ticks a lot of boxes and really then makes the teams and their motivation matter even more.
I also like the implication that an entire team can get cut from the individual but still go on to win the team trophy overall.

If someone has already suggested this scenario I haven't heard it.
    Did I just do it?
